M&L for applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior emulsion paint over one coat of acrylic primer on old decorated surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of surfaces of wall including necessary form work and scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer on old decorated internal surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of surfaces of wall including necessary form work and scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of structural steel sections including, nuts,bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing (Medium grade) of 100 mm bore, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floor along the wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing (Medium grade) of 50 mm bore, with all fittings in trenches or in floor complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation, returning, filling & removing of earth work shall be measured and paid seperately).

Ditto all as per Item No. 9.00 above but 40mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing (Medium grade) of 25 mm bore, with all fittings in trenches or in floor including tkaing down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation, returning, filling & removing of earth work shall be measured and paid seperately).

Ditto all as per Item No. 11.00 above but 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Item No. 11.00 above but 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and supply and laying in trenches or floor of MS tubing (Heavy grade) 150 mm bore, with all fittings and welding if required (such as elbow, tee, socket etc) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation of earth work shall be measured and paid seperately)

S&F of 15mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 142 gms) including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 20mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 210 gms) including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down Cast Iron water mains of size 100mm bore, any class including all fittings, with spigot and socket ends and rubber gasket joints, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, returning, filling and removing of earth works shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and laying in trenches of DI pipe K7 of size 100mm bore, with tighten joint spigot and socket ends complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation, returning, filling and removing of earth works shall be measured and paid seperately).

Taking up or down Cast Iron water mains of size 150mm bore, any class (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and rubber gasket joints, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, returning, filling and removing of earth works shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and laying in trenches of DI pipe K7 of size 150mm bore, with tighten joint spigot and socket ends complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: (a) Excavation, returning, filling and removing of earth works shall be measured and paid seperately (b) Fittings to be measured and paid separately under item No. 20.01).

Supply and fixing DI fittings of K7 type, any size and any description complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: DI fittings to be used in item No.18.00 & 20.00 here-in-before).

Taking up or down PPR water mains of size 40mm-80mm bore, any class (including all fittings) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, returning, filling and removing of earth works shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and laying in trenches of GI pipe of size 80mm bore with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation, returning, filling and removing of earth works shall be measured and paid seperately).

S&F of Sluice valve, both end flanged with CI operating wheel, stain less steel spindle etcas per latest IS specification, Class PN - 1.6 including necessory jointing and jointing materials such as gasket, nuts, bolts, washer etc complete including taking out unserviceable sluice valve of following size:-

Sluice valve of size 150mm dia

Sluice valve of size 100mm dia

Sluice valve of size 80mm dia

M&L for opening of 150mm Air release valve for repair including change of defective parts and refix the same complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing of valve pit chamber after taking down cracked plaster and perforated MS cover and angle and complete with new plaster inside and outside of valve pit chamber fo any description max upto size of 120cm X 120cm X 100cm and change of MS cover and angle. The steel surfaces shall be painted with to coats black bituminous paint over a coat of anti corrosive red oxide primer or complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of valve pit chamber with brick masonary with sub class 'B' bricks in cement mortar (1:6) and necessary PCC type D2 (1:4:8) as in foundation and 15mm thick plastering on brick work in CM (1:4) including necessary earthwork etc work having internal dimension 60cm x 60cm x 60cm and providing of 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover duly hinged on 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron frame and embedded on top of chamber by minimum 4 Nos MS hold fast. Necessary locking arrangement shall be provided to the sheet cover for safety. The steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats black bituminous paint over a coat of anti corrosive red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes of following sizes including taking down old unserviceable gate valve:-

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of drain water pumping sets, centrifugal type, IC engine driven of min capacity 7.5HP, including starter having min 80000 LPH discharge capacity, pump should be capable of dischargeing sludge and solid complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : 02 Nos. 7.5 HP Pump = 15 WHP)

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of automatic sewage submersible pump set of capacity 7.5HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz suitable for min 16m head and min 54000 LPH discharge including connection to existiing DOL starter for making pump automatic including necessary items required for automation, pump should be capable of dischargeing sludge and solid upto 35mm size pump complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F of 65mm dia PVC heavy duty suction hose pipe including clamp and other fixing arrangements for connection inlet/outlet of sewage/reinwater pump to required location complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissinoning LT Feeder Panel of size 900 x 1000 x 500 mm, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz, indoor type, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and suitable sized angle iron and flat duly powder coated and any manufacturer shall be followed CPRI norms and as approved by GE. M&L for earthing with glavanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmX60cmX6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI or steel wire 4mm dia as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe , 15mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover 50mm thick made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250 mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Galvanised iron wire of 4mm dia upto 7.5m long including testing is deemed to be included with quoted rate).
