Providing 30mm thik WIRE MESH SOLID PVC DOOR SHUTTER Consisting of frame made out of M.S. tube of 19-gauge thickness and size of 19mmx19mm for stiles and 15mmx15mm for top, lock & bottom rail. M.S. frame shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make manufacture 19mmx19mm M.S. square tubes shall be covered with heat moulded plain sheet 'C' channel made from 5mm (+0.25) thick PVC sheet of density 600 kg/ Cum Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified company , of size 30mm thickness, 90mm width out of which 75mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be bent in 90* angle on either side forming stiles, one of the 90*bend edge is cut from stiles as well as rails to nail from inner side of door to hide wire mesh fixing steel screws, 5mm (+ 0.25) thick 115mm wide PVC sheet out of which 100mm shall be bent in 90* on both side to form lock rail. An additional 5mm (+0.25) thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' channel using PVC solvent cement adhesive .Panel will be of GI / SS wire mesh of 24 guage to be fitted inside area of stiles & rails. the wire mesh in top, bottom & lock rail is sealed with 15mm x 15mm tube with steel screw of size 13/6mm. 10mm (5mmx2 Nos) thick PVC strip of 25mm width is to be stuck & nail on both side of G.I. wire mesh interior at the top, bottomm & lock rail. 10mm thick (5mmx 2 Nos) thick, 20mm wide cross pol sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail Door to be fixed to frame with 3 Nos MS Powder coated butt hinges size 100mmx25mmx2mm and 32mm long steel screw drilled suitable to pass through both the walls of the M.S. tube other hardware should be fixed with 19* 6 mm size steel screws etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge manufacturer's specification & Drawing.

S&F Butt hinges , stainless steel alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin anodised and fixed , B-21 of size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and directed

S&F Extruded aluminium alloy handles 150 mm long fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and directed

S&F 250 mm long aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified directed

S&F mild steel Mortice lock, vertical type, size 100 mm, 4 lever complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured printed glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 brick or on concrete surfaces of wall and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed as in backing of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles Dark shade Double charged/ ultracharged 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to light shed including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on floors for laying floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&LVirified Ceramic tiles light shade /Double charged/ ultracharged 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in wall etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to light shed including10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 brick or on concrete surfaces of wall and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc including move to store or otherwise complete

M&L Granite (of any type) 20mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite in cluding 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4)complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall/ceiling etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar on brick/concrete wall surfaces in CM (1:6) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1(20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed block for embedding hold fast of doors, window frames or chowkats including necessary form work complete all as all as specified directed.
