S&F for new retrofitted ACB of capacity 1000 AMP, 4 pole with microprocessor based Lsing protection, operation voltage 690 VAC breaking capacity 50 KA for One Sec at 440 Volt AC with electrical interlocking, release have inbuilt earth fault setting ≤10% to ≥60% with ≤10% interval with adjustable setting 100-400 Amps with inbuilt operation counter and event counter with u/s coil of 230 Volt AC, Shunt coil and closing coil 230 Volt AC and ECD of 230 Volt AC including digital Ammeter of 3 phase with inbuilt selected switch (1 Nos), digital voltmeter with inbuilt selected switch (1 Nos), digital MFM (multi function meters) (1Nos), TNC (Trip neutral close switch) (1 Nos) and aluminum bus bar and fix the retrofitting ACB, ammeter, voltmeter, digital MFM, TNC & bus bar etc. in old existing panel complete all as specified and directed by GE after dismantling of existing 1000 Amp ACB (Make: C&S), Ammeter, Voltmeter, digital MFM, TNC & bus bar etc. from existing power distribution panel board at power house No. 01 for reuse in new panel against item No. 2. (Note: (i) Rate of supply and fixing of ACB, digital ammeter, digital voltmeter, digital MFM, TNC & aluminium bus bar are inclusive in this item. (ii) Dismantling of old ACB, retrofitting of new ACB, testing and commissioning of ACB, all incoming and outgoing terminals shall be extended with aluminium bus bar material for proper termination, additional retrofitting work to be done at site under supervision of OEM or authorized OEM complete all as specified and directed by GE. (iii) ACB shall be retrofitted by the agencies who have at least executed retrofitting job of similar kind of any Central Govt. Organization within last five years. Purchase order shall be submitted consisting of single order of at least 30 Nos of retrofitting job as a credential before starting the job of retrofitting. (iv) Payment shall be done after satisfaction of user’s certificate.)

Dismantling of existing 3 nos of ACBs and fixing of Additional AUX contact blocks into cradle of ACBs and testing, refixing of the ACBs in the existing panel after cutting and mending the walls of the panels. Eradicating complete existing control wiring and rewiring the 3 I/C and extending the same in external terminals complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Ammeter selector switch- 03 Nos, Additional Auxilary contact block (8NO+ 8NC)-03 Nos, control MCB 6A SP-06 Nos are inclusive in this job. (ii) Dismantling of 03 Nos ACB and other mentioned above are inclusive in this item)

Modification of existing indoor type VCB Panel servicing with electrical & Mechanical ON/OFF interlocking, Auxilary contact Block (6 NO + 6NC)- 04 Nos contactor 110V DC Eradicating complete existing control wiring for PS-01 & PS-02 complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/maintenance of Compact Sub Station Door (ie alignment of door, locking arrangement of door, repair/replacement of Hinges) including all accessories such as welding, nut bolt, door lock etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note: all material and labour required for repair and replacement shall be included in this item as each job)

S&F for LED indicator lamp (R,B,Y) 50Hz, 240V AC complete as in repair all as specified and directed. (Make: C&S, Cat No. RCN7-1VL75 or equivalent of ABB/L&T /Legrand/siemens/schneider)

S&F for 400 watt LED flood light luminaire with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium of IP-66 protection complete with all accessories duly prewired and including fixing arrangement at different hanger area upto height of 24 mtr by providing clamps, nuts, bolts, and washers etc after taking down old unserviceable flood light fitting of any type duly disconnecting the electric supply complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Contractor shall ensure all safety aspects of menpower who are working at site duly proper insurance of the individual (ii) All necessary tools and plants for fixing and taking down of lamp fittings light boom ladder with safety equipment etc shall be provided by the contractor (iii) LM-79 and LM-80 certificate from NABL accredited Lab shall be submitted for LED light fittings to the Engineer-In-Charge. (iv) Warranty certificate shall be submitted for LED light fitting by the contractor and also company warranty certificate submitted as per standard format for minimum 50000 Hrs from the date of install the light fittings to the Engineer-In-Charge before payment. Dismantling of existing Highmast light for 20 to 26 mtr height incl repairs to raising and lowering system of High mast light and repair to double drum winch, proper checking of lubrication system and tighting of trailing cable repairs to remote for up & down carriage, refixing of flood light luminaries with suitable bracket and making serviceable incl base protection of High Mast Light all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Replacement of defective parts and accessories shall be included in this item. (ii) Transportation and T&P i.e. Hydra crane, Ladder, spanners of any other equipments for repair of High mast Light shall be provided by contractor and cost for the same deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

M&L for rewinding of 3 phase squirrel cage induction motor of 1.5 HP capacity including taking down carefully after removing all electrical & mechanical connection from Highmast pole of any height, taking into workshop, removing burnout winding wire carefully and rewinding with suitable size of new winding wire (pvc insulated ) of same gauge, reassembling, testing & commissioning all as specified and directed.

S&F for 500 watt LED flood light luminaire with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium of IP-66 protection complete with all accessories duly prewired and including fixing arrangement at different high mast by providing clamps, nuts, bolts, and washers etc after taking down old unserviceable flood light fitting of any type duly disconnecting the electric supply complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (a) LM-79 and LM-80 certificate from NABL accredited Lab shall be submitted for LED light fittings to the Engineer-In-Charge. (b) (iv) Warranty certificate shall be submitted for LED light fitting by the contractor and also company warranty certificate submitted as per standard format for minimum 50000 Hrs from the date of install the light fittings to the Engineer-In-Charge before payment.
