(c) AMF Panel: Factory made control cubical made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof totally encosed with front and rear opening of 415 volts 3 phase 4 - wire AC 50 Hz, including powder coated painted, copper bus bar of one and half times the rated load of 40 KVA alternator complete with internal wiring with PVC insulated single core copper conductor multistranded wire of 1100 volts grade of suitable capacity fuses, name plate consisting of 4 pole ACB/MCCBs and contactors. The size / rating of all the connected accesories viz. Contactors, relays, timers, bus bars, connected cables etc. of the AMF panel shall be conformity with the I/C and O/G ACBs/MCCBs and as recommended by the manufacturer. The AMF panel should be capable enough to automaticaly start the DG set incase of power faliure at the interval of less then one miniute or as recommended by manufacturer. The AMF panel should also be provided with as safety features so as to shut down DG incase of any abnormality, Detachable cable gland plates, all controls,indicators, and standard fitting shall be as follows:- (a) Digital Ammeter with selector switch of suitable capacity with CTs - 1 set (b) Digital Voltmeter with selector switch of 0-500 volts - 1 set (c) Digital frequency meter - 1 No (d) Digital KW meter - 1 No (e) Digital KWH meter panel mounted type - 1 No (f) Digital PF meter - 1 No (g) Annuciation with indication lamps for:- (i) Low lub oil pressure (ii) High wate temperature (iii) Engine over speed (iv) Batery low voltage (v) Over voltage, under voltage and over current. (vi) Display shall be alphanumeric LCD display with LED backlight

(D)CIVIL WORK:- PCC 1:2:4 type B2 of 60 cm above normal ground level for DG and AMF panel and other equipment as required as site shalll be provided within the sufficient working space of 90 cm extended platform all around the DG set and panel. The artificial load testing of DG to the desired capacity. The cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per item No 1.01 above but capacity of DG set 58.5 KVA (46.8 KW) complete all as specicifed and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x 6mm thick burried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level0with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of GI or steel, GI strip protected by 40 mm bore medium grade GI pipe and other end connected to earth test point as directed including funnel with watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade GI, wire mesh charcoal or coke common salt laid in altrnative layer of 15 cm (complete thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC(1:3:6) type C-1, 50 mm thick pre-cast RCC(1:2:4) type B-1 normally mix cover slab reinforced with in 8 mm dia TMT bar 10 cm C/C both ways and single handle of 10 mm dia round bar including necessary excavation, earth work etc. in soft/loose/hard soil and disposal of soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and necessry testing on completion all as shown in electrical plate No 3 MES schedule part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix timer switches with contactor fitted inside steel enclosure all complete. Make Havells Cat part No DTHLB01016 or equivalent all complete

S&F LT Panel board/ Feeder pilar box with copper loop bus bar of capacity 400A ,made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick otdoor pedestal type totally enclosed with front and rear opening, hinged doors of size 1.0 m x 1.2m x 0.5 m, with projected an raised platform of 6 inch height and 30 cm extended platform all around the panel weather and water proof, adequate space for maintenance and necessary locking arrangements along with lugs, danger notice plate, strickering of Switcher gear about termination of switch gear, and the nuts/ bolts etc used are to be made of rust proof material incl as per IS: 8623 copper bus bar (incoming and ougoing side) mounted on insulators as per IS with heat proof colour code, insulators suitable for three phase and four wire LT AC, 50 Hz 415 V 400 A capacity complete with powder coating, necessary internal electric connection as required and provision of the following:

Incoming: a) Onload manual change over 250 A open execution type No.Make Havells or equivalent b) LT 440 volts 3 phase, 4 wire 50 cycles, 20kA, Adjustable type MCCB of 250 Amp rated 4 pole complete as per IEC: 60947-II, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic , Ics=100% Icu . Make:Havells or equivalent - 1No. Outgoing: a) LT 440 volts 3 phase, 4 wire 50 cycles, 20kA, Adjustable type MCCB of 100 Amp rated 4 pole complete as per IEC: 60947-II, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic , Ics=100% Icu . Make:Havells, or equivalent - 02 Nos.

(b) Supply and fixing MCB C-Curve, 32 Amp TPN, 50 Hz, 240/415 Volts complete all as directed.Make:Panasonic, Cat Part No:BBD4633CHH /Indoasian /Schnieder - 02 Nos (c) LED Indicating Lamps for ech phase with colour coed Red Yellow Blue for R, Y and B Phases-01 Set (d) Multifunctional Intelligent Panel Meter digital type for measuring Volts, Current, Hz, pf, power, energy, THD along with connected CTs Make: Schinder / L&T-01 No

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 meter wide and n. exc 1.5 meter in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cable etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 8 above but for hard surfaces such as in road cutting/ hard standing etc including making good disturbed surfaces to match with original complete all as directed.

Supply and laying new dry river sand laid in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15cm above the cable and punned to 18 cm as cable cushioning and covering all as directed. (Note:- Punched thickness will be measured & paid.)

Supply and laying of brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B' bricks laid over sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches width of brick perpendicular to the length of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as directed.

Supply and lay tube GI light grade of 40 mm bore in road crossings/ floor etc. with all fittings for protection of cable complete all as specified & directed.

S& F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete or for fixing of RCC/ angle post complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,exc 5cm, n exc 10cm long and diameter of neck 16 to 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and directed (Gde-Fe-290 GdeE-165.)

S&F Pre- painted galvalnume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as directed.

Surface excavation n,exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep & getting out in soft & loose soil complete all as directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge n,exc 63mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n,exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface broken stone complete all as directed.

M & L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40mm graded agg.) as in floor finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
