Material and Labour for Premix bituminious macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 40-50 mm) using paving bitumen (VG 30 ) as binder and graded stone aggregates of 20 to12.5mm size complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Binder content shall be 4% of weight aggregate. (b) Rate shall include Bitumen Extraction Test as per reqd interval.

Material & labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n.exc. 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix for solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) framework for road sign board/postings, etc, made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts, end nobes etc., of required size complete including fixing 4mm thick ACP (Aluminium composite panel) complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. ACP (Aluminium composite panel) shall be measured and paid seperately. 2. Rates shall be inclusive of taking down old damaged sign posting of MS framework.

Supply only 4mm thick ACP (Aluminium composite panel), regular, exterior application grade, etc. of shade/colour GREEN colour on both side in required size including high intensity retro -reflective sheeting letters, symbols, borders etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, of IRC sheeting class C and ASTM type-III/IX/XI with required colour scheme (WHITE/YELLOW) fixed on boards complete as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,watering and removing surplus sol to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) (Nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork/stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and removal of rubbish off the site complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sands), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of testing of random smaples of Precast cement concrete (M-25) kerb stones. (b) Rate quoted shall include necessary excavation for laying stones and removal of old damaged kerb stones including staking of debris, where directed for disposal under relevant item.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating using hand roller (0.2 to 0.5 tonne) to formation surfaces obtained after demolition of disinterated walkway including watering as necessary and consolidating to the required level, gradient or camber, keeping roller wheels wet, if required, filling in hollows and depressions with hardcore material where required. Note : Hardcore materials as required shall be paid seperately through Supply Only item.

Supply only hardcore materials (Broken bricks) of size n.exc 63mm complete and deposited where as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete ( 1:3:6), type C-2 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase etc complete all as specified and directed..

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete including removing old broken paver blocks and stacked as and where directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : (a) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of testing of random samples of Precast cement concrete (M-30) paver blocks

Taking out old factory made cement concrete paver block and sand cushioning /broken PCC bed including roughening of surfaces for laying new PCC bed (ser item No. 18 above) as grade correction and raising required level complete all as specified and directed..
