M&L for washing rubbing down and stopping of old acrylic exterior paint wall surfaces including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 4 above but of camouflage design/perttern complete all specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (block, Roman, italic or indian) n exc 30 cm height with synthetic enamel paint without brush marks, if necessary re-painted untill the desired result is obtain complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down/ demolition of cement plaster/ concrete as required thickness, after cleaning surface applying polymer based rust remover and subsequently applying polymer based rust preventive to all exposed reinforced bars, applying one coat epoxy bonding coat over the exiting surfaces of fins/facia/chajja, slab, column, beam and similar structural members to bind the surfaces with new cement plaster,. Rendering required thickness on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) with WPC in two layer and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of alkali-resistant priming paint after preparation of wall surfaces including necessary scaffolding and form work as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make- Rendroc RG of FOSROC or equivalent make in Dr. Fixit of Pidilite industries/ IPH-411 of Harjas Coating & Polymers/ M/s Bauchemie/ Sika )

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement after taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement after taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surface, as in ceiling and finished even and smooth without using extra cement after taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats of interior emulsion paint (Apex ultima) over one coat of alkali resisitant primer paint as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by GE. (Note:- After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (premium quality) over one coat of alkali resistant primer paint over a layer of smooth wall putty finish punning 2 mm thick strictly as per manufacturer instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed by GE. (Note:- After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (premium quality) over one coat of alkali resistant primer paint as per manufacturer instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed by GE. (Note:- After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement)

S&F for Rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (ISI marked multilayer) with float valve, plastic lid cover, cylindrical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 ltrs including dismantling old unserviceable tank and making connections inlcuding suitable GI wash out, over flow, nipple and including 20mm bore ball valve (minimum weigth of valve 210 gms) high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plasic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F for Rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (ISI marked multilayer) with float valve, plastic lid cover, cylindrical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 1000 ltrs including dismantling old unserviceable tank and making connections inlcuding suitable GI wash out, over flow, nipple and including 20mm bore ball valve (minimum weigth of valve 210 gms) high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plasic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F for 15 mm bore galvanised iron GI tubing (medium grade) with all fittings such as bends, socket, Tee, Elbow, union, Nipple, short pieces and fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors complete after taking down old unserveciable 15mm dia GI pipe with fittings all as specified and directed.

S&F for 20 mm bore galvanised iron GI tubing (medium grade) with all fittings such as bends, socket, Tee, Elbow, union, Nipple, short pieces and fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors complete after taking down old unserveciable 20mm dia GI pipe with fittings all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured vitrified tiles dark shade (premium quality) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x250x7mm thick, (premium quality) on vertical surface of wall such as dado, skirting, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (premium quality) Square/rectangular, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30cmx22 mm thick set, jointed in neat cement slurry in floor and pointed in white or grey cement and no pigment of machine pressed to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) after demolition/ dismantling of existing unserviceable cement concrete tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured vitrified heavy duty tiles dark shade (premium quality) of size 300mm x 300mm x 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished as in steps/stairs/raiser/vertical surface etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite stone slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in skirting/dado, steps, pillars, window sills, cooking platform laid over 15mm thick bedding in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab including rounding edges of granite slab after dismantling of old unserviceable/ broken slab as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as required at site complete all as specified and directed.
