Supply and Installation of Smart Single Phase Meter of different makes (not more than 33% of a particular make) with the following specifications: • AC Single Phase Two Wire, Tamper Proof, Static Meter of Class 1.0, 240 V, 50 Hz, 10A-60A, with 3200 impulses per KWh,LED for Phase presence & LED for Relay status, conforming to IS-16444 (Reaffirmed 2020) standard with plugable GPRS/4G Communication or 865-867 MHz 6LowPAN Mesh Radio Frequency communication facility with self healing Mesh network with default and on demand display, billing data generation facility, anti-tamper features, Microprocessor and LCD based display only. • Meter Should support the following data : 15/30 min instantaneous data for Voltage, Current, Power factor, Power, Cumulative energy and frequency, monthly billing data & antitamper features. Load survey data for 45 days with 30 min integration period for kWh, Voltage, Current, frequency etc. • Meter should have connect / disconnect functionality operable from prepaid billing software & shall show balance on display • The meter should support open communication protocol DLMS with the software Note: (a) The contractor would be responsible from removing the existing meter, noting down the reading and depositing it with the MES. (b) It would be possible to run the meter in prepaid mode (c) Security features to prevent unauthorised access to the AMI including smart meter and meter data etc and to ensure authentication of all AMI eliments by CERT auditor of Armed Forces as per Appx 'D' of E-in-C branch policy No 12/2023 vide letter A/37696/Gen/Pol/E2W(PPC) dt 30 Aug 2023.

Supply and fixing Compatible IP54 compliant polycarbonate box for outdoor mounting with optical port Provision on meter box. ( for single phase smart metres)
