M&L RCC M- 30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation , including rafts, footing , foundation beams, plinth beam , bases for column, slab for culvert etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams in flate and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete

M&L RCC M- 30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Use and waste of form work to faces of sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions in flats vertical rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M- 30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams fair finished surfaces , etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required incl hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified.

Material and labour for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders. cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and bending and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work for fly ash built in CM (1:6) with straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius all as specified.

M & L 15 mm cement plaster on brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:4) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M&L Applying two coats of Asure Radiance exterior Emulsion paint (7 year warranty) over one coat of Azura Premium Damp Arrestor alkali block dual primer complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in copings including Ditto, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directednecessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide all as specified and direceted

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) foundation fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing for 2.24mm dia 2 strand galvanised steel barbed wire with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and staining and fixing to any type of standard railing strainning both including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pin etc after and including dismantling of existing unserviceable barbed wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing stainless steel concerntina coil fencing with punched tape concerntina coil 600mm dia 10 mtr openable length (total length 90mtr), having 50 nos round per 6 mtr length upto 3 mtr heigth of wall with 9 horrizsontal RBT reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with GI satples and GI clips to retain horrizontal, including nessesary bolts or GI barbed wire tied with angle iron complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel work as in posts and struts etc in fencing including cutting tops to shapes as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified

Bringing locally availabilty earth from sources outside defence land including cost of royality if any, transportation, taxes, etc and filling with soil incl raising earth, spreading in layers n exc 30cm thick, watering, ramming with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and finished with required size and shape.

Supply and fixing of die cast aluminium housing transparent tempered glass diffuser matt grey finish LED warm white wall washer light 12 watt,IP-54 including fixing to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required in PVC Conduit conceiled type 2x2.5sq. mm + 1x2.50 sq. mm for earth wire all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth; for laying of cable, n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L Dry sand filling as cable cushoining complete. Note - Thickness for sand shall be measured after punning down 23 cm layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm along length of cable in trenches after sand cushioning laid for underground cable protection complete all as specified and as directed
