M&L for in repair 80mm dia GI pipe Light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches, fixed to wall/pole/under road/floor etc for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for in repair 50mm dia GI pipe Light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches, fixed to wall/pole/under road/floor etc for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable, consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in copings to poles & the like, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-31 (9.0 meter long) complete, Including disconnecting and taking out old damage Steel/PCC pole complete as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & Earth work and PCC foundation/base shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BoQ.

S&F in repairs MCCB 100 Amps 4 pole, 415 V, breaking capacity 16 KA,Ics=100% ICU including spreader terminals & connected accessories both ends complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs MCCB 160 Amps, 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable type, with breaking capacity 36 KA, Ics=100 % ICU including spreader terminals & connected accessories both ends complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated GI wire/Strip armoured Electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded Aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 150Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trench/pole/on wall completer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron 25x4mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point including testing on completion including watering GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade, 15mm bore light grade GI pipe for protection of earth lead including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm including 8mm dia TMT bars both ways @ 15cm centre to centre with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, funnel & wire mesh, excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete including dismantling existing all as specified & directed.

M&L for repair, serviceing and replacement of unserviceable accessories of LT Panel any make type/size including welding, brazing and drilling work etc complete all as specified and directed.including the followings. (a) Tightening of all loose conectiont of cable inside the panel and welding the broken door of the panel.(b) Clean all the rusted busbar through emery paper and fixing insulation heat shrink sleeves through out the busbar including strip connected with out going MCCB. (c) Cut the damage insulation portion end of cable inside the panel and reconnecting its into positions after fixing the end termintion/Sleeves complete with suitable size of aluminium lugs and stainless steel nut bolts including excavation and earth work in any type of soil for taking out the existing cable loop to fixing the end joint or reconnection in position. (d) Repair/Replacement of burn/unserviceable voltmeter, ammeter,indication lamp including control wiring of the panel between voltmeter, Ammeter and their selector switch and CTs . (e) Repair/Replacement of all burn lugs inside the panel.(f) Replacement of all the GI rusted nut, bolts,and washers with made of stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers.(g) Clean the dust inside the panel by air blower/vaccum cleaner complete. Note : (a) The cost of nut bolts, washers, insulation tape, lugs etc essentially required to make the panel serviceable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Other spare parts/accessories shall measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule.

Supply, fabrication, installation and testing of LT factory made (CPRI approved) water and vermin proof protection pedestal type feeder pillar box of minimum size 1200mm x 600mm x 500mm (overalls), outdoor type, double door made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with frame and legs of mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm in all side with double door, front and back side openable and air ventilation arrangement including provision of cable looping box of size 600 x 450 x 400mm made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with front side openable double door shutter hinged door with door bolt 300mm long locking arrangement at both side complete painted with Powder Coated paint of approved shade and suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 500 voltage grade complete wiring and all incoming connections with copper strip busbar of required size to MCCB input including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in foundation of size 0.80m x 0.60m x 0.90m depth (30 cm below ground level & 60 cm above ground level) including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed alongwith comprising of the following accessories :- NOTE: Rate of earthwork and PCC are deemed to be inclusive in this item.

Incoming: (a) Aluminium strip busbar of current carrying capacity 315 Amps wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with steel nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends = 04 nos. (b) Copper strip busbar of current carrying capacity 200 Amps wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with steel nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends = 04 nos. (c) MCCB IP 44 and IP 66/67 protection, 4 pole, 415 volts, Lcu= 36 KA breaking capacity, rating 125 Amps, adjustable thermal magnetic type, thermal release range (64 to 100 %) with O/L, S/C protection including all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links -01 No. (d) Digital Ammeter of range (0-200) amps, flush mounting type of size 100mm x 100mm (4”x4”) square dial with CT’s of ratio 200/5A and selector switch – 01 set. (e) Digital voltmeter of range (0-500) volts, flush mounting type of size 100mm x 100mm (4”x4”) square dial with selector switch – 01 No. (f) LED Neon indicator lamp (RYB) with holder,230/250 volts,AC -01 set (set of three)

Out going:- (a) MCCB IP 44 and IP 66/67 protection, 4 pole, 415 volts, Lcu=25 KA breaking capacity, rating 63 Amps, adjustable thermal magnetic setting type with O/L, S/C protection including all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links -02 Nos. (b) MCB SPN 32 Amps 240 volts 'C' curve = 06 Nos.

Supply ,fabrication, installation and testing of LT out door type factory made CPRI Approved , junction box of size 900mmX600mmX400mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 40X40X5mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25X5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of size 0.80m X 0.6m X 0.90m depth (0.30m below ground level and 0.60m above ground level ) and connections of all outgoing / incomming existing cable of any size drawing / digging out cable from loops in trenches inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required and relaying the cables including the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and directed. (a) Alluminium bus bar of size 50 mm X 6 mm X 400mm long wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes as required with nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends = 04 nos. (b) Enamelled iron danger notice plate of 1.60 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 200 mm X 150mm , white with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with nuts and bolts on door / shutter of JB for LT -01 No.

Supply only epoxy type insulator for support of busbar grade 1100 volt as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

Material only for control wiring of the panel with 1.5 sq mm multistranded, PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 Volt grade FRLS cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED phase indicator lamp colour RED/YELLOW/BLUE AC 220 Volt 50 Hz. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Digital Ampmeter of any range, flush mounting type of size 96 mm x 96 mm (4”x4”) square dial 3 phase four wire system with selector switch complete all as specified and directed..

Supply only Digital voltmeter of range (0-500) volts, flush mounting type of size 96 mm x 96 mm (4”x4”) square dial 3 phase 4 wire system with selector switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only cast resin insulated type CT, Ratio 200/5A with capable of with standing momentary short circuit and symmetrical short circuit for 01second complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only cast resin insulated type CT, Ratio 250/5A with capable of withstanding momentary short circuit and symmetrical short circuit for 01 second complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only aluminium bus bar any of any size duly insulated with heat shrink busbar insulation sleeves complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for replacement of MS sheet cover of LT panel board made out of any thick MS sheet as per required shape and size including necessary fabrication,welding and two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coats of red oxide after proper preparation of steel surface complete and fixing accessories etc to match with existing panel surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting on existing steel surface of Panel/FPB/JB etc with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including one coat of red oxide on rusted area after proper cleaning and prepration of old painted surfaces steel / Iron of any description with spray machine complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Painting of panels / feeder filler boxes shall be carried out in different colour of paints as required at site and as directed).

Relaying of old serviceable brick as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable under ground cable of any size and any position from trenches, floors and wall and segrate the serviceable portion cable for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for drilling hole under the road with the help of bocki / by manual or by machine for crossing GI tubing of any size 100 mm pipe for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of serviceable cable of any size retrieved here-in-above item after detecting the fault and making straight through jointing kit of 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Necessary excavation,returning filling, removal of soil and straight through joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Dismantling of old existing service connection cable of any size and any position from trenches, floors and wall which are used in service co-segrate the serviceable portion cable for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes of size 63 mm outer dia and 50mm inner dia made of high density polythyline (HDPE) conforming to IS 16205 (Part-24) in place of old Bricks including all accessories i.e. all type of joints, Sockets, Elbows, bends and End caps etc.. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with jointing material heat shrink type and accessories suitable for 3½ core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 150 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with jointing material heat shrink type and accessories suitable for 3½ core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 120sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
