S & F of including lowering in borewell ERW/ MS casing pipe electric resistant welded pipe with socket confirming to IS:3589 of 250mm dia and thickness 8mm including two coats of anti corrosive bituminous paint of approved brand, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of including lowering in borewell ERW/ MS casing pipe electric resistant welded pipe with socket confirming to IS:3589 of 200mm dia and thickness 8mm including two coats of anti corrosive bituminous paint of approved brand, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 6.00 as above but slotted pipe as per IS: 8110 strainer of complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of end cap of for 200mm dia MS pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of MS reducer socket of 250x200 mm dia to be fabricated out of 12 mm sheet plate with the housing pipe of 250 mm dia for fixing 250 mm dia MS pipe to 200 mm dia MS pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of well cap of for 250mm dia MS pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of clamp of size 150mmx10mm of length 1.5mtr including MS nut bolts of 10mm dia and washer etc for supporting casing pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC of ratio (1:2:4) type B-2 cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of clamp of size 150mmx10mm of length 1.0 mtr including MS nut bolts of 10mm dia with washer etc for supporting column pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of column pipe of dia 80 mm GI heavy grade with 50 mm long deep threaded and 150 mm long sockets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Steel wire rope, PVC insulated of size 10 mm dia of suitable size/ length as directed with clamps, nuts & bolts and washers etc for holding column pipes/GI pipes of submersible pump set, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of cage fabricated from strips of size 25x4 suitable for protection of submersible pump set with two coat of anti corrosive black bituminous paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of submersible motor pump set of motor capacity 7.5 HP including lowering of colum pipes, submersible cable and steel rope tieing with column pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: (i) Discharge and head of pump will be decided by the Engr-in-Charge as per yield obtained from borewell. (ii) Submersible cable, steel rope and column pipes will be measured and paid in respective items.

S & F of flat submersible cable 3 core multi stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling pebbles of size 6 to 10mm around the casing pipe of borewell including all lead and lifts free from dust dirt or vegetation manure, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water of borewell using air compressor of 350psi , 600cfm pressure for required number of hours including fuel etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Conducting following tests for the bore well to determine safe water pumping from government approved laboratory including submitting the report to the department, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) Yield Test (ii) bacteriological Test (iii) chemical test (systematic analysis)

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying pipe line in any type of soft loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in each layer in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying & jointing 50 mm outside dia double corrugated pipe(DWC) ISI marked for enclosing cable below ground/road surface to a required depth including suitable size couplers for jointing of pipe all as per site requirement etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of Ductile iron water mains 80 mm dia, Class K-7 with spigot and socket ends including rubber gasket joints laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing and testing DI fittings for spigot & socketed or flanged pipes i.e. bends, reducers, tail pieces, tapers, tees, collars, caps, plugs with MS plate, nuts, bolts, washers gaskets etc of sizes 80 mm to 200 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of sheet metal enclosure junction box of thickness 3mm sheet , powder coated with single door closure including 6-way copper bus bar of capacity 100A mounted on PCC (1:2:4) one feet above the ground , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of butterfly valve of 80mm dia confirming to IS:13095 including accessories, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of non return butterfly valve of 100 mm dia confirming to IS:13095 including accessories, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of FASD submersible motor panel starter of capacity 7.5 HP incl overload, single phasing prevention, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pipe earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 4 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected to galvanised earth pipe by means of 25x 4mm bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron including PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 precast RCC cover slab with suitable handle made of 6mm round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm dia medium grade galvanised steel tube for watering with one and protection pipe of 40mm dia light grade galvanised steel tubing up to 7.5 meters length for drawing earth lead including common salt, charcoal, bentonite in alternate layers etc, complete all as shown in EP number 2 of SSR part-1 including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for installation of venturi with both side flanged at delivery water pipeline of IRP plant including all accessories and fixtures, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: cost of venturi is deemed to be included in quoted rate)

Supply only strata sample box with glass cover 3mm thick with hanging arrangement including polishing complete with samples at every 3 m depth as obtained during boring including lithological log strata chart in duplicate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
