Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean and dry river sand for protection of PVC cable with approved sand of uniform thickness. laid dry, filling in trenches and punning down in proper required layers complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting Each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 5.00 here in before but except brick and -ditto-. Note: Servicicable brick shall be reused obtained from item No 1.00.

Taking down / out un-serviceable LT Cables of size 16/6 sqmm of 4/2core and connections including bricks, GI pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and / or fixing with walls / poles complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and fix in repair loop in loop out junction box of size 300 x 200 x 110 mm made out of 1.6mm thick SMC sheet weather proof dust and vermin proof with hinged door and locking arrangements with slanting cover on top and provision of 04 nos aluminium bus bar of size 20 x 5 mm fixed on insulator and one MCB of capacity 10 Amp complete fixed on pole with and including suitable size MS flat iron clamp nut , bolt and washers of suitable size etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 25 mm dia HDPE pipe of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 for passing of cable through PCC foundation from trench to cable junction box and also for protection of security light cable from junction box to light fitting with necessary clamp nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for loop digging of the existing cable, remove the burnt cable and after dressing the cable fixing with proper lugs and connecting to the Junction box/ LT feeder pillar complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured LT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 16 Sqmm, 4 core, 1100 Volts grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply, laying, or fixing or passing through pipe, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured LT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 6 Sqmm, 2 core, 1100 Volts grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) This item shall be used to replace old unserviceable cable of Hanger/Tower and wind shock aviation light. (b) When cable is required to run through wall it shall be properly fixed with saddle and which cost shall be included in the quoted rates.

Materials and labour for boring of holes of size up to 50mm dia under road without disturbing the top surface of the road and taxiway for passing through the cable complete all as specified and directed Note-Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall by arranged by the contractor and cost of the same included in quoted rates.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised iron pipe 40mm bore (light grade) for protection of cable, laid in trenches / floors / fixing on wall / pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised iron pipe 25mm bore (light grade) for protection of cable, laid in trenches / floors / fixing on wall / pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP 31 (overall length 9.00 meter) conforming to IS-2713 (Part 1 to 3) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, screws. Pole shall be painted with two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and the remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer, painting black & yellow alternate strips of 30cm each externally from ground level upto 1.2m with synthetic enamel paint, numbering of poles including taking down old unserviciable existing pole complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and fix in repair of LED street light fittings of 70W made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass cover, IP66 protection, high power LEDs with secondary lenses and system efficacy should be minimum 110 Lumen per watt and LM79 report should be provided from NABL accredited lab. Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection device and 10 KV surge protection device in luminare. THD shall be 10%, Power Factor 0.95, CCT 5700K and brand name should be embossed/engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life. Warranty should be 2 years and warranty certificate should be provided on OEM letter head at the time of delivery complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair post top lantern, LED 25 watt aluminium powder coated housing , IP 65 protection and lumen efficacy of 80 lm / W . Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection device, THD shall be 10%, Power Factor 0.95, CCT 5700K and brand name should be embossed/engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life. Warranty should be 2 years and warranty certificate should be provided on OEM letter head at the time of delivery complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 50W LED Flood light made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass cover, IP66 protection, high power LEDs and system efficacy should be greater than 110 Lumen per watt and LM79 report should be provided from NABL accredited lab. Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection device. THD shall be 10%, Power Factor 0.95, CCT 5700K and brand name should be embossed/engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life. 2 years warranty certificate should be provided on OEM letter head at the time of delivery complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC insulated multicore FR PVC sheathed 1.5 sqmm 3 core multistrand copper conductor for connection of security light from Junction Box to security light complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for painting of LT electric pole, steel tubular swaged pole (9 mtr long) of any size, any pattern with one coat of aluminium paint in full length of the pole and marking the pole with black and yellow strip (upto to 1 mtr length, 1 mtr height of PCC coping) alternatively including numbering the pole serially complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for painting of LT RCC electric pole (9 mtr long) of any size ,any pattern with one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 0.715 litre/ 10 sqm and marking the pole with black and yellow strip (upto 1 mtr length from ground) alternatively including numbering the pole searially complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair power contactor 3 pole 65 Amps type MNX complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCB 4 pole, 415 Volts, 63 amps, "C" series, breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully gear mechanism comprising of gear box, stainless steel rope ,Jubli clamp ,lever for lifting and lowering for high mast light 6/9 fittings from 15 meter long high mast and taking up after replacement unserviceable light fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Light fitting shall be measured seperately under respective items.

Supply and fix in repair 200W LED Flood Light made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with integrated polycarbonate IP Lens cover, IP66 protection and system efficacy should be greater than 120 Lumen per watt and LM79 report should be provided from NABL accredited lab. Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection device and 10 KV surge protection device in luminare. THD shall be 10%, Power Factor 0.95, CCT 5700K and brand name should be embossed/engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life. Warranty should be 02 years and warranty certificate should be provided on OEM letter head at the time of delivery complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair driver suitable for 60 watt LED street light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair driver suitable for 45 watt LED street light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair driver suitable for 150/200 watt LED flood light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fix in repair 10 KV surge protection device, 440 Volt for LED flood light and street light luminare of different wattage capacity complete all as specified and directed

Taking down RCC/Steel tubular pole 7 to 9 meter height for shifting at different location and refixing including demolition of PCC foundation of electric pole and removing of rubish from site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, PCC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Supply and fix in repair street light bracket made of 1.5 RM length of GI pipe of light grade of 40 mm dia in proper shaped, bend, threaded and drilling holes for wire entry and MS clamps (02 Nos) with nut & bolts of suitable size in proper shape complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) as in coping including form work complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair 200W LED High Bay Light fittings made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with integrated polycarbonate IP Lens cover, IP66 protection, cradle & eye bolt both arrangements should be provided for mounting with additional safety chain and system efficacy should be greater than 120 Lumen per watt and LM79 report should be provided from NABL accredited lab. Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection device and 10 KV surge protection device in luminare. THD shall be 10%, Power Factor 0.95, CCT 5700K and brand name should be embossed / engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life. Warranty should be 5 years and warranty certificate should be provided on OEM letter head at the time of delivery complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Contractor shall arrange ladder upto 30 meter height for fixing of light fittings without any extra cost.

Supply and fix in repair 1.1 KV straight through heat shrinkable joint kit suitable for 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16 sqmm to 25 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair cable junction box 155 x 210 x 92 mm in size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP 66 protection with integrated membranes / metric knockouts for cable entry size 10-16 sqmm for outdoor installation fixed / flushed on PCC foundation or GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 8 KW, 3 Phase Nature Switch (using Infrared Sensor technology) based automatic street light timer switch for automatic switching on / off street light based on Lux level of nature light (required illuminance level for switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching off ≥ 10 lux). The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs to max 12 hrs, consisting of sensor, overload protection fusegear, 3 Nos contactor, 3 Nos incoming MCBs & 3 Nos outgoing MCBs of 32-40 Amps 10 KA each and circuit wiring (Copper) of min 10 Sqmm terminal blocks for cable entry & control unit enclosed in pole / wall mounted enclosure made out of rust proof , Electric shock proof , termite proof thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure (with hinged lid) conforming to IP-66 protection fixed to pole by using MS clamps fabricated out of 25mmx3mm thickness, Bolts and nuts as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) Price shall inclusive of sensor, Contactor, Incoming- Outgoing MCBs, Enclosure etc. (ii) Nut bolts, clamp for fixing on poles/wall shall be included in the quoted rates. (iii) The Sensor must have the warranty of minimum of 2 years. (iv) The test certificate and warranty certificate must be provided by the contractor before releasing any payment.

Supply and fix in repair 10 W LED aviation light luminaires, IP-65 comprising of aluminium housing with red polycarbonate enclosure complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Bajaj Cat No BGAV302 or equivalent model of Philips / Crompton.

Materials and labour for taking down old unserviceable aviation light from its position and refixing after repair including fixing of nut bolts, welding of GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 60 Watt LED gate light outdoor type made of pressure die cast aluminium housing suitable for retrofit LED lamps, IP-65 protection, of size 189x370 mm mounted on GI post and pillars of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Note- Quoted rates shall be deemed included cost of GI post, PCC foundation and LED lamps.
