Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams in flate and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete

Use and waste of form work to faces of sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions in flats vertical rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC1:1.5:3 Nominal mix (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern,interlocking at roof including screed bed 10 mm thick (1:4) comp all as specified and as diredcted

M & L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 type (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on floors for laying floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 brick or on concrete surfaces of wall and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed as in screed bed of tiles.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match compete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Screed bed or bedding layer shall be measured and paid separately under respective items in this schedule).

M&L brickwork with Fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:4 complete as directed.

S&F for Mild steel (TMT) bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, ncluding cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

S&F for Mild steel (TMT) bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders , cut to length, bent to shape required, ncluding cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick with CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water prooging compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 5 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on fair caces of brick work on celing or concrete surfaces including finshied even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer over putty to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in deep; and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 15mm thick cement mortar bedding (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including dismantling complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair 25 mm dia curtain rod made up of stainless steel of grade 304 complete with ring , all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Ball shaped knobs and clamps will be measured separately.

Supply and fixed in repair curtain rod clamps, decorative type as approved by GE to be fixed in wall for hanging over the curtain rod properly of stainless steel (Grade 304) type or equivalent good quaility material complete alll as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for 25mm dia curtain rod ball shaped knobs at both end made with high quality stainless steel , all golden/plain colour, complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for concealed point wiring for one light or one fan or one exhaust fan controlled by one switch complete with and including single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including all accessories/ fittings/ junction boxes/ inspection cover etc. ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes flush galvanised metal boxes suitable for fixing with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic body at one end and common earth dolly to other end complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Cost of cutting chase and making good shall be included in the quoted rate.)

All as per Item No 33 but one 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet on same noard controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F modular switch, 1 way, 6 A, 1 module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F ceiling roses, 6A, 240 V, surface type, intended to support mechanical loads by means of flexible cord, having provision for the connection of switch wiring, screw type terminal, made out of Polyamide or hornbean complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing round shape 12 watt 220 volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3 core, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 4 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
