Consultancy work for preparation of detailed project report (DPR), Survey, Levelling, master planing, architectural & structural services, scope of architectural design, architectural drawing including schematic diagram, layout plan, stuctural design & drawing, digital 3D modelling, detailed cost estimate, work programme, rate analysis , preparation of bills of quantities and services as per the scope of work mentioned in as per following scope of work alongwith all as describe under particular specification of this tender with latest codal provisions and other particulars / condition as specified for the project work for CENTRAL DRAINAGE SYSTEM at Panagarh Military Station complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate / amount shall be quoted by the consult under respective columns for providing consultancy services as per scope of work mentioned below.

Scope of work: Stage 1: Inception Report A. Study of existing storm water drain & existing discharge Points, topography, soil type vegetation climate existing drain features source and paths of waterflow, the potential floor hayards environmental impact of drainage having a thorough graps of peak flow, overflow, constants rainfall patterns, prevention of surcharge and flooding of channels etc. B. Site survey for area details & levelling including mobilization of instrument of site. C. Study of catchment area of entire Panagarh Military Station. D. Rainfall data collection and analysis of last 10 years and work out detailed methodology to meet the requirement for efficient drainage system in the station. E. Runoff analysis and claculation of design discharge. F. Develop Schematic diagram for an integrated drainage system. G. Detailed methodology to meet the requirements of the entire Panagarh Mil Stn and collection of necessary information H. Schematic diagram, layout plan of proposed drain. I. Cost estimates based on preliminary rate analysis and bills of quantities. J. Work program. K. All details as mentioned under BOQ item No 1.001 would be submitted in four sets of hard & soft copy withing 60 days from the commencement date as mentioned in work order no. 1 to GE for approval.

Stage 2: Detailed Project Report (DPR) This report will present the project background, details of survey and investigation carried out, analysis and interpretation of survey investigation data and report shall include executive summary giving brief accounts of the findings of the study and recommendations. The report shall also include maps, Diagrams showing locations and construction methodology for recommended options. Rate Analysis & BOQ will also be the part of this report. A. Executive summary of the Project. B. Project Description including technical/ engineering alternatives. C. Design Report: Technical description & design calculations including hydraulic design of drain and sizing of the section duly approved & vetted by Indian Institute of Technology (IITs)/Structural Engineering Research Centre Chennai, CBRI Roorkee/ Govt. Engineering College/ University/ NIT. D. Rate Analysis: The details of unit rate of materials at source, carriage charges, any other applicable charges, labour rates, machine charges as considered in arriving at unit rates. E. Detailed Cost Estimate: This will present the cost of each item of work as well as a summary of total cost. F. Bills of Quantities: This shall contain the detailed Bill of Quantities for all items of works. G. Drawings: Layout plan & sectional drawing with details specification of proposed storm water drain with design details based on hydrological and structural design parameters such as topography of land Geotechnical data of soil, design discharge details at various points based on catchment area, rainfall data, run off co-efficient and time of concentration etc. i.e., Working Drawing, Layout Plan, Supporting details with specification for goods for construction (GFC) drawings. H. Details of proposed outfall strcuture & discharge point J. Conclusion and recommendation K. All details as mentioned under BOQ item No 1.02 would be submitted in four sets of hard & soft copy within 105 days from the commencement date as mentioned in work order no. 1 for approval of GE.
