Supply and winding of 11/0.433 KV LV coils, using new copper wire/strip of proper size including insulating materials (double insulation)as per existing gauge, size of core of transformer complete including heating , varnishing complete all as specified and directed.

Repair /servicing to transformer at site of capacity upto 200 KVA by opening top cover & replacing unserviceable spares / components of transformer, without lifting core assembely reassembling after repair, checking and rectification of transformer leakage, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- (a) Replacement of userviceable parts like; Bush insulator, brass studs, gasket, breather assembly, tap changer,dehyderation and filteration of transformer oil etc shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate Item of schedule. (b) Renewal of adequate size Nut, bolts & washers of transformer top cover shall deemed to be included in UNIT RATE QUOATED.

Overhauling servicing of tap changer and replacement of unserviceable parts as ordered with new and assembling with old serviceable parts for smooth functioning and operation complete as all specified and as directed. Note:Spare parts to be measured separately under below.

Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oil of transformers of any capacity on site at different locations without disturbing the power supply system with filtration machine and heating system in order to achieve Di-electric strength of oil 60KV minimum at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.Note-Power Supply for dehydration machine should be arranged by contractor and rate deemed to be included .

Supply & filling up of transformer oil conforming to IS as in topping up / replacement up to desired level of transformer oil capacity complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: Dielectric strength of oil should not be less than 60KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed.] (Make : GULF/POWER OIL or equivalent )

S & F in repair for 32 mm dia gun metal drain valve of transformer as per existing one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of transformer of upto 200 KVA , 11/0.433 KV capacity transformers by scrapping with steel wire brush/scrapper emery paper, etc. and applying two coats of epoxy smoke grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer (painting shall be done by spray machine) including writing of SM No, MES No etc. at prominent place/location of transformer with black synthetic enamel thick paint in white back ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Earth continuity conductor or Main Earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or reccess or chasses or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to Poles or any other indicated situation for loop copper strip of size 20mmx3mm connected to test point including brazing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Earth continuity conductor or Main Earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or reccess or chasses or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to Poles or any other indicated situation for loop of size 32x6mm galvanised iron connected to test point including brazing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised Iron Pipe 40mm Bore (dia) ‘Light Grade’ for protection earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Shifting after disconnection of transformer from the existing side and install/commission at proposed site same for outdoor type HT 11KV/433 V 3 phase, 50Hz with off load tapping and slandered fitting upto 500 KVA including connection/testing with proper load balancing as per engineering practice, confirming to IS 2026 including connected panel all as directed.

Material and labour for steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base palate, final taper plug bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55, 11.0 meter long including painting all external exposed steel surfaces with two coats of aliminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including numbering to pole and all internal surfaces and external surfaces in contact with concrete with two coats of black bitumenous paint complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old existing concrete poles / struts any size after demolition of foundation and depositing / stacking at a place where directed within 5kM distance from the work site complete all as directed. (Note:- Earth work, PCC work, shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation for pole,stay assembly etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel nuts, bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle iron sections etc complete and setting aside all as specified

M & L for cross arms , bracing, supports , clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates (serviceable materials i.e. Structural Steel Sections obtained from dismantling) including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed including painting complete all as specified and direted.

M & L for Disc type insulators, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm height, 255 mm dia and socket type whit brown and green, 11000 volts grade, single disc assembly with tension clamps for conductors , complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pin type , porcelain, vitreous brown insulator of size 150mm height, 150mm dia 11000 volts grade including one galvanized mild steel spindle with two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Insulators like Pin type, disc type for HT from existing Electric Poles of any description and any size, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular fabricated with Galvanised Steel Wire with 4.00mm dia including binding with Aluminium Binding Wire, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Binding Wire and dismantling is deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor terminal heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq mm.

Excavating in trenches , n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits ,manhole pier hole, laying of cables, pipes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any kind of soil Note : Manual excavation to be done. During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line, it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost. Contractor has to repair it within 24 hrs so that essential service can not be effected due to such damage.If contractor fails to repair it within 24 hrs penalty @ Rs 500/- will be charged to contractor. In this GE decision will be final, conclusive and binding.

All as per BOQ Srl Item No 68.00 here-in-before but of depth exc 1.50 meter and n.exc 3.00 meter.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cmin hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm mm buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25m below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6 mm as earth lead by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, upto 7.5m length, earth strip protected by and including 40 mm dia GI pipe (light grade) and connected to main test point or body of pole/pannel or lightening arrester of main controlling switch as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 , Precast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 cover slab of size 54x54x5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast cover slab, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI Pipe (Medium Grade) for watering, Charcoal and salt in alternate layers of 15 cm (Compacted Thickness) around the earth electrode including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I. NOTE : 1. The unit rare includes for protectionh GI pipe of 40mm and watering pipe of 20mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/disintegrate rock. 2. Contractor has to bring agriculture soil from outside of defence land and fill in earth pit to acheive desired result as the soil resisitivity is very high. 3. The cost of GI strip of 32x6mm including protection pipe, from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above/below ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate. 4. All the joints in GI strip and connectgion with earth plate to be welded through brazing and in addition by providing double brass nut bolt and washer. 5.Costing of welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate
