M&L Ploughing and Loosening of sand layer by using Mechanical Tractor including raising (or lowering) to required size and shape for the area approx 4182.00 Sqm (Size 91.5m x 22.85m x 2 Nos) as directed. Note: (i) Ploughing and Loosening shall be carried out at the minimum interval of 15 days or as directed. (ii) One job inclusive of minimum 5 to 6 hrs ploughing with mechanical tractor.

M&L spreading/levelling of sand in layers not exc. 25 cm thick all as specified and as directed. (General Note:- applicable for schedule of works item No 1 to 05 :-Work will be carried out on non flying day / non flying hours only. No claim will be entertained due to any loss of working hours.)

M&L Cutting grass mechanically operated or slasher where ever required including removing material obtained from cutting/cleaning both side of shoulders and WSA & thrown upto 5kms away from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charges Note: (i) Contractor will arrange his own mechanical slasher (set of 01 tractor & jungle jim) with POL and MT driver. (ii) Work will be carried out on non flying day / non flying hours only as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.) No claim will be entertained due to any loss of working hours. (iii) A log register to be maintained in consultation with Engr-in-Charge. (vi) The Unit Rate of item of work will be inclusive of all the other charges for the machineries including registration charges, Road tax, Insurances charges, maintenance charges,cost of fuel, lubricants,salary of driver, washing charges, any repairing/ replacement of spare parts charges and various other taxes & levies,if applicable, fines,etc. (v) Reporting duty places is Air Field area under GE (Air Force) There will be no dead hour/milege.The hour age for the purpose of " vehicle run" and "hours of duty" shall be rockoned from the starting of the job to finishing of the job.No hour will be considered for lunch/breakfast/dinner/garaging or for drawl of disel etc. Contractor shall be quote accordingly.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately

M&L for applying two coat of 100% acrylic exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (Three colour as approve by GE) over and including a coat of primer to new plastered of wall (including chajja, facia & ceiling surface) including preparation of surface of any height including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid Waterproofing Compound

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, embedded in concrete

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete

S&F Mild Steel Works (Miscellaneous) as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, fordoors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessarydrilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165+A2

S&F 10 mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips (as in horizontal support to tie up chain link)

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 100 mm thickness, M-50 Grade pointed with grey cement and pigment

M&L Providing precast cement concrete in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with ma sonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates

Demolition of Brickwork masonry, built in cement mortar at ordered portions including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of bricks(laid in flat or on edge) in floors, channels , kerbs, apron etc (each layer) bedded and jointed in any mortar .
