MMaterial and labour for sand cushioning with clean and dry river sand for protection of XLPE UG cable with approved sand of uniform thickness. laid dry, filling in trenches and punning down in proper required layers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for boring for passing GI protection pipe up to 80 mm bore (dia) under road / footpath without disturbing the top surface complete all as specified and directed Note-Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall by arranged by the contractor and cost of the same included in quoted rates.

Supply and fix GI tubing of size 80 mm dia (light grade) with all fittings, laid in trenches / road crossing / fixed on wall / pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc. for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing of size 50 mm dia (light grade) with all fittings, laid in trenches / road crossing / fixed on wall / pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc. for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix straight through heat shrink type joint cable joint kit including jointing materials for making joints of UG electric cable 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with PVC / XLPE insulated aluminium stranded conductor of size 70sqmm to 120 sqmm, 3.5 Core and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured LT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 185 Sqmm, 3.5 core, 1100 Volts grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I) laid through duct/ pipe / in trenches etc. with brass compression cable gland, terminal lugs, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix end termination heat shrink type for outdoor termination cable joint kit including jointing materials for making joints of UG electric cable 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with PVC / XLPE insulated aluminium stranded conductor of size 185 Sqmm, 3.5 core and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron as steel, protected by 40 mm bore HDPE pipe of pressure rating 6 kgf/sqcm all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x 10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 15 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI strip upto 7.5m length including testing shall be included in quoted rates.

Disconnecting of HV/LV Connections of Transformer including disconnecting of earthing lead, unscrewing nuts, bolts and washers, lifting the transfomer capacity 200 KVA to 350 KVA from HQ sub stn/ any other sub stn within 3 KM radius and place the transformer on founation at BT family wing sub stn and installation, commissioning, testing including providing all necessary electrical connection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The arrangment of hydra/JCB for shifting the transformer within 3 KM radius shall be included in the quoted rate. (b) The contractor will be fully responsible for any damage to the transformer during shifting.

Supply and fix MCCB, 160 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volt, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 36 KA, fixed thermal and magnetic setting type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB, 4 pole, 125 Amps, 415 Volts, breaking capacity 25 KA, adjustable thermal and magnetic setting type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB, 4 pole, 100 Amps, 415 Volts, breaking capacity 25 KA, adjustable thermal and magnetic setting type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing including providing all necessary electrical connection, LT feeder panel board (CPRI Approved), outdoor type, double door, factory made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet of size 1.2 m x 1.00 m x 0.5 m deep having hinge opening arrangement in front and back side and bottom frame made out of angle iron of size 50x50x6mm thick and 04 nos legs 0.5 meter length with cable entry and exit circular hole with cable gland and gasket at bottom complete including painting to all internal and external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (5 stage process) with duly fixed in ground with necessary PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, upto a height of 0.5m from ground level with danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled (white), with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, fixing lugs, bolts, screws etc including necessary excavation work for taking out cable loop, foundation of panel board and refilling and comprising of the following accessories:- (a) Anodized Copper bus bar of capacity 600 Amp -04 Nos (b) MCCB 320 Amp fixed thermal and magnetic release type, 415 Volts 4 pole, 36 KA - 01 Nos ( In coming). (c) MCCB 160 Amp fixed thermal and magnetic release type, 415 Volts 4 pole, 36 KA - 01 Nos (Out going). (d) MCCB 125 Amp fixed thermal and magnetic release type, 415 Volts 4 pole, 25 KA - 01 Nos (Out going). (e) Indicator lamp LED type (set of three Red,Yellow,Blue)- 1 Set. complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good disturbed surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing of any size complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fence shall be ascertained through BOO as directed by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wires complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia. barbed with 2mm dia. barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Each line wire to be measured for payment.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia as in tie bar of chain link fencing conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix structural steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 11 to 15mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable/ sevicieable DBs including MCBs of any size and any type complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor shall deposit the DBS in MES E/M Store without any extra cost.

Material and labour for sub-main concealed wiring comprising single core , 2 runs of 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade drawing in and including 25mm dia of PVC conduit heavy duty and its fittings complete including provision of 1 run of 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade as earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Extra length of cables/ wire required for connection to MCBs/DB's shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Cuttings /chasing of wall etc and making good the disturbed surface shall be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fix plug and socket type DB (functional unit) 20 Amps capacity with provision of single pole 20 amps MCB, plug top and earth plug, grouted flush to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure TPN DB 4 ways double door having facility to fix TPN MCB in incomer and SP/SPN MCBs in outgoing, IP-43 with metal door type complete fitted with bus bars, neutral links, blanking plates etc.complete all as specified and directed.
