M& L for load balancing 3 phase Voltage stabilizer input voltage 300 to 480V, output voltage 415 +/-1% by setting up gear speed through RC network, setting up relays and control circuits load cleaning the contacts, lubrication of moving parts including servo motor all as specified and re-fixing the same with checking of control wiring , testing & Calibration of Auto/Manual system for satisfactory functioning all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and topping up /replacement of new voltage stabilizer oil of dielectric strength 35 KV at 4 mm gap in stabilizers of various cap installed in various locations. complete all as specified and as directed by eng-in-charge. Make of Voltage stabilizer oil: Power Oil / Indian Oil / Rinkyl or equivalent Note :(a) New oil in the Voltage Stabilizer will be filled in the Voltage Stabilizer only after filtration and dehydration of existing oil of the Voltage Stabilizer. (b) New oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel with test result and test certificate.

Dehydration/Filtration of Transformer Oil by means of Centrifugal Filtration Plant to achieve the specified Di-electric Strength complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Transformer Oil to be use for TOP UP shall be Measured and Paid for separately.

M&L for calibration all type of protection relays fixed in various type/make VCBs installed at different MRS/Sub Stations . The calibrations of protection relay is to ensure no ever and respective fault arresting. The relays to be calibrated and set in accordance with CT ratio and load of the feeder and sub-station. The tripping time of relays should be as per IS standards / manufacturer recommendation synchronized with existing panel / system. All the parameters of relays to be checked and corrected where necessary for proper functioning and the fault should not affect the next feeder / system/ equipment installed beyond the VCB. The minor repair / replacement required for calibration of relays observed to be incl in the item rate and as directed by Engri-in-Charge. The calibration should be carried out by the authorized representative from the respective manufacturer of VCB.

M&L for replacement of battery bank with 15 nos of battery 12 Volts, 7.5 AH for battery charger input 230 volts, Ph 1, 50 Hz, output 30 volts, 20 amps DC , output :110V DC Filtered/Unfiltered (+) , cap : 180VA suitable for 11KV, 630/800 Amps shall be matching with the existing make of VCB . All switches shall have provision to receive both 110V A.C from PT and 110V D.C voltage from Battery Bank and from inbuilt Rectifier Circuit / Power Pack Unit, to be incorporated in the switch. Suitable Contactor unit is to be incorporated in the circuit such that in normal condition, VCB Control Circuit will operate by 110 V DC from Rectifier Circuit/Power Pack Unit and 110 V DC from battery bank will be in circuit by auto changeover in case of failure of inbuilt rectified 110V DC. Inbuilt rectified 110V DC should have storage capacity to be capable of tripping the circuit at least 2 to 3 times in case of power failure from PT all complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3 mm thick for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m all complete

Supply and fix ACB 4 Pole, 415 V, with Thermal Magnetic Release (Manual Fixed type) of capacity 630 Amps with enclosure 65kA including Taking down old unserviceable MCCB and fixed on LT Panels and connecting up all as specified and as directed & in the process of fixing of ACB minor drilling, clamping ,screw ,nut, bolt &washer all as directed by Eng-in-Charge included in quoted rate all complete as specified and as directed. Supply and laying in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor (multistranded), 95 Sqmm 3 core , 11000 volts grade connected with suitable size brass cable gland and aluminium lugs of required size, laid in trenches or passing through pipes including testing after laying, including taking up old unserviceable cable complete of following size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, testing and Commissioning cable XLPE insulated aluminium conductor, stranded, armoured, PVC sheathed, LT 1100 volt grade 400 Sqmm, 3.5 core heavy duty as per IS-7098 and providing suitable lugs and cable glands, laid in trenches/ ducts/fixed to wall/ roof/ poles including taking down existing cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying common burnt clay sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 230 mm x 113 mm x 75 mm, laid perpendicular to axis of cable for protection of LT cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm including taking down old unserviceable cable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L road cutting of size (30x45) cm width and depth 30 cm width 45 cm depth for laying of cables incl making good the road with necessary returning filling and bituminous portion with concrete and bituminous mixture and cemented portion with PCC in 1:2:4 , 15 cm thick from top and matching the surfaces with existing all as directed.

Supplying and laying GI pipe Light grade (ISI marked) 50mm bore with connecting accessories, laid under road/ drain/fixed on wall etc for protection of cables complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil or hard/dense soil for taking up or laying of cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry river sand laid in trenches 8cm below the cable and 15cm above the cable and punned to 18cm as cable cushioning and covering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned quantity will be measured paid at this item.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft /loose soil or hard/dense soil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

M&L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick burried in a pit to a depth of 2.25mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50 meters below ground level, earth plate packed on all sides with charcoal dust mixed with salt to a thickness of 15cm, connected with earthing lead of 32mm x 6mm galvanised iron strip, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade and water filling funnel and mess complete all as shown in plate No 4 of MES Schedule part II to the earthing test point, including PCC Work complete including protection pipe 40 mm dia light grade all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- The earth strip/lead up to 7.5 m shall be deemed to be included quoted unit rate.)

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of suitable colour to match the existing surface of LT panels over a coat of red oxide primer and all complete all as directed
