S&F Pre- painted coloured plain sheet Galvalume/ Zincalume sheet with min thickness 0.50mm TCT confirming to IS - 513(AZ-150 GSM, Al Zn allay metalic coating with 550 Mpa yield stress as per AS-1397) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws colour exterior coat of silicon modified polyster/BHP/ XRW paint system 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and 5 micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer , all fixed with galvanized self drilling self tapping fastner (12-14 x 55 with EPDM seals) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approachs, dado/Partitions laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dimantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated,semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges etc complete all as specified anddirected

M&L for 15mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior grade(Lequre coated), coloured glossy finish rubber pressed, cement concrete designer chequered tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour / matrix of tiles as in floor etc. complete including provision of 20mm screed in cement moertar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated surface of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L well burnt old size sub Class ‘B’ bricks, laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for in repair 80mm dia GI pipe Light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches, fixed to wall/pole/under road/floor etc for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for in repair 50mm dia GI pipe Light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches, fixed to wall/pole/under road/floor etc for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable, consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in copings to poles & the like, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-31 (9.0 meter long) complete, Including disconnecting and taking out old damage Steel/PCC pole complete as specified and directed. M&L for repair, serviceing and replacement of unserviceable accessories of LT Panel any make type/size including welding, brazing and drilling work etc complete all as specified and directed.including the followings. (a) Tightening of all loose conectiont of cable inside the panel and welding the broken door of the panel.(b) Clean all the rusted busbar through emery paper and fixing insulation heat shrink sleeves through out the busbar including strip connected with out going MCCB. (c) Cut the damage insulation portion end of cable inside the panel and reconnecting its into positions after fixing the end termintion/Sleeves complete with suitable size of aluminium lugs and stainless steel nut bolts including excavation and earth work in any type of soil for taking out the existing cable loop to fixing the end joint or reconnection in position. (d) Repair/Replacement of burn/unserviceable voltmeter, ammeter,indication lamp including control wiring of the panel between voltmeter, Ammeter and their selector switch and CTs . (e) Repair/Replacement of all burn lugs inside the panel.(f) Replacement of all the GI rusted nut, bolts,and washers with made of stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers.(g) Clean the dust inside the panel by air blower/vaccum cleaner complete. Note : (a) The cost of nut bolts, washers, insulation tape, lugs etc essentially required to make the panel serviceable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Other spare parts/accessories shall measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule.

Supply, fabrication, installation and testing of LT factory made (CPRI approved) water and vermin proof protection pedestal type feeder pillar box of minimum size 1200mm x 600mm x 500mm (overalls), outdoor type, double door made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with frame and legs of mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm in all side with double door, front and back side openable and air ventilation arrangement including provision of cable looping box of size 600 x 450 x 400mm made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with front side openable double door shutter hinged door with door bolt 300mm long locking arrangement at both side complete painted with Powder Coated paint of approved shade and suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 500 voltage grade complete wiring and all incoming connections with copper strip busbar of required size to MCCB input including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in foundation of size 0.80m x 0.60m x 0.90m depth (30 cm below ground level & 60 cm above ground level) including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed alongwith comprising of the following accessories :- NOTE: Rate of earthwork and PCC are deemed to be inclusive in this item.

Supply only Digital Ampmeter of any range, flush mounting type of size 96 mm x 96 mm (4”x4”) square dial 3 phase four wire system with selector switch complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for spray painting on existing steel surface of Panel/FPB/JB etc with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including one coat of red oxide on rusted area after proper cleaning and prepration of old painted surfaces steel / Iron of any description with spray machine complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Painting of panels / feeder filler boxes shall be carried out in different colour of paints as required at site and as directed).

Excavating and relaying of cables loops near the poles, panels, distribution box, cutting the damages/burnt parts of cable and reconnecting in the same position with aluminium thimbles/lugs of same size of cable, nuts bolts and washer (made of stainless steel) with proper insulation and cable sleeves etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Cost of nuts, bolts, washer, aluminium thimble/Lugs, insulation tape shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Cost of sleeves measured and paid separately on relevant items of the schedule.

M&L for Painting of steel pole with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line with single coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 20 cm dia black circle with white letter painting of 3 Nos black & 02 Nos yellow bands width 30 cm by fluorescent paint in alternate layers upto 1.5 mtr height above the P.C.C coping and two coat of aluminium paint beyond 1.5 meter height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of 9 m PCC pole with cement wash two coat by using the cement and two coat of aluminium paint over cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia Black circle & marking three black & two yellow bends width 30 cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole to 1.5 Mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of old serviceable brick as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable under ground cable of any size and any position from trenches, floors and wall and segrate the serviceable portion cable for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for drilling hole under the road with the help of bocki / by manual or by machine for crossing GI tubing of any size 100 mm pipe for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of serviceable cable of any size retrieved here-in-above item after detecting the fault and making straight through jointing kit of 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Necessary excavation,returning filling, removal of soil and straight through joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply,laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes of size 63 mm outer dia and 50mm inner dia made of high density polythyline (HDPE) conforming to IS 16205 (Part-24) in place of old Bricks including all accessories i.e. all type of joints, Sockets, Elbows, bends and End caps etc.. complete all as specified and directed.
