Note : Prior to commencement of the subject works, the contractor needs to submit valid Electrical License in the name of himself/them self or Agreement with agency having valid Electrical License alongwith Agency's Electrical License to the Accepting Officer for his approval through GE. In absence of such documents, no work will be executed at site and to be treated as defaulter on the Contractor's part . In addition, Supervisor for execution of electrical works employed by the Contractor shall posses Supervisory Certificate of competency issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory and the Worker/Tradesman for execution of Electrical Works must hold necessary permit issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory.

M&L for disconnecting electrical connection from HT/LT terminals and earthing connections of faulty double copper wound, oil cooled transformer of capacity 750 KVA from compact sub station of ABB make installed at technical area , Transporting from site to workshop for repair/replacement by dismantling carefully and removing faulty/brunt parts, winding, drain out oil in barrel for reuse , rewinding including re-insulation of HT/LT coils with super enameled copper wire with equal gauge of existing copper wire, cleaning of core/ tank , changing air breather assembly with pipe ,oil level indicator defective HT/LT bushing with terminal connection and reinstallation at technical area with complete connection as requaired and directed by Engr- in -Charge. Make of Transformer : M/s NUCON The repair of Transformer shall include :- a) Lifting of damage limb (coil assembly). b) Separate HV and LV coil . c) Measuring all parameters with actual. d) Making new coils as per origional. e) Installing of new coil assembly. f) Connection of all connecting leads as per origional dimension. q) Assembly of core. h) Replace of all gaskit and oil seal with new one of reputed make. j) Full assembly of transformer . k) Repairing of buccholz relay for tripping and alarm system.l)repairing of Tap changer and setting the Tap position at desired level.m)Testing & commissioning complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Rate of above spare deemed to be included in the quoted rate . Consumable item such as cotton waste, CTC, wire brush etc also include in quoted rate. (ii) Comprehensive Test certificate along with warranty to be submitted by the contactor before payment.(iii) Repair to the transformer will be carried out by the contactor in presence of board conveyed by the Garrison Engineer. (iv) any other spare parts required during rectification of work and not mentioned above and required to be replaced shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost and rates are deemed to be included on this account in this item.(v)Tenderer are advised to visit the site in consultation with Engineer-in-Charge before quoting unit rates.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism and repair/replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc.(Spare parts/new GOD for replacement to be measured and paid under respective item No. 4 to 10 and cost of labour included on this account in the quoted rate).
