Boring of horizontal holes /trenchless hole for 50 mm bore pipe under the road below 1.50 mtr from the road/hard surface by trencheless technology using ultrasonic technique and including necessary machine without damaging the existing road and getting out in any type of soil and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m from the site of work complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Pipe Shall be measured and paid seperately.]

Supply and laying galvanised iron pipe of size 80 mm bore of medium grade with all tube fittings ( such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade , connectors, back-nuts, caps, plugs and unions etc.) laying in trenches/ floors/ ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing, and for making forged bends on piping as required including taking out of old unserviceable existing GI Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 1.05 here in above but size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 1.05 here in above but size 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 1.05 here in above but size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F the Gate valve 50mm bore dia. Gun-metal, gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends on G.I pipes with GI union, ISI Marked, IS : 778 including removing old unserviceable ones complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 1.10 here in above but of size 40mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ERW MS column pipes 80 mm dia both end flanged, heavy duty 3 Mtr long, 5.8mm thick conforming to IS-4270-1992 including taking out of existing old rusted and threaded out column pipes from bore well including testing including taking out old defective column pipe from borewell after disconnecting all the fitting item and replace with nuts / bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting, screwing existing steel tubing of size 80 or 100 mm bore diameter for aleration or addiation (or lengthening screw on pipe to from connector) and relaying/ refixing to its new/old position complete all as specified and directed. [Note- Excavation & returning filling include in quoted rate.]

All as per item No. 1.15 but existing steel tubing of size 40 or 50 mm bore diameter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L one coat of painting (Existing colour paint) to expose DI / GI / CI pipes externally (i.e. Inlet & outlet Pipes of water Tanks,) at pump houses duly preparation the surfaces by using Black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB 160 Amps, 4pole, 415volt, 36 KA breaking capacity of fixed thermal & magnetic adjustment including taking down the existing unserviciable MCCB with all the necessary electrical connections, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in trenches of XLPE UG cable insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing or PVC tape armoured GI steel strip and overall PVC sheathed nominal cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core and testing including taking out old unserviceable XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing in repairs of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed submersible cable of 6 Sqmm 3 core multi stranded copper conductor in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Opening of submersible motor of capacity 10 HP and taking out burnt out windings . Cleaning of motor rotor and stator with cleaning material. Carrying out necessary machining work such as grinding, metling and polishing . Rewinding of motor with supply & fixing of stove enamelled copper wire of existing gauge . Repalcement of unserviceable parts bush as required with new one. Assembling of motor and testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.21 but size 7.5 HP complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.21 but size 6 HP complete all as specified and directed.

M&L attending to break down of water supply pipe line size up to 200 mm CI/DI/MS/GI bursting/cracks including removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting/manual cutting as per site requirement including burning the defective tyton joint/lead joints and removing out the damaged CI/DI/MS/GI pipe and inserting necessary specials such as DI/CI collar, MS Clamp, tyton joint etc. as required at site and providing of new lead joints/tyton joint/D Joint/MS Clamp as required at site, including testing for the leakages complete all as specified and directed. [Note : 1) The earth work involved for excavation, returning filling & removal of soil is deemed to be included inquoted rates. 2) Welding / plumbing works involved for repairing of pipe lines and necessary T&P like welding machine, threeding dise etc including man power is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 3) Transportation charges for shifting of T&P etc is deemed to be included in above quoted rates.

Taking of water sample from the borewell and send to the laboratory for testing of potabilaty of drinking water quality and submit the report as per indian standard (IS) 10500 :2012 & IS : 1602 : 2001 of chemical, Physical, microbiological parameter, viruses, radioactivity and parasites to ensure safe and high quality drinking water for consumer of Table 1,2,3,4,5, & 6 of IS : 10500 : 2012 complete all as specified as directed. Note: (i) Lab shall be NABL approved. (ii) Water sample shall be taken by AGE (I) Nabagram personally with the presence of Engr-in-Charge & fwd to this NABL Lab directly. (iii) Payment shall be done after submittly this lab report duly signed by Engr-in-Charge. (iv) One sample shall be tested in each month.
