Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water, remove dust, debries/ rubbish, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking of drain pipe (salt glazed wire, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar for 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as direceted.

Dismantling 100mm bore Cast iron pipe, jointed in cement mortar in foul places including necessary scaffolding upto four story height of building complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing not exc. 150mm deep and getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth and getting out as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated Material (Soil) not exc. 50.00 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated Material (Soil) not exc. 500.00 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 KM above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete type B1(1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Cover Slab of Man Holes, Septic Tanks, etc., set in Cement Mortar 1:4 including necessary forms, moulds, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded aggregate as in Foundation, Filling and Mass Concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only Brick Work using old bricks obtained from demolition, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work pulverizes fly ash bricks ,Half-Brick thick, Old Size, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, Straight or Curved on Plan to any Radius, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 20mm thick in Cement Mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall in two layer, first layer 10 mm thick in cement morter (1:4) and top layer 10mm thick in cement morter (1:4) using water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. . (NOTE:-WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, finishing plastered surfaces Even and fair without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and as directed.

"Supply only" liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Salt-Glazed Stoneware Drain Pipes of Internal dia 150mm Grade ‘A’, laid in concrete bed at trenches, jointed in Cement Mortar 1:1 and tested, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earthwork shall be Measured and Paid separately under relevant Item(s).

M&L Cement Concrete type C2 , 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in Concrete bed to salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes of internal dia 150mm, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 450mm dia 50mm thick RCPC (Reinforced Cement Polymer Concrete) Man hole cover with frame of 540mm dia, 100mm thick of 3MT capacity fixed in proper position as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blocked kitchen trap / nahani trap /gully trap/ Water closet of any type / pattern upto 1st manhole and making the drain channel fully functional by flushing with sufficient quantity of water to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including cleaning up to 1st manhole and removing the waste materials / sludge etc to a distance outside residential area and buring the same in a pit and spreading bleaching powder surrounding the area @ 1kg/ Sqm and sealing the top with fine sand of suitable depth complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Cost of earth work in excavation required for digging the borrow pit and buring the the waste materials / sludge in the borrow pit and sealing the pit with fine sand shall deemed to be included in the rate quited. (ii) Any damged done by the Contractor during cleaning shall be make good by the Contractor at his own cost upto the satisfaction of Enginner-in-Charge.

Taking down existing broken inspection eye cover from soil/waste/rain water pipe from any position and supply and fix new Cast Iron eye cover with rubber washer and nut bolts for 100/75 mm dia pipe including necessary scaffolding and safety measurers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm bore cast iron soil waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears with cement joint fixed to walls including pipe nails, distance pieces, plugs holder bats etc.including scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing Old serviceable 100mm bore cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls or floors and disturbed portion of the wall making good with cement concrete in (1:2:4) including distance pieces, plugs, holder bats up to anyheight of building with scaffolding etc cmplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Cast Iron Bend 100mm bore (dia), any radius, Disminishing Pieces or Tapers (Large Bore measured) and fitted with Oval Access Doors including Jointing with Cement Mortar 1:1, as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Lifting of cover and desilting of blocked manhole of any size of depth not exc 1.50 metre each, by taking out accumulated sludge, silt, mud etc in water sealed container and removing the same outside residensial area (where directed) and washing with adequate quantity of water and refixing the cover in the same location complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Disposal of sludge obtained shall be disposal of in pit made by contractor and spreading of bleaching powder @ 1.00 kg /sqm and covered with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Rate of disposal of sludge are inclusive in quoted rates. (iii) Cost of pit shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted.

Cleaning of existing covered or uncovered (partly / semi or fully filled up) drain, of any opening width and depth by removing and refixing of cover-slab, taking out accumulated silt, mud, earth, rubbish, vegetation etc from the drain and flushing with sufficient quantity of water etc. and cutting of the bushes both side of drain upto 0.5 mtr each side and and removing the same to a distance nexc 50m complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Any damged done by the Contractor during cleaning shall be make good by the Contractor at his own cost upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Cost of pit and covered with soil for disposal of waste material shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Cleaning of under rain water / waste pipe of any dia by rodding / bamboo split including removing and refixing of eye cover in existing position and taking out waste and foreign materials and flushing with sufficient quantity of water etc. and cutting of the bushes both side of pipe line upto 0.5 mtr each side and removing the same to a distance not exceeding 50m where directed, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Once cleaned the pipe lines, the Contractor shall maintain the lines functional upto the date of Completion at his own cost. (ii) Any damged done by the Contractor during cleaning shall be make good by the Contractor at his own cost upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Cost of pit and covered with soil for disposal of waste material shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Cleaning of existing 100mm to 150mm dia sewage line upto 1.50m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid / semi liquid / solid sludge etc including dewatering, desilting and well flushing the line with water and testing on completion complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Once cleaned the sewage lines, the Contractor shall maintain the lines functional upto the date of Completion at his own cost. (ii) Any damged done by the Contractor during cleaning shall be make good by the Contractor at his own cost upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing 200mm dia sewage line upto 1.50m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid / semi liquid / solid sludge etc including dewatering, desilting and well flushing the line with water and testing on completion complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Once cleaned the sewage lines, the Contractor shall maintain the lines functional upto the date of Completion at his own cost. (ii) Any damged done by the Contractor during cleaning shall be make good by the Contractor at his own cost upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Up rooting of tree from walls of bldgs up to extended root and spraying of acid of required quantity complete from any location of Bldg up to 4 storied and making good disturbed surfaces with cement mortar (1:4) or cement concrete type C1(1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary scafolding complete for tree of girth up to 5 to 10 cm.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cutting into existing manholes for con-necting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (½ round or ¾ Section) in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) smooth finished and reform-ing benching as required, complete all as speci -fied and as directed.
