M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated of any profile steel sheet corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified up to anyheight including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barried iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, and similar work conforming to FE.290.Gde-E-165

Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm mm buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25m below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, upto 7.5m length, earth strip protected by and including 40 mm dia GI pipe (light grade) and connected to main test point or body of pole/pannel or lightening arrester of main controlling switch as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 , Precast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 cover slab of size 54x54x5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast cover slab, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI Pipe (Medium Grade) for watering, Charcoal and salt in alternate layers of 15 cm (Compacted Thickness) around the earth electrode including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I. NOTE : 1. The unit rare includes for protectionh GI pipe of 15mm and watering pipe of 20mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/disintegrate rock. 2. Contractor has to bring agriculture soil from outside of defence land and fill in earth pit to acheive desired result as the soil resisitivity is very high. 3. The cost of GI Strip including protection pipe, from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above/below ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate. 4. All the joints in GI strip and connectgion with earth plate to be welded through brazing and in addition by providing double brass nut bolt and washer. 5.Costing of welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate

Providing tools and plants on per hour rental basis (Non clogging pump set not of discharge capacity not less than 2160 LPM, 15HP/20 HP along with delivery pipe of suitable length and dia for drawing the sewage water from STP to to the manhole out side the fencing /wall of STPs towards the main gravity) for Pumping out sewage water from the existing sumps/tanks of STPs till availability of suitable space to enable necessary repair of the main non clogging pump sets installed in the STPs. Note :- (a) Pumping shall be continued till the main pumps installed in STPs sump is cleared for carrying out repair work. (b) Delivery pipe should be connected and the sewage water shall be thrown in the manhole of out side the fencing /wall of STPs towards the main gravity dropping main hole. (c) No payment for idle of T&P will be measured. Contractor shall submit the Log book duly signed by the Engineer-in-Charge while claiming payment (d) Necessary man power to operate the pump set are deemed to be included in the rate. (e) Rate quoted is deemed to include for Diesel/Engine oil till completion of repair work . (f) Transportation charges will be born by the Contractor.

Lifting of defective Non Clogging pump set electrically operated of capacity 15HP/20HP 3 Phase by providing lifting tools , chain pulley etc. as required carefully, by disconnecting/dismantling all electric connections, alongwith column pipes, steel ropes/chain and keeping them under safe custody for reuse, transport to workshop for Comprehensive maintenance/repair as per Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEMs) reccommendations installed at various locations through OEMs Authorised Service Centre Engineers or through OEMs Certified Agencies or as approved by GE with replacement of oil seal, sand guard, bolt gasket, cable packing ring, circlip, bearing bush upper & lower etc.and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of pump external surface complete all as specified and directed and Lowering of repaired /overhauled/rewinded Pump set of any make and capacity after proper coupling of pump and motor , fixing old/new chain with clamp, connecting/refixing existing/new column pipe lines with new rubber gasket 3 mm thick, nuts, bolts & washers carefully with the help of chain pulley etc. installation of pump motor in its original foundation, connections the same with top shaft as well as delivery main including electrical connectiion of both end i.e. with starter and motor terminals. etc with testing, commissioning , Proper alingment of pump shaft, line shaft and top shaft., Proper balancing of the impellers & carefully re-connecting all electric/water lines and testing on load to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete Refer Note mentioned at Srl No 6.00

All as per Item No Here-in-before but for non clogging submersible pump of capacity 3.7 HP

Note for BOQ Item No 1.00 to 5.00 :- : (i) The cost of transportation of the defective pumping set (pump or motor) from site to OEM workshop & back is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Spares, other than listed in the Schedule, required for replacement of defective ones will be measured and paid seperately .(iii) Column pipe/ submersible cable/supporting chain required new will be measured and paid separately as supply only (iv) rewinding of motor and pump will be measured and paid separately (iv) refixing of column pipe to be done after proper descaling . . (v) Breakdown maintenance/repair : The Authorised Service Engineer of OEM or OEM Certified Agencies will carry out all breakdown maintenance/repair after receiving information (written or oral) from GE Panagarh officials or their representatives.The OEM's authorised service representative or OEM certified agencies will carry out the required repairs of the units and appraise GE, Engineer-in-Charge and JE the status of the break down repair at site. No payment shall be made on account of any breakdown service to the machinary/equipments during comprehensive maintenence period. (vi) The Service Engineer will be called in case of any breakdown and the same shall be attended within 24 Hours of lodging of complaint, failing which a penal recovery of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred Only) per day till such time the unit is attended and complaint is resolved,will be recovered from the outstanding dues to the Contract. (vii) Cost of minor items like insulating tape,gland packing materials, metal washers, fibre/rubber washers, screws, small nuts & bolts and like cost less than Rs. 50.00 each shall be deemed to be inclusive of the quoated rate.

M & L for rewinding of burnt Non Clogging pump set electrically operated of capacity 15HP/20HP 3 phase ,415 V, 50 Hz with water proof insulated copper conductor of the same specification as per old one after dismantling / cutting out burnt windings from stator assembly, cleaning slots properly complete with insulating slots packing, sleeves, papers & reassembling stator and rotor after replacement of worn out spares/matching works as per Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEMs) reccommendations through OEMs Authorised Service Centre Engineers or through OEMs Certified Agencies as approved by GE including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of motor external surface and water proof jointing for submersible cable 3 core, with replacement of oil seal, sand guard, bolt gasket, cable packing ring, circlip, bearing bush upper & lower etc. complete as specified and directed. Note: Polymer insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge and turn will be measured and paid seprately under respective items, as supply only.

All as per Item No Here-in-before but for non clogging submersible pump of capacity 3.7 HP

Cleaning of 1.2 MLD Sewage treatment plant after Pumping out sewage water from the existing sumps/tanks of with the help of Non clogging of pump any kind capacity of pump set not less than 2100 LPM capacity and providing necessary Material, T&P and labour for taking out mud/ solid sludge from the STP complete from soild sepration chamber, aeration chamber and including cleaning of sump completelyof any capacity using the cleaning devices as per rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013 and removing the solid contents in covered container outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included of cleaning of shrubs, grass small roots etc. around the tank, wherever required or as directed and no extra payment shall be made on this account and .measurement shall be taken after allowing initial percolation of sludge water and only dried sludge shall be measured ).Note (i) disposal is responsiblity of contractor after lisening with the local authority/munispulity. (ii) Quoted rates are deemed to be included the all factors.

Dismantling of electric sewage induction motor 3.0 HP, AC, 3 phase, 415 volts from site after disconnecting from pump & electric connection for rewinding, taking out to work shop, opening of motor, taking out old worn-out / burnt-out winding complete, cleaning the slots properly and rewinding with supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge and varnishing complete, with synthetic enamel paint (1 st quality) of two coat after one coat priming of red oxide primer and testing for satisfatory working of pump , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge paid and measure seprately under items no. 63.

Dismantling Non clogging pump set of centrifugal type (3.0 HP induction motor), AC, 3 phase, 415 volts from site after disconnecting of suction and delivery line, taking out to work shop, dismantling pump set for overhauling, replacing u/s shaft sleeve, gland packing, bush, water seal, applying grease etc reassembling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of electric induction blower motor 5.0 HP, AC, 3 phase, 415 volts for comprehensive maintenance from site after disconnecting from blower & electric connection for rewinding, taking out to work shop, opening of motor, taking out old worn-out / burnt-out winding complete, cleaning the slots properly and rewinding with supper enamelled copper testing for satisfatory working of pump , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge paid and measure seprately under items no. 63.

Dismantling of electric induction blower motor 30.0 HP, AC, 3 phase, 415 volts for comprehensive maintenace from site after disconnecting from blower & electric connection for rewinding, taking out to work shop, opening of motor, taking out old worn-out / burnt-out winding complete, cleaning the slots properly and rewinding with supper enamelled copper wire for satisfatory working of pump , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge paid and measure seprately under items no. 63.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation etc including necessary fram work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out & comprehensive maintenance of existing unserviceable Air Blower (of any Make ) of capacity 125 Cubic/Hr to 188 Cubic /Hr with taking out of electric cable complete and reconnecting the electric and mechanical connection at existing location after carrying out following repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note- (i) Spare part required for replacement shall be measured and paid separetly under relevent items (ii) Replacement of Oil seal, locking arrangement of pully, gland packing with oil and greasing shall be deemed to be including in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply, Laying, jointing & testing in repairs. 200 mm bore Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes with Spigot & Socket end, Class K-7 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 suitable for (push-on) rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with Sulphur Resistant Cement and external Metallic Zinc Coating with a finishing layer of Black Bitumen coating on external surfaces, laid in trenches complete.

Supply and fixing in repairs ERW steel tubes column pipe 150 mm dia (ID) (3 mtr long) for water wells conforming to IS 4270-2001 , with flanged end (MS flanges screwed and welded on both ends), including MS nuts, bolts, gasket etc. Note : (i) The pipe shall be heavy duty MS pipe not less than 5.40 mm thick of wall .(ii) The flanges shall have 8 hole and grooves to accommodate the submersible cables and sling wires. Lath work required for drilling hole as per existing to be done by contractor without any extra cost.(iii) MS Flange thickness shall not be less than 8 mm. (iv) The length of pipe shall be of 3.0 mtr with MS flange screwed and welded at both the ends.

Supply and fix in repair's 50mm bore GI Tubing medium grade in Trenches/ Floor/Pillar and connection in old or news position including fitting like socket /Union/Tee/Reducer Nipple etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Dismantling of old unservicable Direct online starter and Supply and fixing for Direct online starter for induction motor Pump set of rating 5 HP, 415 volts, 50 Hz having with sheet metal encloser range 3 phase 9 to 14 Amps rating panel mounting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge for above 3.0 HP to 30 HP submersible and Centrifugal motor.
