Materials and labour for half brick thick brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debrish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work in two layers, first layer of 10mm thick and top layer of 5mm thick with using water proofing coumpound (WPC) @ 2% or as per manufacturers instruction and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only water proofing compound (WPC) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint (camouflage pattern) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming one coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming one coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint (camouflage pattern) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming one coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm including preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint (camouflage pattern) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 0.715 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 0.715 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall / roof projection / chajja / facia / corner etc by scrapping with mechanical sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etc complete and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint (camouflage pattern) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming one coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm with crack filling upto 5 bars of positive hydrostatic pressure on vertical walls without any dilution with forced coverage not more than 3.5 sqm / ltr as per manufacturer's instructions and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of scaffoloding / staging upto four storey height bldg.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures / Numericals (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc. 30 cm high with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for cutting down vegetation growths like plants / trees of girth n exc 15cm from roof tops / sides, external walls of bldgs, chajjas, wall juctions at junction of rain water / CI waste water pipe junctions including removal of roots and taking out carefully possible quality of concrete in roofs embedded in walls / slab surfaces making good affected locations and applying approved chemical (herbal medcine) to arrest further growth and making good the distrubed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) or CM (1:2) complete all as specified and directed.
