M&L laying and compacting total 150mm compacted thickness (laid in two layers of 75mm each) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge Works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (i) The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge Works 2013. (ii) Raw materials for work shall exclusively manufactured by latest calibrated WMM Plant. Valid Calibration Certificate of WMM Plant to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge before execution of work. No manual mixing of coarse aggregate are allowed. (iii) Stack measurement of WMM materials brought at site shall be entered in MB as "Not to be abstracted" before payment. (iv) Payment shall be made after submission of approved mixing qty of WMM materials from GE, Calibration Certificate of WMM Plant & Vibratory Roller Register.] [Total Qty : 105.00 (Part-I) + 105.00 (Part-II) = 210 (10 Sqm)]

M&L preparing of surfaces of unsurfaced Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and including applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1.0 kg/sqm on surface of WMM / WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH Specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and directed. [Total Qty : 105.00 (Part-I) + 100.00 (Part-II) + 105.00 (Part-III) = 310 (10 Sqm)]

M&L Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a tack coat of Bitumen VG-10 grade conforming to IS : 73-2006 at a rate of application of 0.3-0.4 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH Specification for Road and Bridge Works 2013, using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and directed. [Total Qty : 415.00 (Part-I) + 410.00 (Part-II) + 450.00 (Part-III) = 1275 (10 Sqm)]

M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder with paving bitumen (VG-30), filler cement as per recommendation of design by weight of total mix from hot mix plant, rolled by with 8 to 12 tonne vibrating (tandom) road roller to confirm uniform surface and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with mechanical paver, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (i) Work shall be executed after approval of design mix of semi dense asphaltic concrete by GE. (ii) Calibration of Hot Mix Plant shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge for approval. (iii) Payment shall be made to Contractor after submission of approved design mix, Bitumen Extraction Report, Road Roller Register & Calibration Report. (iv) Exact qty of binder to be used shall be ascertained by Design Mix. (v) Minimum 5.5% binder shall be used. However, in case more than 5.5% of binder content is required as per design mix, the same shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost to dept.] [Total Qty : 520.00 (Part-I) + 515.00 (Part-II) + 550.00 (Part-III) = 1585 (10 Sqm)]

M&L premixed bituminous macadam over primed surface of road using paving bitumen VG-30, laid/rolled by 8 to 12 tonne capacity roller and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less including preparation of area before laying of Macadam with mechanical paver), binder contents of premixed macadam shall be 4% by weight of total mix (Design Mix), complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (i) Work shall be executed after approval of design mix of bituminous macadam by GE. (ii) Calibration of Hot Mix Plant shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge for approval. (iii) Payment shall be made to Contractor after submission of approved design mix, bitumen extraction report, Road Roller register & calibration report. (iv) Exact qty of binder to be used shall be ascertain by design mix. (v) Minimum 4% of binder shall be used. M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. spread thickness 100 mm thick, spreading and rolling including watering with vibratory roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed. [Total Qty : 142.00 (Part-I) + 142.00 (Part-II) + 190.00 (Part-III) = 474 (10 Sqm)]

M&L preparing bituminous surfaces of road by cleaning and preparing the road surface and making good the road marking location and marking / applying 2.5mm thick white or golden yellow reflective hot thermoplastic road marking paint (Hot application) for centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine through modern propelled road marking machine in a layer all as per manufacturers instruction and use of all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, interfiller thermoplastic required for glass beads per sqm by incorporating the white/ yellow beads for reflectivity in 100 mm width, complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs Speed Bumps / Speed Breaker confirming to IRC-67 of approximate size 730 mm x 245 mm x 70 mm high of PE materials and minimum weight 2160 gm, the material shall be black / yellow and UV stabilized to keep perpetually colourful, studded with reflectors on either side of clear visibility during night hours appropriate epoxy adhesive on the road surface and bumps filled with cement mortar inside the hollow area, highly resistant to severe impacts and harsh weather condition including cost of metallic bolt, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : The end caps shall be provided for each lane of speed breaker. The rate quoted for running metre shall deemed to be included for provn of end caps for each lane of speed breaker.]

M&L 10cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne power roller including preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for Polycarbonate Convex Mirror Outdoor type 800 mm dia made out of fibre along with bracket, Pole mounted and fixed to 80 mm bore Medium Grade MS Pipe of required length, mirror thickness - 3mm, mirror material - polycarbonate, mirror weight - 4 Kg, shape - circular, mirror angle - 130°, fully pipe length - minimum 600mm of black powder coated paint, back holding, plate material - fibre reinforced plastic, body material - ABC plastic complete and embedded in PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1 including necessary earthwork required for post holes, complete all as specified and directed.
