M&L for earthing with glavanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmX60cmX6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers with galvanised iron strips of size 25 X 4 mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe , 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover 50mm thick made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250 mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm thick including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work and finished the surface complete including dismantling existing pole coping completely all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F of mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and applying over two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after and including dismantling existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L for steel tubular pole painting of any type/size/length and removing from existing pole painting by using wire brush and using with emery paper and cleaning with chemical agents after cleaning of steel tubular pole and GI brackets and cross arms etc and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Upto 1.5 mtr from bottom painting works shall be carried out layer by layer of 30 cm with yellow and black paint and 15cm wide circle around the pole to be made by blue paint after black paint. Painting work shall be carried out at any height including marking of pole numbers marked with black paint over 20 cm yellow paint circle with all necessary safety equipments & tools complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified conforming to IS- 2317/1980 type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate including staying the poles in a truly vertical position till the foundations are properly set, including painting to pole (inside & outside) with two coats of aluminium paint on exposed surfaces of poles and two coat of black bituminous paint on embedded portion and painting work will be carried out layer by layer of 30cm width yellow & black upto 1.5m height from bottom after and including taking down old unserviceable pole of any description complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, foundation concrete and coping will be measured and paid separately)

Cutting & trimming of tree branches any girth and size touching to overhead lines ,panel area,near street light poles and cleaning the distance 3.0 mtr both sides of overhead line with in a gap of span upto 50 mtrs each depositing the same for cleaning the site all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm, 2core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing after and including taking down existing cable of any type and any size complete all as specified and directed . (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

M&L for XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm, 4core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing after and including taking down existing cable of any type and any size complete all as specified and directed . (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

M&L for XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing after and including taking down existing cable of any type and any size complete all as specified and directed . (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

M&L for XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing after and including taking down existing cable of any type and any size complete all as specified and directed . (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, foundation and erection of poles and stays in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm soil all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points as in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep including required watering and consolidation after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering with width equal to length of brick as protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 250mm x 125mm x 75mm laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed.

Relying of old serviceable bricks of any size & type in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Old serviceable bricks obtained from taking down XLPE cable of item Nos 21.00 to 24.00)

M&L for two coats of plastic emulsion paint on concrete/ plaster surfaces (pole coping) of any description over 10 cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe 40 mm "light grade" laid in trenches floors/on , pole/road for cable protection with all fittings including taking down old unserviceable one fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 numbers 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25X4MM galvanised iron strip including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning LT outdoor floor mounted Bus Bar Box, powder coated, factory made and tested, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system of size 750mmX750mmX300mm (HXWXD) having bus bar chamber with inosulated electrolytic aluminium bus bars installed on DMC insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection clas (UP-54) in accordance with IS-2147 nad made of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel angle iron frame work (made out of 40mmX40mmX5mm thick and 900 mm long, front & rear opening type with aprons cable entry, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulate multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anti-corrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyster powder coating of flint grey shade having instument chamber with RYB indicator LED lamps including taking down old unserviceable Bus Bar Box. The scope of work also comprising of the following:- (a) Aluminium Bus bar chamber rating: 300 Amps , TPN, 415 V (b) Incoming MCCB rating: 63 Amps, 4P, 10 KA-01 No. (NOTE: (i) Panel wiring for control circuit with copper flexible 1.5 sqmm & power wiring minimum 4 sqmm flexible or as per load rating of the feeder pillar box and provision of 300X300X2mm thick danger notice board on fron side of the panel doors. (ii) Complete installation with civil work and making necessary incoming and outgoing connection with proper cable lugs and clables glands is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) The final height of the LT panel from the normal ground level shall be 450mm and necessary civil work included in quoted rate. (Note:- The contractor shall be submit the drawings (General& circuit lay out drawings ) for approval by the Accepting Officer/Engineer -in-charge before procurement)

S & F in repairs of MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps, B Curve 240 volts, 50 Hz, including making necessary incoming and out going electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs and testing all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charg

S&F in repairs of SMC kiosks box suitable for three phase, 415 volts, AC supply with 04 Nos aluminium bus bar rating 63 Amps with one No MCB 10 Amps, SP having size 350X270X200mm complete including making fixing arrangement with 9mtr long swaged pole with flat iron clamp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated copper conductor FR round flexible cable in street light connection from pole junction box at bottom to street light fixed on 9 mtr long swaged pole by making two holes with welding machine for inserting cable of size 1.5sqmm 3 core multistranded including making all necessary connection after and including taking down existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricated and fixing of street light bracket made out of GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade bent to shape of 1.2 mtr long as directed including clamps made out of 40 mm x 6 mm flat iron for fixing bracket suitable for steel tubular poles including nuts and bolts, washers and other connected items of required size including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after and including taking down old unserviceable brackets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road (minimum 1.0m bellow the road surfaces) with the help of GI tubing of any dia not exceeding 100mm dia for passing of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.
