M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dimantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated,semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges etc complete all as specified anddirected

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior grade(Lequre coated), coloured glossy finish rubber pressed, cement concrete designer chequered tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour / matrix of tiles as in floor etc. complete including provision of 20mm screed in cement moertar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers 10mm +5mm in cement mortar 1:4 on external surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces with using WPC finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkai registant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated surface of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron 25x4mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point including testing on completion including watering GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade, 15mm bore light grade GI pipe for protection of earth lead including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm including 8mm dia TMT bars both ways @ 15cm centre to centre with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, funnel & wire mesh, excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete including dismantling existing all as specified & directed.

M&L for repair, serviceing and replacement of unserviceable accessories of LT Panel any make type/size including welding, brazing and drilling work etc complete all as specified and directed.including the followings. (a) Tightening of all loose conectiont of cable inside the panel and welding the broken door of the panel.(b) Clean all the rusted busbar through emery paper and fixing insulation heat shrink sleeves through out the busbar including strip connected with out going MCCB. (c) Cut the damage insulation portion end of cable inside the panel and reconnecting its into positions after fixing the end termintion/Sleeves complete with suitable size of aluminium lugs and stainless steel nut bolts including excavation and earth work in any type of soil for taking out the existing cable loop to fixing the end joint or reconnection in position. (d) Repair/Replacement of burn/unserviceable voltmeter, ammeter,indication lamp including control wiring of the panel between voltmeter, Ammeter and their selector switch and CTs . (e) Repair/Replacement of all burn lugs inside the panel.(f) Replacement of all the GI rusted nut, bolts,and washers with made of stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers.(g) Clean the dust inside the panel by air blower/vaccum cleaner complete. Note : (a) The cost of nut bolts, washers, insulation tape, lugs etc essentially required to make the panel serviceable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Other spare parts/accessories shall measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule.

Supply only epoxy type insulator for support of busbar grade 1100 volt as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

Material only for control wiring of the panel with 1.5 sq mm multistranded, PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 Volt grade FRLS cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED phase indicator lamp colour RED/YELLOW/BLUE AC 220 Volt 50 Hz. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only cast resin insulated type CT, Ratio 300/5A with capable of with standing momentary short circuit and symmetrical short circuit for 01second complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only cast resin insulated type CT, Ratio 400/5A with capable of withstanding momentary short circuit and symmetrical short circuit for 01 second complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting on existing steel surface of Panel/FPB/JB etc with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including one coat of red oxide on rusted area after proper cleaning and prepration of old painted surfaces steel / Iron of any description with spray machine complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Painting of panels / feeder filler boxes shall be carried out in different colour of paints as required at site and as directed).

M & L for repair, serviceing, release testing and comprehensive maintenance of fully automatic LT panel including Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) . Repair/maintenance work comprises the following:- (a) Disconnecting the ACB from existing position and opening, cleaning the dust of all contact points , servicing by using CRC and throughly cheking to detect any fault then rectified the same by supplying and replacing the defect parts and after rectified the fault refitted the ACB in its position and commissioning and testing the panel. (b) Opening the panel and cleaning dust of the panel throughly vaccum cleaner, blower should not be used for cleaning. (c) After cleaning, checking all cable connection, Busbar joint and tightening the loose connection and oiling all the nut Bolt of the same. (d) Cleaning and checking the servicibity condition of all the relays, contactor, fuse, Indicator switch, push buttom, control wiring, connector and replacing all the burn out parts assembled the panel contactor, relay, and servicing all the contactor assembeled at the point of Bus Bar, joint through nut bolt. Note - (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Minimum one ACB shall be produce to contractor for restand / repair for one visit. Contractor will not demand all VCB repair in one visit. Visit and repair charges of electrician and helper are included in the quoted rate. no extra charges shall be paid to the contractor.

(c) Opening, checking and testing the serviceabilty of capacitor bank and detect any fault of the same should be rectified by supplying and replacing the deffective parts with new one. (d) Repair/Replacement of all burn lugs inside the panel with copper lugs suitable size. (e) Replace all the GI rusted nut, bolts and washers with stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers. (f) Clean the dust inside the panel by air blower/vaccum cleaner. Note : (a) The cost of steel nut bolts, washers, copper lugs, etc essentially required to make the panel serviceable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Other spare parts/accessories shall measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule.
