Supply and fixing in repair's Butter fly valve PN-1.6 , 150 mm dia use in filltration plant, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs sluice valve flanged type 100 mm bore, ISI marked, as per IS 14846: 2000 , with valid CMLNo. , Batch No. and Manufacturer Serial No., class PN 1.6 with brass spindle, brass check nut, with fiber board gasket, bolts, nuts and washers for fixing the valve in position, in valve pit chambers or location as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge. Note : Contractor has to submit the test certificate and Purchase Voucher of valves before claiming the payment..

Supply and fix in repair's reflux valve (non return valve IS -5312) CI suitable for 150 mm bore pipe heavy duty both end flanged of pressure rating PN 1.6 and jointing with joint with rubber or fibre board gasket with required nos size of nuts, bolts and washers including connecting and testing , complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for opening of sluice valves 150 mm dia bore after de-scaling and grinding on Lathe Machine and replacement of Spindle, Gutka, valve sheet, brass rings as per existing and complete scaling and proper functioning at site refixing at existing postion inclcluding nut, bolt, washer, gasket, wheel, complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of Water Samples for Chemical analysis as mentioned below from Pump Houses complete all as specified and as directed. Following tests perimeters are:- Ph Level, Specific Conductivity, Chloride (CL), Total Harness as Ca CO₃, Iron as (Fe), Arsenic (AS), Total dissolved solids , Bacteria, Colour, Odour, Taste, Turbidity NTU, Max, Floride, Copper, Nitrate, Alkalinity, E- Coliform, Total Coliform Bactria, Manganese, Sulfide, Calcium, Magnesium, Cyanide, Lead, cromium, Zinc, Alumium, TSS, Oil and grease, Ca hardness,Mg hardness, P Alkalinity, M Alkalinity, Sodium, Potsium, free Chloride Sulphate Note for above Item (a) Sample of Water for the above media test are to collected in transparent container/Jar/bottle separately for each test against each pump houses. (Hygienically clean bottles). (b) Sample of water to be collected shall be forwarded to Govt Lab / any NABL certified authorized Lab. Notes: (i) Testing of Raw water and Treated water in Each PH considered as One Job. (ii) Testing of Water for Raw Water & Filtererd Water for total 12 Pump Houses in three month Basis.

M & L of Alam dosing pump along with 50 lit heavy duty PVC tank and all fitting accessories for proper alam dosing to Raw water before Fitration as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L of Soda dosing plant along with 50 lit heavy duty PVC tank and all fitting accessories for proper soda dosing to Raw water before Fitration as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out chlorine Dozing machine, transport to workshop for Comprehensive maintenance/repair/repair as per Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEMs) reccommendations installed at various locations through OEMs Authorised Service Centre Engineers or through OEMs Certified Agencies or as approved by GE with replacement of dismantling the dozing plant, cleaning, disconnecting electric connection replacement of all defective parts with new parts (New parts will be measured and paid separately under respective item) reassembling, testing and re-fixing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Note (i) The work shall be carried out through OEMs Authorised Service Centre or through OEMs Certified Agencies or as approved by GE (ii) (New parts will be measured and paid separately under respective item. (iii)) The cost of transportation of the defective unit from site to OEM workshop & back is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fixing in repairs ERW steel tubes column pipe 150 mm dia (ID) (3 mtr long) for water wells conforming to IS 4270-2001 , with flanged end (MS flanges screwed and welded on both ends), including MS nuts, bolts, gasket etc. Note : (i) The pipe shall be heavy duty MS pipe not less than 5.40 mm thick of wall .(ii) The flanges shall have 8 hole and grooves to accommodate the submersible cables and sling wires. Lath work required for drilling hole as per existing to be done by contractor without any extra cost.(iii) MS Flange thickness shall not be less than 8 mm. (iv) The length of pipe shall be of 3.0 mtr with MS flange screwed and welded at both the ends.
