M & L for Comprehensive maintencance of electrically operated automatic lift to carry 06 passengers of Make- LT Elevators, single speed 1.0.Mtrs/sec simplex unit multi stage control with automatic closing steel door(both car and landing) operated with selective or collective control & variable voltage & variable frequency (V3F) control drive system to serve from ground floor to 5th floor (G+5 ) at N-9 Bldg of INS netaji Subhas keeping the lift and its accessories in perfect and working condition with the repair and replacement of all defective/Worn out parts / components, lubrication of lift all as required without affecting normal functioning of lift, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. The parts shall be genuine and shall be purchsed from original manufacturer. 2. The package includes all repair/replacement of parts/ components not taken as supply only items. 3. Monthly comprehensive maintenance inspection report along with nature of repairs carried out incl material consumed during the month shall be submitted to the dept duly signed by technician and contractor. 4. Annual load test of the lift shall be carried out in presence of competent engineer or recognized by WB factories act and necessary test report shall be submitted to the department. 5. Monthly ARD functioning report shall be maintained and submitted to the dept. 6. Comprehensive maintenance shall be carried out by OEM/OEM authorized technicians certificate to be submitted to the department. 7. Quoted rate shall be included of fixing of mentioned items. 8. Taking down and fixing of the major part shall be included in the quoted rate and material shall be supply only under relevant items.

All as per item No 04 abobe for for 13 passengers lift of Make-IBIJI to serve from ground floor to 7th floor (G+7) at N-19 Bldg of INS Netaji Subhas all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 04 abobe for for 08 passengers lift of Make- Schindler to serve from ground floor to 5th floor (G+5) at NOM Bldg of INS Netaji Subhas all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Fixing & testing Battary 12 volt, 12AH suitable for lift ARD/Emergency light complete all as specified & as directed including taking down unserviceable one all as specified and as directed. Note: Copy of warranty certificate duly stamped and signed by the dealer to be submitted to the department.

Supply,Installing, commissioning, and testing landing operating panal (as per sample) with micro stroke luminous push bottom and digital floor position indicator as fixed on site complete all as specified and as directed incld taking down unserviceable one.

Supply and fix coaxial/Cross flow cabin fan along with protective cover as per existing size and capacity including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dismantling of burnt motor of cabin fan of size 225 mm to 350 mm sweep and taking out existing winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled bare insulated copper winding wire as per existing gauge and turn to achieve required RPM including replacement of unserviceable parts as required and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply& fix cabin ceiling light fitting LED type, 3/5/6 watt with driver suitable for schindler lift/other lift (as per sample)fixed on site complete all as specified and as directed incld taking down U/S one.

Supply and fixing of 8/19 construction steel wire rope un-galvanised 13/16 mm diameter suitable for existing lift incl taking down old one all as directed and as specified.

Supply and fix infrared door curtain sensor /detector consisting of the emitter receiver, connecting cables and connectors, operating voltage230 V AC,with 96/154 beams operating distance 3000 mm including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix door electronic module suitable for existing auto door operaror,operating voltage , 230 V AC including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.

S & F of Microprocessor based controller card suitable for above mentioned lifts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix suitable car operating panel for automatic lift with actuality push button , door open Door close button , digital floor indicator & direction indicator ,suitable for 24 volt DC operation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, testing and commissioning of V3F drive unit suitable for motor rating up to 15 HP 415 Volt , AC 50 Hz operation with provision for communication interface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, testing and commissioning of 15 KW lift duty V3F drive unit suitable for 415 Volt , AC 50 Hz operation with provision for communication interface complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Taking down unserviceable item, commissioning and testing shall be carried out ).

Supply only Steel wire rope confirming to IS 2365:1977 of 8 x 19 construction, and 8 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 1. Taking down old unserviceable rope and fixing shall be carried out under Item No 1 to 4. 2. Test report of wire rope as per IS shall be submitted to the department.

Supply only ARD battery 12/26 AH complete including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ARD battery 12/18 AH complete including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.

Supply fixing of ARD control card suitble for G+7 /G+12 auto door lift ,interfacing with new controllers as directed.

Supply of door operating motor suitable for auto doors, 230 V AC operating voltage.

Supply of Car guide shoe holder as per existing design complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of Counter guide shoe holder as per existing design complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of full collective microprocessor based control panel suitable for G+4 to G+13 automatic lifts, complete with voice announcer,interface with exixting car door operator and infrared sensors, operating voltage 110 V ac and 24 v DC complete all as specified and as directed including taking out old unserviceable .
