Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type stainless steel (SS 304) cubical enclosure compartmentalized exterior and interior mirror type brushed suitable for highly corrosive environment, high creep resistance, better mechanical properties like ductility, yield strength, hardness etc. The enclosure shall be made of 2 mm thick SS 304 sheet. The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 304. Sliding handle and locking arrangement front and rear both side . Enclosure shall be suitable for AC supply system 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz. IP-55 class protection and mounted on channel 75 mm welded with panel of SS 304 with 04 Nos foundation bolt of size not less than 20mm dia and 300mm long. The enclosure shall have provision of cable alley . Cable entry from bottom side including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm). Incoming :- (i) Aluminium busbar rating 200 Amps rating 4 Nos. (ii) MCCB 160 Amps 4 pole breaking capacity 25 KA thermal mag protection with Icu = 100% & rated impulse with stand voltage (Vimp) 8 KV with over current & short circuit pro-tection having double insulation & positive insulation-01 No. Outgoing :-(i) MCCB 100 Amp 4 pole 02 Nos, MCCB 63 Amp 4 pole 02 Nos breaking capacity 16 KA thermal magnetic release with Icu = 100% & rated impulse with stand volta.(Vimp) 8 KV with over current & short circuit protec-tion having double insulation & positive insulation featers. The MCCB should have Ics=100%Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer. All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. The various feeders shall be indicated by font size not less than 20 mm letters using Acrylic sheet. The minimums clearance of bus bar shall be 32mm phase –phase and 26mm for phase to earth. The bus bar shall have colour coding with insulating tape. Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level.

Supply and fixing in repair 5 KW ,three phase automatic Street Light timer switch for automatic switching on/off street light based on lux level of nature light, consisting of sensor overload protection fuse gear, power contactor & MCB of suitable capacity, terminal blocks for cable entry & control unit enclosed in pole/Wall mountable elcosure made out of rust proof, shock proof, termite proof FR grade SMC, conforming to IP 66 protection, with universal lock and key arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for taking up/lifting of submersible motor and pump assembly complete of any type/size upto 20 HP with unserviceable cable of any make and capacity from deep tube/bore well (of any depth) after providing lifting tools and tackles complete as required at site, carefully disconnecting of all electric connections, water connections in and including dismantling of column pipe lines shaft (of any size and length stage by stage) and keeping them aside under safe custody for reuse at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Materials and labour for lowering of repaired submersible motor and pump assembly complete of any type/size upto 20HP capacity with submersible cable of any make and size complete in deep tube/bore well of any depth coupling with pump and motor, in and including connecting and lowering of old or new column pipe line shaft of any size and length (stage by stage) carefully with the help of necessary tools and tackles, reconnecting of all electric and water connections with new nuts bolts washers and rubber gasket and testing on load upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: Column pipe if required will be measured and paid under relevant supply only item.

Materials and labour for transportation of defective submersible pump 10 HP to 15HP capacity three phase set to workshop dismantling the same incl disconnecting electrical connections decoupling 440 volt AC submersible motor pump set , dismantling the motor,taking out burnt winding wire from the stator, cleaning of the casing and the stator with wire brush, rewinding of motor with superior quality copper winding wire of existing size including varnishing an drying, cable jointing and repair replacement of worn at parts of pump reassembling the same with motor installing the motor and pump , reconnecting all pipe and electric connections and testing on full load complete. Note: Spare parts replaced shall be measured & paid seperately under respective supply only item of schedule. Cost of rewiring and winding materials is included in item rate.

Materials and labour for seven stage cleaning and sterlisation of inside of overhead pressed mild steel/RCC tank of capacity 20000 gallons (overhead tank) through bacteriological treatment by using suitable chemical and Ultra voilet ray inc including arrangement of necessary T&P, labour and Chemicals mechanise etc before starting process of cleaning complete all as specified and as directed. Seven stages are as under follows :- (a) First stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or by own high capacity dewatering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using suitable chemical as approved by Engr-in-charge and scrubing the walls of the tanks. (c) Third stage is scrubbing the wall with mechanised scrubber and fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is degermification by using suitable chemical as approved by Engr-in-Charge . (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of the water tank by industrial vacuum cleaner. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra voilet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterlize the floor of the water tank by using strong oxidizing agent as approved by Engr-in-charg.
