S & F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa" pattern, size 580 mm X 440 mm white with ‘P’ or ‘S” trap, front or back inlet and integral foot rests, any pattern and including fixing bolt, connector to flush pipe, lime concrete bedding and making connections to flush pipe, connector to branch pipe and anti syphonage pipes etc. including sealing the joints and making leak proof using sealant complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, at any height and safety measures complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:3 on ceiling including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered/putty wall surfaces and applying two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over and including a coat of primer and wall care putty (1.5 mm thick) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new surfaces of plastered walls and applying two coat of cement base paint of tint (as approved by GE) over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer , at any height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M & L for glazed, colour ceramic wall tiles (group B III), of size 350x 250x 7 mm/450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid, rectified, colour ceramic floor tiles (group B II), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, length more than 460 mm but less than 700 mm, minimum 8 mm thick in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar(1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lfor 20mm thick granite (of any type) black coloured in single piece for platform of kitchen/WHB, machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM1:4 the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks(Fly ash), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 10 litres capacity, low level, syphonic type, white, plastic flushing cistern as per IS 7231: 1994 with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and 40 mm nominal dia high density polyethylene pipes for flush pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 600mmx450mm bevelled edge mirror of selected quality glass, mounted on 6mm thick AC building board or commercial plywood and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene multi- layer water tanks (vertical cylindrical with close top) as per IS 12701: 1996 of 500 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20 mm /15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes including dismantling the existing one and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene multi- layer water tanks (vertical cylindrical with close top) as per IS 12701: 1996 of 1000 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20 mm /15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes including dismantling the existing one and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning of service PVC tank by rubbing vertical wall and bottom of with bleaching powder and allowed ½ hour to react and then washing down with water to get free from deposits and bleaching inside the tank of capacity exceeding 250 ltrs & upto 500 ltrs capacity etc. and hositing if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning repairing and providing new outlet connectionn of required size complete including lettering/numbering Date of Cleaning all as specified & as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning of service PVC tank by rubbing vertical wall and bottom of with bleaching powder and allowed ½ hour to react and then washing down with water to get free from deposits and bleaching inside the tank of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs & upto 1000 ltrs capacity etc. and hositing if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning repairing and providing new outlet connectionn of required size complete including lettering/numbering Date of Cleaning all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing special water tight centering and shuttering to beams, columns, slabs, chajjas, balconies etc including bolting, strutting, propping etc so as to withstand a pressure of 0.1Mpa including removal of forms complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of concrete surface of chajja/beam/slab thoroughly abraded to remove all laitance, any trace of loose plaster, oil, grease, paints and any other materials are to be removed by wire brushing the surface. The entire surface shall then be washed thoroughly with plenty of water and then allowed to dry. Defective concrete surfaces cut back to a sound base by chipping and removed loose concrete. Smooth surfaces to achieve by chemically roughened up to 20 Mtr height including applying bond coat of epoxy bonding agent (Nito Bond) & cement in 1 : 1 ratio bonding old and new concrete on damaged surface and all necessary scaffolding and safety measures all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning to expose corruded reinforcement of chajja/beam/slab by wire brushing, emery paper or by mechanical means and to remove all loose scale and corrosion deposit and washing complete and providing additional reinforcement TMT bars of approved make, cut to length by electro welding method and applying one coat of rust removing chemical and anti rust coating (zinc) along its full circumference up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures all as specified and directed. (Manufacturer name of chemical shall be : Fosroc/Sika/Pidilite/BASAF)

M&L for Providing and placing in position ready mix concrete (Micro concrete) grade of M-50 specification and strength conforming to ASTM- C109-99,ASTM- C 307 ,BS1881 Part 207, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion obtained from approved manufacturer as per specification and directions of Engineer in charge (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument). Upto a height of 15m above plinth level

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Supply and Fix,3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty with spring clips in metal surrounds in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sq M in each pane with and including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones

S & F 3mm thick figured Sheet glass pin headed type nd glazing with oil putty with spring clips in metal surrounds in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sq M in each pane with and including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones.

M & L Securing glass of any description in existing wooden/metal frames glazed with putty/ beads including removing loose or decayed putty/ beads, spring wire glazing spring clips, painting/oiling one coat on rebates, grooves, reputtying and finally one coat synthetic enemal paint over puttied surface to match existing work (New length of frame reputtied shall be measured) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for erasoning/Adjusting,resecuring and marking smooth for functioing of steel window shutter by means of welding,bolting,screwing with necessary tools and plants to make the window shutter functionable incl necessary hinges,handles,tower bolt etc...as specified .

S & F 20mm bore PVC coated MS conduit drapery rods, suitable for door/widows curtain with incl necessary fancy type dooms as approved by GE, and fitted to each end, with and inclding new brackets and fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding of any description, fixed in any position with nails, complete all as specified and directed.

Rate quoated above items item no.01 to 121 here in before inclusive provision as under :Making arrangement for establishment of centralized complaint centre in the existing building as under :- (a) Infrastructure required in Complaint cell i.e. telephone, furniture, stationary, transport and other necessary items/materials to establish a new complaint centre able to receive and manage complaints from the users by all means ie Manual complaint mechanism, Telephonic complaints mechanism, SMS complaint Mechanism and e-mail complaint mechanism and to maintain a consolidated list of complaints and its redressal mode indicating all its relevant data. (b) Computer data operator shall be able to manage all the necessary activities and having qualification as Graduate in any discipline with minimum one year certificate course of computer applications (from a Govt recognized institute), (c ) Provision and maintenance of all tools, plants, equipment and safely gear required for tradesmen under this contract (d) Provision of communication facilities to supervisor and tradesmen. (e) Monitoring and management of complaints report from generation to execution of complaint including pending complaints. (f) Updating status of lodged complaints before change of eight hour shift. (g) Provision of motorized conveyance for deployment to all tradesmen under this contract. (h) Basic inputs to be noted from the complainants will be locality, Building No, Qtr No, Name and Rank of complaint and exact nature of complaint and mobile No/ telephone (j) On lodging the complaint, the Complaint No will be assigned for reference . Also system should indicate an approximate time for repairs. Accordingly a corresponding complaint slip shall be generated by the system with all relevant info. Complaint slip should be printed in triplicate and to be handed over immediately to Supervisor who shall detail appropriate tradesmen for repair with required materials/store. One copy of complaint shall be retained in complaint centre and two copies with tradesmen. (k) On both copies of complaint slip, status of the complaint attended shall be endorsed by the complaint/user. One copy to be retained by the complainant and second copy to be with tradesmen for handing over in the complaint centre. Reasons for non attending of complaint etc shall be recorded alongwith estimate of expected time to attend and rectifying the complaint. (l) At the end of each day, summary of complaints shall be prepared and generated indicating No of complaints lodged, attended in time, Reasons for not attending , probable time required for attending the pending complaints etc (m) JE in charge of MES will review the complaints recorded in the system daily and will carry out personal inspection of complaints attended and its status and will take remedial measures in this regard. (n) AGE will visit the complaint cell at least thrice a week and GE at least once a weak to check the efficacy of the system and record their remarks accordingly. Note : Contractor shall be responsible for followings :- (i) Installation of landline telephone connection with internet broadband facility, obtaining SIM cards for mobile phones for supervisor and workers, deployed by the contractor. (ii) Implementation of Bio-metric system for attendance of supervisors and workers, deployed by the contractor.. (iiii) Payment of telephone bills, internet charges, mobile bills, expenses etc shall be borne by the contractor and no claim whatsoever on this account will be admissible by the department.
