M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm thick & 5mm thick each) mixed with water proofing compound in top layer @200ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions finishing the surface fair & even complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separtely.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash/ colour wash including washing froors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on wall / ceiling / chajjas and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Ltre/10 Sqm over and including priiming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new/old surfaces as per the manufacturer instruction and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment for preparation of old decorated treatment on wall / ceiling / chajjas by scrapping with true care wall sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paints etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etc complete and applying Two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Ltre/10 Sqm over and including priiming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new/old surfaces as per the manufacturer instruction. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new decorated treatment on wall / ceiling / chajjas and applying waterproof cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm and sand papering surcaces to achieve smooth surfaces over surface on wall / ceiling / chajjas after preparation of surface and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper of approved tint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer with roller including washing froors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment for preparation of old decorated treatment on wall / ceiling / chajjas and applying waterproof cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm and sand papering surcaces to achieve smooth surfaces over surface on wall / ceiling / chajjas after preparation of surface and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper of approved tint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer with roller including washing froors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old treated surface of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash / colour wash on old decorated surfaces of ceiling including washing froors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismentaling/demolition of RCC fins/parapets of any size incl. cutting down rusted reinforcement and makig good with CM 1:3 and provided drip course 25 mmx10 mm deep with CM 1:3 at edges of RCC slab/chajjas etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets, bed block, copings, filling concrete, gaps in between glazed & flyfproof steel window, cills, railling up to 60 cm in height, in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, padding to roof etc including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and as directed.
