Taking up or down Steel Water Tubing 15mm dia (bore) including Connections and Fittings, Segregating Serviceable Pipes & Fittings, Stacking properly at Site(s) and keep in Safe Custody for re-use, or removing to store, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down Steel Water Tubing 20mm dia (bore) including Connections and Fittings, Segregating Serviceable Pipes & Fittings, Stacking properly at Site(s) and keep in Safe Custody for re-use or removing to store, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down Steel Water Tubing 25mm dia (bore) including Connections and Fittings, Segregating Serviceable Pipes & Fittings, Stacking properly at Site(s) and keep in Safe Custody for re-use, or removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down soil pipe/ rainwater pipes (any size or pattern ) including all fitings heads shoes bends swan -necks etc including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured over all fixed along the centre line over fitting and ( accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Spraying or brushing two coats of chemical emulsion chlorpyriphos 20% EC or equivalent diluted in kerosene and applied @ 0.25 Ltr per Sqm on termite infected wooden surface such as doors, windows, cub boards, ceiling, wall panelling, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Drilling of 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre (Staggered position) in connecting places of masonry work and wooden frame work and injecting chemical emulsion into these holes till refusal or to a maximum of 0.5 litre/hole and sealing with putty or adhesive with saw dust complete all as specified and directed. Note: Chemical emulsion shall be chlorpyriphos 20% EC or equivalent diluted in kerosene

Material and labour Chipping of unsound/weak concrete materials of 50mm average thickness from beams/ lintels with standard power driven percussion chiesel of standard make including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities etc and disposal of all debris out of MOD land upto nine storey height of building including necessary scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour Removing concrete all around reinforcement including behind of reinforcement bars to give an average clearance of 25mm (but not less than 15mm clear air gap) by manual methods (hammering and using wire brushes, chieselling etc.) and applying alkaline rust removing chemical followed by removing rust including from behind the reinfircement bars by emery paper and cleaning the area throughly by water and allow it to dry as per manufacturer's instructions to provide totally rust free finished steel surfaces, length of reinforcement bars cleared of concrete shall be measured for payment including upto four storey height of building upto 12mm dia of bars complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and application Epoxy Zinc rich primer on the prepared reinforced surface by brush, the primer shall have a minimum specific gravity 1.75, minimum wet film thickness/coat 100 microns & dry film thickness/coat 40 microns. Minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5 N/mm2 upto upto nine storey height of building complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Application Free flow non-shrink cementitious micro concrete of grade M50 to the affected column/beam etc upto 60mm thickness (average) where major spalling has taken place even the core of concrete affected. The Micro concrete shall have a minimum 1 day compressive strength of 10 MPa and 28 days strength of 50 MPa, Minimum tensile strength 5 N/mm2 @ 28 days, minimum Flexural strength 5 N/mm2@ 28 days tested as per BS 4551-80, Expansion characteristics Unrestrained expansion as per ASTM C827-1987 1 to 4%. upto four storey height of building complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Framed Work such as Grills, Gratings, etc. with ends of Bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into Spikes; Framed Guard Bars; Barred Iron Doors; Ladders; Framed Balusters; Walk Ways; Railings; Framework of Water Tanks and Similar Work, conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165, complete all as speci-fied and as directed.

M&L Rendering 20mm thick in Cement Mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall in two layer, first layer 10 mm thick in cement morter (1:4) and top layer 10mm thick in cement morter (1:4) using water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. . (NOTE:-WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, finishing plastered surfaces Even and fair without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and as directed.

"Supply only" liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two Coats of Distemper Oil Emulsion over a coat of primer and applied over 2mm thick BIRLA/JK water proof wall care putty including rubbing with emmery paper to make wall surface smooth and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing new plastered surfaces of Walls and applying Two Coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint Weather Coat over a coat of Primer (as per Manufacturer’s instructions), and applied over 2mm thick BIRLA/JK water proof wall care putty including rubbing with emmery paper to make wall surface smooth and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing old decorated plastered surfaces of Walls and applying One Coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint Weather Coat (any colour /tint) (as per Manufacturer’s instructions), complete all as specified and as directed. M&L sheet glass 5.5 mm thick plain ordinary quality and glazing with Wooden Beads or Oil Putty in Square or Rectangular, exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing old Wooden Surfaces of any description not otherwise decribed over 10 Cm width or girth and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing old Steel Surfaces of any description not otherwise decribed over 10 Cm width or girth and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing new Steel or Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a coat of Red Oxide/ Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour chipping of unsound/weak concrete materials of 30mm average thickness from slabs/chajja/ fin fascia etc by any means including tapering all edges making square shoulders of cavities air or sand blasting etc and cleaning of exposed concrete surface of lightly picking material by air blasting or sand blasting incl foreign materials, loose concrete/aggregate etc and disposal of all debris out of MOD land upto nine storey height of building including necessary scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour Cleaning of exposed concrete surfaces of lightly sticking materials including foreign materials, loose concrete/ aggregate etc and disposal of all debris upto distance of 50 m and applying single coat of epoxy bond adhesive on prepared non metallic surfaces (existing surface) by using brush as per manufacturers instruction / specification upto any height of building complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Application Two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The Mortar can be applied from a minimum of 25mm average thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto 100 mm thickness in horizontal applications. The Mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 12 N/mm² in 1 day and 45N/mm² in 28 days. Minimum Flexural strength should be 8 N/mm² in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitous systems to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of microconcrete to be used @ 6 lit/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 24 N/mm² Minimum Tensile strength 3.5 N/mm², Minimum Flexural Strength 6.5 N/mm² complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge upto any height of building including necessary scaffolding and safety measure.
