Simplex unit multi stage control with automatic closing steel door (both car and landings ) Operated with selective or collective control & variable voltage & variable frequency (V3F) control drive system to serve from ground floor to 7 floor, at MEGHNATH BLDG, 7 CHAPPEL ROAD, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing battery 12 volt 7-10 AH for ARD/Emergency light suitable for passenger lift complete including taking down old one all as specified and directed. Note: Copy of warranty certificate duly sighned & stamped by the dealer to be submitted to the department.

Supply, fixing & testing Steel wire Rope/Speed Governor Rope conforming to IS 2365:1977 of 8x19 construction and min 8mm for G+11 Teesta Bldg including taking down old one all as specified and directed. Note: Test report of wire rope as per IS shall be submitted to the department.

Supply and fixing Coaxial/Cross flow Cabin fan with protective cover as fixed on site complete including taking down old one all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cabin ceiling Led light fittings 5/6 Watt (circular/Square type) with driver suitable for lift as fixed on site complete including taking down old one all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling of burnt motor of cabin fan of size 225mm to 350mm sweep and taking out existing winding and rewinding the same with suoer enamelled bare insulated copper winding wire as per existing gauge and turn to achieve required RPM including replacement of unserviceble parts as required and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Suitable Door belt for passenger lift complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated automatic passenger / goods lifts of carrying capacity One in No 08 passenger, MAKE -KONE speed 1.5 Mtr/Sec. Simplex unit multi stage control with automatic closing steel door (both car and landings ) Operated with selective or collective control & variable voltage & variable frequency (V3F) control drive system to serve from ground floor to 6 floor in P-1 Bldg of CGRA Maniktala keeping the lifts and the accessories in perfect and working condition with the repair/ replacement of all defective/wom out parts/ components, lubricating of the lifts all as required without affecting normal functioning of lift complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. The parts shall be genuine and shall be purchsed from original manufacturer. 2. The package includes all repair/replacement of parts/ components not taken as supply only items.) 3. Monthly comprehensive maintenance inspection report along with nature of repairs carried out incl material consumed during the month shall be submitted to the dept duly signed by technician and contractor. 4. Annual load test of the lift shall be carried out in presence of competent engineer or recognized by WB factories act and necessary test report shall be submitted to the department. 5. Monthly ARD functioning report shall be maintained and submitted to the dept. 6. Comprehensive maintenance shall be carried out by OEM/OEM authorized technicians certificate to be submitted to the department. 7. Quoted rate deemded included of fixing items at Sl no. 28 to 31 and 33 and 34.
