Material , Labour and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade confirming to IS 15658-2006 with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and Labour for PCC M-7.5(nominal Mix)type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for pre-polished cement concrete designed coloured pavement tiles glossy and area of each tile not exec 0.16 Sqm of each tile or equivalent size as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles and laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of external wall surface of building/structure by mechanical appliance and preparation of old surfaces applying two coats of acrylic exterior weather resistant paint(weather proof paint @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm per two coats ) of required colour shade and as per manufacturer’s specification over a coat of acrylic exterior primer((@ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparating of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, zinc chromic complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation on old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART - II FOR E/M PORTION (Sl No __ to ____)

Design, supply, installation, commissioning & testing of activated carbon filter, vertical, single deck and multigrade of flow rate of 46 Cum/hour with following configurations :- (a) Frontal (face) pipe line will be fabricated from 80 or 100mm ERW pipe (Medium ) based on the flow rate considered in design. (b) Valves in frontal pipe line- Butterfly valve flangeless finish-100mm-05 Nos (c) Pressure guage-02 Nos for raw water and filter water (d) Under Bed Strainer nozzle Double nut type - (e) Guard Media (gravels) (f) Activated Carbon Loc: Pump House of Turf View-01 No and Gokhale Road-01 No)

Note :- (i) The design of the plant and construction drawings shall be vetted from any IIT/Govt Engineering Colleges/ university where Environmental Engineering discipline exists at PG level and accordingly same be submitted to GE before placing the order for approval AO and GE will submit the same to HQ CWE duly recommended for approval of AO. The cost of drawing & vetting charge shall be deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate. (ii) The thickness of the plate for shell body, dish end and bed plate shall have to be designed as described in IS - 2825 for determining the thickness based on the flow rate of fluid as mentioned in the above IS. In any case the flow rate shall not be considered beyond the specified range as mentioned in the IS- 2825. (iii) Necessary foundation for installation of plant shall be provided as per manufacturer's recommendation. Cost of PCC foundation, foot stool foundation including drain pipe and sub-assemblies pipes , painting and misc fitting like TEE, Bends, valve, electrical connections etc are deemed to include in quoted rate. (iv) The plants shall be got commissioned from manufacture and a certificate to this effect shall be produced from manufacture after installation. (v) Existing OXIDATION CHAMBER, IRP, SALT CHEMBER, Softener Plant etc are working condition at above pump house. Accordingly bidder/ tenderer is advised to visit site of existing other equipment of WTP before quoting his offer and nothing will be paid on this account. (vi) The cost of all types of activated Filter Media shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (vii) Colour coding of pipe lines, arrow marking and numbering of valves shall be done as per latest IS Code. (viii) All internal surface of cylindrical vessel shall be painted with food grade, non toxic epoxy paint and externally with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of primer. (ix) The treated water should be tested by the contractor from National Test House /IIT or any Govt Engineering college/ Govt University and cost of the same shall be deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate. (x) Taking down old WTP components and including disconnecting accessories and shifted to MES store yard of GE and cost of the same shall be deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.

Design, supply, installation/ construction, commissioning & testing of Water treatment plant of capacity 10000 gallon(UK) per hour to bring down the bore well raw water with parameters as given in here-in-after, suitably treated to continuously supply potable drinking water as per IS 10500 with all civil engineering works for water treatment plants and including following components and interconnections between different components of WTP so as to provide a functional water treatment plant complete all as specified and as directed. (a) OXIDATION CHAMBER:- (i) Oxidation chamber of 10000 gallon(UK) per hour, closed type with catalytic media, under bed plate fitted with strainers, working pressure : 3 to 5 kg/cm² along with suitable capacity of electric driven air compressor with necessary connections with required size of compressed air line and control valves for compressed air . Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 40mm dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 50mm dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 100mm dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 100 mm dia Dial type Water Pressure Guage (glycerene Filled) suitable for line pressure of 10 Kg/Sqcm complete with necessary adopter etc incl dismantling and taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ___________ mentioned on Page No ______ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
