Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or concrete surface of wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for foundation,etc or for shaft, wells not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep as in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm soil all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating using hand roller to formation surfaces obtained after demolition of disinterated walkway including watering as necessary and consolidating to the required level, gradient or camber, keeping roller wheels wet, if required, filling in hollows and depressions with hardcore material where required. (Note : Hardcore materials as reqd shall be obtained from demolition of brickwork from item No. 2.00 here-in-before).

Labour only for broken bricks hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited where directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Hardcore materials as reqd shall be obtained from demolition of brickwork from item No. 2.00 here-in-before and material to be used in item No. 7.00 above).

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings and beddings in drain complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points as in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks locally available best quality straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to brick (as on brick walls) on edge pavings etc in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for racking out joints/pointing to brickwork in walls or to brickworks on edge of floors, surface channels, roofs etc in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base of foot path/ paving, plinth protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base of floor including finishing surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred, sopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipe 300mm bore including packing under and haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of factory made precast reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) type A0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole cover, surface area not exceeding 0.80Sqm, thickness not exceeding 10cm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Quoted rate deemed to be included for reinforcement not less than 1% of volume of concrete.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of over blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extras and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of over blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extras and complete all as specified and directed. (Note for item No. 22.00 & 23.00 : (a) Paver blocks shall be confirmed to IS 15658-2006 (b) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of testing of random samples of Precast Cement Concrete (M-35 & M40) paver blocks.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer on newly plastered surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Application shall be through smart painting tools as per Contract Conditions).

M&L for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint(using AIR-LESS PAINT SPRAYER) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over wall surfaces by using AIR-LESS PAINT PRIMER SPRAYER using smart technique including preparation/levelling of new surface of wall using manual sand papers(where reqd) of approved grade using smart painting technique complete all as specified and as directed.
