M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40 mm graded sotne aggregate) for foundation of pole, stay incl form work where reqd all as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping, grouting, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed.

M & L for laying LT underground Cable, including takingdown existing u/s XLPE insulated, heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 10 Sq mm, 2 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-1) complete all as specified.

All as per item No 09 above but 16sqmm, 4 core all as specified.

All as per item No 09 above but 25sqmm, 3.5 core all as specified.

Taking down existing unserviceable/faulty LT UG cable 1100V of any size from existing location and relaying the same after necessery repair work all as specified and as directed. (Note: Items if required for repair and excavation works will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items)

Supply and fixing cable joining kit for 1.1 KV grade for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5 /4 core XLPE, armoured, AI conductor cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm, including taking out & relaying damaged UG cable after repair complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation and connected items will be measured and paid separetely).

Restring/Fixing only of existing ACSR conductor any size/any type drawn on fixed to insulator on the pole complete as with permissible sags for OH Conductor as per Indian Electricity Rules 1956 - Para 77 and 79 all as specified and directed.

Labour for cutting of trees branches 2 mtr above the conductor which are touching to the HT/LT over head lines in vertically & horizontally conductor and poles etc. Complete clear in a standard span in between two poles at forest/ high gradient/ any type of surfaces and removing cutting material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a distance level not exc 3 mtr from starting point, minimum 04 Nos of mazdoor with ropes/cutting tools complete will be engaged, follows safety measures as per IE Rules, complete all as speciied and as directed.

M & L in repair GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade with all fitting fixed to wall/ceiling as cable protection laid on floor all as specifed and directed.

M & L in repair GI tubing 50 mm bore light grade with all fitting fixed to wall/ceiling as cable protection laid on floor all as specifed and directed.

M & L in repair GI tubing 80 mm bore light grade with all fitting fixed to wall/ceiling as cable protection laid on floor all as specifed and directed.

M&L cutting for raod crossing, PCC hard standing for laying of cable/protection pipe including making good the existing damaged surface with same finish using PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) to match the original finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring horizontal holes upto 2mtr deep in soil under roads/PCC as directed for cable passing through pipes of required size and disposal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m. (Note: Connected items like Pipes is measured and paid seperately under relevant items).

M&L for repair to existing outdoor type polycarbonate panel board by replacement of existing burnt/damaged polycarbonate box IP66 of size 600x300x214mm (High Transparent Lid)-01 Nos including making connections of main busbar with main incomer MCCB and one outgoing MCCB via suitable/directed size new copper bars connected link TPN+E covered with heat-shrinkable insulation type colour coded sleeves including supply and fixing of Elecrtolytic grade main copper Busbar section TPN+E of rating min 600A covered with heat-shrinkable type colour coded sleeves including SMC/DMC insulators, nuts, bolts & washers - 01 Set all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L disconnecting the XLPE UG cable connection from existing MCCBs in the existing LT panel/feeder pillar box completely and repair the terminal point of cable by providing new cable lugs, nuts & bolts of appropriate size and crimp the cable lugs by crimping tools as per technical requirements, wrap PVC insulation tape as per colour coding and connect the cable in same way as per existing in existing MCCB complete incl excavation for taking out burried cable if required all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M & L for preperation of Metal surfaces of LT Panel/feeder pillar box (Size below 1.0x1.2x0.6m) of any description and aplying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray of colour match with original including cleaning grass/herbs etc from panel 1 meter nearby ground complete all as specified and as directed by the engr-in-charge

M & L for preperation of Metal surfaces of LT Panel/feeder pillar box (approx size 2.0x2.5x0.6m) of any description and aplying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray of colour match with original including cleaning grass/herbs etc from panel nearby ground complete all as specified and as directed by the engr-in-charge

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of approved factory made indoor cubical type LT feeder pillar Box suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415V,50 Hz, IP-54 of appropriate size as approved by Engr-in-charge totally enclosed weather, dust vermin proof made of angle iron frame 50mm X50mmX6mm with cable entry and exit through bottom with double compression copper stainless steel cable glands and gaskets and 2mm thick CRCA (cold rolled cold annealed )MS sheet bend to shape, front & back side operated double door with proper hinge and locking arrangement with Al bus bar fixed on porcelain insulator and painting panel board complete with two coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer with spray painting on internal and external surfaces and shall be complete incl internal wiring using with suitable size of copper conductor cables and aluminium strips for incoming and outgoing connections of all switches/MCB's/MCCB/Bus bar cable .Bus bar shall be insulated with colour code/sleeves/tapes including necessary PCC (1:3:6)type C2 for foundation /Platform all as specified and directed.LT panel board shall be comple in all respects with and incl the following accessories:- Incoming :- (i) MCCB 250 Amps 4 pole breaking capacity 25 KA thermal mag protection with Icu = 100% & rated impulse with stand voltage (Vimp) 8 KV with over current & short circuit pro-tection having double insulation & positive insulation-01 No. Outgoing :- (i) Aluminium busbar rating 500 Amps rating 04 Nos with provision for making connections of outgoing cables all as required and as directed. (ii) MCCB 100A, 16KA breaking capacity with thermal magnetic protection 01 Nos (iii) MCCB 63A, 16KA breaking capacity with thermal magnetic protection 01 Nos (ii) Current transformer 400/5Amps class-1 15 VA - 1 Nos.(iii) Digital Ammeter with inbuilt selector switch -01 No. (iv) Digital Voltmeter with in built selector switch-01 No. (v) Modular Indication lamp LED type RYB (set of 3)

S&F in repair Onload changeover switch 100A confirming to IS/IEC 60947/3, 4 pole 415 Volts, modular construction, positive isolation enclosed in sheet steel enclosure complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 50mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specified and as directed

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25x4mm as earth lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate no 5 of SI part I including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering and GI 15mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI earth wire etc, PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to LT panel board as indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screw as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.0 meter long all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps fabricated rectangular pole structure ( for 33 KV CT, PT, Ganf & LA etc.) & back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indiacted or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of Aluminium paint all as directed.

S&F in repair digital time switch with quick and easy programming having precision to the second and weekly overview on display including making necessery wiring and connections of make Lagrand Cat No: 412631 or equivalent as directed by Engr in charge.

S&F in repair contactor 3 pole 415Volt with integrated auxilary contacts 2NO + 2NC of 50A rating including making necessery connections all as specified Make Legrand Cat:416149 or equivalent.

S&F earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4mm aluminium strip all as directed.
