Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or lime plaster on walls /ceiling of any description from concrete or brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and disposing off the retrieved debris as directed including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connections complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing rolled mild steel section including hollow section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates FE-290 Gde E-165. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws , complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparing of new steel surfaces of any description , over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for coloured 350x250x7-8 mm /450x350x7-8 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting,dado and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for Second class hard wood in scantlings, clean swan, timber framed and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved colour with roller over one coat of primer over 1 mm thick wall care putty of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 605X605mm anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including hangers 2.5 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including supply and fixing 4mm thick Decorative non asbestos fibre cement boards fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The size of aluminium main and cross tee shall be 40mm x25mm x2mm and size of angle shall be 25mm x 25mm x 2mm or higher)

Supply and fixing 15 mm bore medium grade galvanized steel water tubing with all fittings, concealled in wall/ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified.

Materials and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) over RCC roof surface to receive roof treatment finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Materials and labour for providing, laying water proofing treatment over plastered surfaces of RCC roof with following steps of work to be carried out through authorised person/applicator of manufacturer :- (a) The dried plastered surface of slab shall be painted with one coat of bituminous primer @0.4 liter/Sqm. (b) Over the primed surface a layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight of 3 kg/sqm of approved manufacturer minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/sqm) shall be laid by torch application method. The side over laps of membrane shall be minimum75mm and the end laps shall be minimum 100mm and sealing all overlaps and joints shall be done as per manufacturer's instruction. (c) The finished surface shall be given Aluminium paint @ 0.11 lit/Sqm on APP as per manufacturer's instructions.
