Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition including removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry surfaces of walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even including waterproofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry surfaces of walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of the existing treatment on walls by scraping and washing down with water including making good the surfaces, and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of primer over thin layer of wall care putty (Birla white/Berger/Asian) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make for Item No. 11&12: LOVELYCEM/ SURYACEM/ JANATHACEM / LUCKYCEM or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of premium Exterior emulsion paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: APEX of ASIAN or equivalent in JENSON & NICHOLSON/ BERGER/ SHALIMAR

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.), or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, anythickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position (framed work) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc., under 40 Sqcm in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for false ceiling with light weight PVC hollow section panels made of 1mm thick PVC sheet and overall thickness of panel minimum 7mm and 200mm wide strips of colour teak/wood grain/malamine finish fixed in and including GI frame work of size 605 x 605 mm, for seamless celing comprising of GI perimeter chanel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. MAKE: Rajshree plast wood/Sintex/Nandi or equivalent as approved by GE.

Dismantling structural steel sections, joist, channel, angle, flat or Tee sections tubular truss etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A Rolled steel sections, joist, channel, angle, flat or Tee sections fixed independently with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar l:6 including demolition of existing brickwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks for grouting hold fasts, coping, filling in pressed steel chowkats or similat work including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered andgles, finishing of exposed surfaces of concrete to fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un treated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed. M&L for second class hard wood clean sawn fillets of sectional area exceeding 13 Sqcm and not exceeding 25 Sqcm, square, rectangular or triangular in section, fixed with nails or brads complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. WOOD: Sal/Kalasiris/Chaplash/Hollock/Bijasal

M&L for 4mm thick asbestos cement building boards, fixed with screws to tmber frame work and appplying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for second class hard wood wrought fillets of sectional area exceeding 3 Sqcm and not exceeing 6 Sqcm, square, rectangular or triangular in section, bull nosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face fixed with nails or brads complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for preparation of new or previously un treated surfaces of wooden surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer all as specified and directed. If bidder does not insert the amount the same will be deducted from total amount of Schedule 'A' and accordingly total amount of tender will be considered in deciding the lowest tender.
