Note for item Srl Nos. 1 to 12:- (a) The work shall be executed directly by company or their authorized applicator. Application shall be authorized in writing by company and guarantee/responsibility of work executed shall be owned by company/Contractor in writing. (b) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material all labours tools and plants scaffolding and working upto 25 mtr height. (c) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts. ropes. helmets, netting etc. which are required for safety of working at height etc. which are required for safety of working at height exceeding 3 to 25 mtr height shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive on quoted rates. (d) Bidder must submit the authorised applicator certificate at the time of sample approval. (e) The Contractor shall give guarantee for structural repair of for a period of 10 (Ten) years from the certified date of completion. Similarly the Contractor shall take warranty of structural repair/leakage/seepage for next 10 years of the work immediately after executions/ completion of work from the authorised applicator .M&L for removing old existing surface of tarfelt/membrane/rubbish/battered/useless mixture of the binding materials such as cement / lime and fine aggregate loose/unsound weaken mixture of binding materials such as cement / lime and coarse aggregate fine aggregate of any description and in any position from existing external/internal surfaces of RCC components or any surface having average profundity of 15mm by hand tool that has a long metal blade with a sharp edge at the end, chisel and hammer or using robust pneumatic chisel hand tools and removal beyond MoD land including cutting of all edges, making square shoulders of the aperture, coarsen the smooth surfaces, curettage /removing of all deterioted/decayed loose surface complete all as specified and directed. M&L for cleaning and removing all corrosion scales , rust etc using emery / wire brush and finally cleaning using rust remover & cleaning agent that is one part alkaline based material, with corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents and supplied as a clear brown solution. Coverage of chemical at reinforcement is 5-6 Sqm/Ltr and application shall be done using brush or suitable tools as directed complete all specified and directed. M&L for applying 2 coats of feromono amine cured epoxy coating cum primer of film thickness of approx. 1 to 2mm should be built up in two coats, pot life of 30 minutes@30 C , coverage is 2 Kg/Sqm, W/C will be 0.30 (1 kg chemical with 300 ml water) before applying primer concrete / steel surface should be cleaned by any suitable method (like sand blasting, water jetting etc.) to remove old coatings, grease, oil, curing compounds, loose particles, weld spatter, flux, rust etc, complete all specified and directed .
