Sch A, Part-II [Baffle walls, Side walls, Butt wall including Brick work Ground barriers]

Supply only of minimum 80mm thick bullet resistant FICS Panels (Fibre Impregnated Concrete Slurry) of size 2Mtrx1Mtr in three parts of 0.7m+0.6m+0.7m lengths, in lining on firing face of baffle wall as per TBRL/DRDO/Ramgarh Ranges/Sector 30, Chandigarh/design and specifications of Baffle range manual 2020 as amended up to date (The Bulllet resistant lining should sustain multiple shots of 5.56mm & 7.62mm without perforation) One Random of the material should be got Balasics tested as per TBRL Manual-2020 at TBRL/DRDO Lab complete all as specfied and directed. [Note : 1. Rates inclusive of Transportation for FICS Panels (500Kg each) from manufacturing unit up to site including loading and unloading with cranes complete all as specified. 2. Supply of material shall only be accepted from authorised agencies as described in tender documents and BoQ. 3. Contractor shall have to quote the rates inclusive of all taxes and trasportation.]

Removal/taking down FICS panels from existing Baffle walls of height upto 12mtr and Fixing with new FICS panels using two (02 Nos) hard wood battern of 2000x100x35mm at the back of the panel and using 06 Nos of MS, M-20 bolts and nuts 06 nos of size 100x100x100mm and jointed to be filled with epoxy resin complete using skilled manpower and machines thorough the authorised agencies as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- 1. FICS panles shall be measured and paid separately under supply only. 2. The removed damaged material to be disposed off as per the instructions of the Engr-in-Charge.]

Testing charges for one FICS panels at TBRL complete all as specified and directed. [Note : 1. Testing shall be carried out as per TBRL/DRDO/Ramgarh Ranges/Sector 30, Chandigarh/design and specifications of Baffle range manual 2020 complete as directed by Garrison Engineer. 2. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all taxes.]

M&L brick work with fly ash ‘ B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius build in Cement Mortar 1:6 including demoiliton of old brick work complete all as specified as directed.

S&F Mild Steel TMT bars 10mm and over, cut to lenghth, bent to shape requird, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed. [Total Qty : 400 (Part-II) + 11000 (Part-III) = 11400]

Use and waste Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) type B-0 (M-25 grade) using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using liquid waterproofing compound as per manufacturer instruction on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall finished fair and even at height upto 12m. [Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.]

S & F chicken wire mesh for plaster at cracked beam column junctions with brick wall,cutting the grooves in wall, embedding 20 mm dia iron nut bolts across the wall, plastering in cement mortar 1:3 and finally to match the surface with adjacent surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L repairs to crack portion with technique, taking down the existing plaster up to the brick wall surface of min 200mm wide, cleaning the loose particles on surface of brick work along the length of the crack and filling the gap/crack area with PCC 1:1.5:3 type A0 using 12.5mm aggregate up to brick surface and inserting the welded mesh of size 25X25X2mm along the crack on both sides of the wall surface fixed with, drilling holes 10mm dia on either side of the crack by means of drilling mechanism through the full width of the wall @25cm c/c and insert 8mm dia rod in the drilled holes, welded with horizontal rod to with-hold the welded mesh and applying grit plaster 1:1:2 using 4mm and down aggregate finished even and smooth without using extra cement. [Note: reinforcement and welded mesh will be measured and paid separately.]

M&L Raking out joints/ pointing to cement mortar brick work in walls or to brick on edges in floors complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- Raking or cutting out joints and decayed mortar etc, not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises, and keeping the surface to be pointed wet for 2 days prior to re-pointing.]

M&L Flush pointing to brick walls in cement mortar 1:3 at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment including Preparation of old surface shall include brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots on brick or concrete surface walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces at any height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L and applying two coat of acrylic washable distemper on decorated or un-decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall over a coat of alkalic resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L and filling Sand and saw dust in butt wall complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- Execution/ provision of fine/coarse good sand free of stone/pebbles and foreign material shall only be allowed after approved by the GE.]

Taking down and refixing Target pulley systems after carried out necessary repair works with or with out ball bearing, after adjusting its height to lock and down system by providing steel washers or adjusting by cutting and re-welding as directed, incl supporting steel member in PCC 1:1.5:3 and making good plastered and steel surfaces with matching finish complete wuth push/pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type B-2,1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Sch A, Part-III [Area drainage (RCC drain)]

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveliled in layers n exc. 150mm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix using 20mm graded aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete (design mix M-25) using 20m graded aggregate in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like;any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Grade M-25 (nominal mix)(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) providing RCC precast cement concrete as in cover slab and similar article with plain face set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2.05 herein before 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, channels of drains etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L loose filling of coarse aggregate (12.5 to 20mm & 40 to 80 mm gauge graded broken bricks) packed in suitable gunny bags as in filter bed at weep holes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Sand filling under floors or in foundation or in filter bed at weep holes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any lengthwith rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

E/M PORTION

Dismantling old unserviceable steel Poles any size etc complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Demolition of PCC will be measured and paid separately.]

Dismantling Existing underground unserviceable cable of any type any size.

Supply & Erecting Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-31 (9.0 Metre long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying with two coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of Aluminium Primer (Externally from Top of Coping), complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Original PV & Manufacturer's Test Certificate to be submitted for claiming the payment.]

Demolition Plain cement concrete of steel pole of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation for stay set /Pole/ Panels etc including fair finish even and fir to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as coping of pole/panel including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED solar street light fittings 36 watt including galvanized steel pole in built lithium ion battery ,solar panel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Payment shall be made after submission of PV & Guarantee/Warrantee Certificate of LED lamp duly verified by Engr-in-Charge to GE.]

S&F post top lantern LED type 40 watt 230 volt AC Outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant fixed at gate complete with driver and Lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F street light box 415 V including four busbar of 100 Amp rating cable galnds ,Busbar base ,including of size 250x200x105 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Horizontal Boring by using horizontal directional drilling (HDD) machine for Passing Protection Pipe up to 80 mm Bore (dia), under Road /Foot Path, not exc. 10.00 mtr in a Single Length, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Pipe to be measured separately.]

S&F 40 mm dia HDPE pipe, PN-10 for cable protection on pole/wall/floor or in trenches and drain /culvert etc. complete with necessary clamp, nuts, bolts, washers, sockets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing LT electric cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 10 sq mm 2 core, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Payment shall be made after submission of PV, Manufacture's Test Certificate, Testing on Completion report duly verified by Engr-in-Charge to GE.]

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 250mm in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated Materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 mtr above the Starting Point in Soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 150mm Spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 80mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning shall only be Measured and Paid.]

M&L sub class B fly ash bricks locally available of size 25 x 12.5 x 7.5 cm laid dry width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised Iron Pipe 40mm Bore (dia) ‘Light Grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid in Floors/ Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI wire 4 mm dia as earth lead wire electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth lead wire encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate No-3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. [Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.]
