Removing excavated materials to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated materials (soil) exc 250m but n. exc 500m depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC(1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in sub base, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC in cement concrete in foundation filing and mass concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation and bedding and haunching of hume pipes complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in apex stones, kerb ston or similar articles set in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type, B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in copings, bed plate, fillets and other similar works including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash old sized Bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete block surface in cement mortar 1:4, surface to be finished even and fair (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surface finished even & fair without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of cement based paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

S&F of Reinforced concrete 450 mm bore pipes, class class NP2, laid and jointed complete with one collars laid in trenches, jointed and tested complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber with 8-12 tonne power roller, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 150 mm thick water bound macadam in two equal layers of 75 mm each (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate of stone (Granite, trap or Basalt) of grading - 2 ( 63 mm to 40 mm size ) or of grading - 3 ( 50 to 20 mm size ) and consolidated to required gradient & camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying evenly a prime coat of cationic bitumen emulsion (SS-1) conforming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.70 - 1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in table 500-3 of Morth specification for road and bridge work 2013 using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen Vg-30 @ 4% (minimum) by the weight of total mix of any pernetration compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tone power roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : (i) No extra allowances shall be admissible to the contractor if the bitumen content is required more than 4% by the weight of total mix as per approved design. The contractor shall quote the rate accordingly.

M&L for Preparing of black top surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with machenical air air compressor and gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying enenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.20 - 0.30 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in table 500-5 of Morth specification for road and bridge work 2013, using mechanical spraye after cleaning of existing surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness (minimum) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen Gde-VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and pre-mixed material laid with mechanical paver, finished including rolling to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required compaction complete all as specified in the relevant clauses of SSR Part-I (2009), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note : (a) Rate deemed to be included for making good of any undulation/damages in wearing surfaces, where semi sense asphaltic concrete to be laid. (b) Semi dense ashphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as specified and binder content shall be provided as per design mix, contractor shall quoted his rates considering the bitumen contents as 5.5%. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rate of Rs 50.00 per kilogram of binder but vartiation in binder plus side shall not be paid extra contrator shall quote accordingly.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of Bi-directional Abrasion resistant Raised pavement markers made out of micro prismatic tough polycarbonate lens of approved colour, Engineered thermoplastic body and fixed on the road with Epoxy including making good the disturbed portion of the road, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
