Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for scrubbing cleaning of surface (brick surface) followed by two coats of two component acrylic polymer-modified cementitious high performance coating complete all as specified and directed. Make: SmartCare Damp Block 2K brand of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent brand of make Pidilite / Fosroc. Note: The work shall be carried out by authorised representative of the manufacturers.

Material and labour for scrubbing cleaning of the surface (plaster surface) followed by two coats of one component penetrative-cum-film forming interior waterproofing solution complete all as specified and directed. Make: SmartCare hydroloc brand of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent brand of make Pidilite / Fosroc. Note: The work shall be carried out by authorised representative of the manufacturers.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming one coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in coping, bed plate, kerbs, water troughs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for half brick thick brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders, framed balusters, walk ways; railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated / semi corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting holes into or through brick wall built in cement mortar of superficial area n.exc 150 sqcm and making good in CM 1:3 or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for welding in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but n. exc 9mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs to uneven surface of concrete and reinforcement from drop fins, facias, chajjas using necessary scaffolding and making good disturbed portion with 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix false ceiling with powder coated exposed GI grid suspension system (E-grid T-2430 or equivalent load carring capacity with mid span deflection n. exc. 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c) consisting of main runner 3600mm long cross tee of section size 24 x30mm 1200mm/600mm long and wall angle of section size 20x20mm. The wall angle shall be fixed on PVC dash fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300mm c/c. The main runners to be placed @ 1200mm, The cross tee 1200mm will be inserted in pre-cut slots of main runner at a regular interval of 600mm to form a modular grid of 1200mmx600mm. Additional cross tee of 600mm shall be placed perpendicular to the cross tee1200mm long to finally form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Grid of module size 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by 6mm dia G.I. wire from perlins/soffits. 4mm thick high pressure steam cured Everest non Asbestos fibre cement designer ceiling board (density 1200kg/cum, modules of rupture (M.O.R)-15.85 Mpa, thermal conductivity (k)-0.0872 W/mk) of size 595mm x 595mm, confirming to IS 14862 & type B catagory III of ISO 8336-1993, (Reaction of fire-A2 -s1-d0) tested as per EN 13501 Part-I & BS-476 part-4, 5, 6 & 7, should be placed in the grid module to form a false ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be executed through authorised applicator of OEM as approved by GE. Make: Armstrong/ Saint Gobain/ Lafarge/ Everest.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 ltrs and n. exc 500 ltrs including float valve, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning and filling solidly with hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand (1:1) (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting down vegetation growths like plants / trees of girth n exc 15cm from roof tops / sides, external walls of bldgs, chajjas, wall juctions at junction of rain water / waste water pipe junctions including removal of roots and taking out carefully possible quality of concrete in roofs embedded in walls / slab surfaces making good affected locations and applying approved chemical (herbal medcine) to arrest further growth and making good the distrubed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) or CM (1:2) complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of scaffoloding / staging for upto 4 story bldgs.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment in any layers and disposal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (a) The rates are inclusive of removal for any type of old water proofing treatement over main RCC slab. (b) Bidders are advised to visit the site and esure about site condition before quoting their rates. (c) Taking down of cement plaster / demolition of PCC shall be measured and paid saparately under respective items.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) with using water proofing coumpound (WPC) @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturers instruction on roof top and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing cement plaster and disposal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (WPC) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof surface comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top :- (a) Applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 liters per sqm confirming to IS 3384 over plastered surfaces of roof. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.50 kgs per sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt central core fabric (weight not less than 160 GSM) and coated on both side with and including layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with and including micro-prefabricated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces. (c) Applying one coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg per sqm over membrane surface. (d) Finally applying two coats of aluminum paint @ 0.10 ltrs per sqm per coat on top surface. Contd...

Note:- (i) The work shall be executed only through authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE. (i) Laying of APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150mm and 100mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instructions. Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out wetting, grouted with crack filling epoxy material complete all as specified and directed.
