M&L for brick work with flyash bricks straight on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finished rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in CM 1:6 finished rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in forming channel, benching inside drain (1/2 or 3/4 section ) in drain and as coping including form work all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished channel or drain of 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred stopped ends etc all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing covered drains width n.exc 1mtr of any section and any depth removal of sludge, rubbish and other foreign material and flushing with adequate quantity of water and deposit the sludge to a distance not exc. 50m all as specified and directed. Note : Disposal of sludge obtained shall be disposed of in pit made by contractor and shall be covered with soil duly disinfected with adequate qty of bleaching powder. Quoted rate shall deemed to inclusive of the above aspect. No claim shall be entertained at a later stage. Covered drain remove and refixing of cover slab after clean refixed on drain .

M & L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slabs / coping set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement to be measured and paid separately).

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as speed and as directed.

M & L in repair providing precast reinforced cement concrete RCPC drain cover 100 mm thick of size 900mm x 450 mm as in drain cover with capacity 5MT all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair providing precast reinforced cement concrete RCPC drain cover 100 mm thick of size 600mm x 450 mm as in drain cover with capacity 5MT complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 40mm graded aggregate finished complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick in cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) finished without using extra cement all as specified as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/vertical surfaces, etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 8-10mm thick endure tiles of size 300mmx300mm, as in flooring over 20mm thick backing layer of cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with admixture pigment to match the shade, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick pre polished coloured chequred tiles of size 300x300 jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white or coloured to match including over 20 mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 completed all as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick pre polished coloured chequred tiles of size 400X400/450x450 jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white or coloured to match including over 20 mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 completed all as directed.

S&F 15mm thick pre-polished decorative cement concrete tree guard tiles of approved size, design and colour laid on vertical surfaces over 15mm thick backing layer in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying pipes etc or for manhole shaft n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out Soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 200mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar including breaking and removal of bedding and haunching etc complete all as specified and directed.

S/F 200 mm bore RCC pipes class NP2 laid & jointed with CM 1:2 with jute, etc complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L concrete bed to drain pipes 200 mm bore incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement conc type C2 (1:3:6) mix using 40 mm graded stone agg etc complete all as speed and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up 300mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar including breaking and removal of bedding and haunching etc complete all as directed.

S/F 300 mm bore RCC pipes class NP2 laid & jointed with CM 1:2 with jute, etc complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L concrete bed to drain pipes 300 mm bore incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement conc type C2 (1:3:6) mix using 40 mm graded stone agg incomplete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of vegetation, grass, bush, weeds ,trees up to 1 meter height above the ground level in around 3 meter of the periphery of manhole ,drain etc and removing the tree roots complete and removing the vegetation , debris etc to a distance exc 500 metre but not exc 1 km complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Cast iron work grade FG -150 unmachined in brackets, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers and similar articles exc 5 Kg each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal and disposal off of waste material / debris / Soils/ Sludge from Fort William Camp area to out of MD land as any location catered by KMC, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Volume of each trip shall be considered for 4 Cum as Each Job / Trip.

M&L preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying One coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed. ( up to any high of buildings)

M&L preparation and complete removal of old existing treatment of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed. ( up to any high of buildings)

Material & Labour preparation of old surface of walls applying one coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ .75 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over all as specified and directed. (up to any high of building)

Material & Labour complete removal of old surface of walls applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over all as specified and directed. (up to any high of building)

M&L preparing old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of old brick/stone/concrete wall surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing double steel scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of shaft portion (only) of building of any height including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with minimum 40mm dia M.S. Tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre(maximum), horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. Tube challis, M.S. Clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of GE. Notes:- (1) The elevational area of shaft portion of building (length/breadth of shaft X height of shaft) covered with scaffolding shall only be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment shall be made for one time only for execution of all items of each face of shaft portion of building. (3) After completion of work all scaffolding materials shall be removed from building /structure by the contractor and the same shall be the property of the contractor and accordingly rate shall be quoted.

Material and Labour for applying 1.0 mm thick wall putty on old/new surface of wall and complete all as directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
