(ii) The exhaust system and noise suppressor shall be provide with thermal insulation, to prevent excess heat radiation on the engine and safe for operator. (iii) Absorption type non resistance Residential silencer insulated from inside with glass wool shall be provided to suppress exhaust noise from the engine. (d) CONTROL PANEL:- CPRI approved Alternator control panel along with self regulated AVR system inbuilt, cubical type with internal copper wiring for 500 KVA alternator, 415 V 3 phase , 04 wire, 50 Hz, fabricated out of 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet painted internally and externally with 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over 01 coat of primer including following accessories as per manufactures design :- (i) Digital Volt meter 0-500 Volts of size 96 mm x 96 mm AC with flush type selector switch. Make: AE/ Legrand (ii) Digital ammeter 0-500 amp of size 96 mm x 96 mm (3 phase/1 phase) AX with flush type selector switch. Make: AE/ Legrand (iii) Frequency meter digital type built in. Make: AE/ Legrand (iv) Required Nos/ rating/capacity of MCCB as recommended by manufacturer. Make: Legrand/L&T (D-Shine) (v) Set of copper bus bar for suitable capacity. (vi) Set of indicator lamps LED type(Red, Yellow, Blue). (vii) Engine protection and AC alternator protection.

(viii) Digital energy meter having facility to show KWH, KW, KVA, power factor reading etc. Make: AE/ Legrand (ix) Power contactor suitable for 500 KVA DG set incl over current, earth fault protection relays, reverse power relay, alarm for high water/lub oil temp and low lub oil pressure complete with cable gland plate for cable entry etc. (e) OTHER FITTINGS:- (i) Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of triods, rectifier, capacitor and resistor etc. Note:- The battery charger should be able to charge the battery at all the time whenever electrical supply given to the battery charger through control panel are electric power point. (f) FUEL TANK:- Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturer instructions capable to store 12 hrs running of DG set, as per manufacturer design, with all pipes connecting upto fuel pumps including oil level indicating gauge in ltrs, drain and air vent plug etc. (i) The contractor shall supply 01 Years maint spare for the above Gen Set :- (aa) Fuel filter- 12 Nos. (ab) Lub oil filter - 12 Nos (ac) Element air cleaner outer - 06 Nos. (ad) Element air cleaner Inner - 06 Nos. (ae) V -Belt - 02 Sets. (af) Filter lubricant oiF21:F23l by pass 03 Nos.

(iii) Fuel/ oil required for load test shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof is deemed to be included in the lump sum amount quoted by the contractor. (j) PCC / RCC foundation of size 6.6 mtr x 3.0 mtr x 0.45 mtr complete as per manufacturers design. Note:- (i) Contractor will satisfactorily conduct load test of DG set for 12 hours including run on 10% overload for 1 hour at their own risk, cost and arrangement. (ii) Testing eqpt will be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Fuel/ oil required for load test shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof is deemed to be included in the lump sum amount quoted by the contractor. (iv) Trolly for carrying 500 KVA DG set considered uder separate item

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 500 sqmm x 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fabrication DG set trolly for 500 KVA Capacity DG set of approx size 4340x1740x1975 with amin chasis of 100X50 mm MS Channel of 6 mm Thickness support channel sizes of 75X 40 MM MS channel size of wire mesh including provision of suitable door at rear side fixed by hinges and locking system and 2 nos axle of 63 mm square forged steel toe hook and axle will be fitted with leaf spring /suspension the trolly will be nos of of double planted rim and 4 nos of tyre and tube of size 7.50:16 .The trolly should be carrying of 6 ton and weight of trolly should not be more than 2000 KG.Trolly shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel spray painting over a coat of redoxide primer,including the following:(a) Cable reel for 500 sqmm cable approx 75 meter all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing 500 KVA step down, Trolly mounted outdoor type 11/0.433 KV, AC double wound core type, copper wound, oil immersed, air naturality cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connetion of HV side and star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DyN-11 (vector group 4) and having tapping of +7.5% in equal step of 2.5% change by means of auto on load tap changing arrangement. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335 and including all fittings/accessories as specified in SSR Part-1 and IS-1180 the transformer should have cable box on LT side and brass bushing on HT side. The limit of temp rise after continuous full laod run as specified in SSR Part-1 and IS-1180 (level 3) shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temp prevailing at site all as specified comprising with and including the following specifications :- i) 01 Nos Cable box on LT side consisting of 03 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing brass rods and nuts washers and cable glands of suitable for reception of cable LT 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland joint complete. ii) HV bushing with arching horn on 11 KV side. iii) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. iv) Explosion Vent.

v) Thermometer Pocket. vi) Two Earthing Terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6 GI strips. vii) One No Thermometer Dail type vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum temperature indicator and re-setting device to maximum temperature including needle of temperature guage : Max reading pointed terminal. viii) Rating plate with terminal marking plate. ix) Oil level guage. x) Oil drain filter valve. xi) Oil filling pot on top cover with plug. xii) Air release valve/plug. xiii) First fill of transformer oil confirming to relevant to IS and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strength. xiv) Inspection cover. xv) Lifting lugs and jack lifting pad support. xvi) Bi-directional plain / flanged rullers. xvii) Explosion vent with double diaphragm and sight glass.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed) grade, of size 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,install,testing and commissioning AC 3 phase 50 cycle 250 KVA Transformer copper wound stepdown plinth mounted ,Indoor type 11000/433 volts at No load ,oil immersed naturally cooled with externally cooling tubes core type delta connected on primary (HV side and star connected on secondary (LV side) in accordance with vector symbol DY-11 (vector group 4) with natural brought on secondary LV side and having tapping at +/-2.5%,+/-5%,+/- 7.5% Level- 3, to be changed by means of hand operated "OFF LOAD" tap changer. when meassured by the resistance meathod after continous full load run in ambient temperature 48 degree centigrade .The transformer shall be complete with standard fittings all as specified and confirming to IS:335 of 1983 for oil and IS: 2026 for transformer comprising of following:- (a)One cable box on LV side (secondary side) consisting of 04 nos of porcelain bushing with bushing rods complete with nut, washers, cable gland etc. (b) Oil conservator tank with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (c) Dehydration breather assy with first fill of dehydrating agent . (d) Explosion vent. (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (f) Dial type thermometer vapour pressure having range 0-120 degree C with max reading pointer max temp indicator and resetting device. (g) Rating plate with terminal marking. (h) 02 earthing terminal on tank and cover for fixing earth strip of size 32x6mm. (i) Oil level gauge and oil drain filter valve. (j) Lifting hook (k) Oil filler hole with cap /plug with connection complete. (l) Air relief valve plug. (m) Detachable rollers -04 Nos (n) Extra bushing for Neutral out side the cable box for independent earthing for neutral earth. (o) First fill of fresh transformer oil confirming to relevant IS and tested up to 40 KV die electric strength. (Note:- The rate quoted is deemed to include the rate of making plinth after appropriate foundation with PCC 1:2:4 as per manufacturer instruction to install the transformer or as directed by Engr-in-Charge).

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 sq mm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with copper earth plate 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to copper strip of size 20X3 mm duly encased in 25 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe both up to 7.5 mtr in length by means of brass nuts bolts check nut and wahsers starting from earthplate to panel/transformer side all as specified and including necessary excavation earth work, . PCC pit 40mm RCC cover made RCC (:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggreagate concrete reinforced with 6mm dia bars 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia PGI funel wire mesh and GI pipe light grade 20mm for watering starting from top edge of the plate complete all as specified testing as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 (Part 1). The earth plate shall be surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust with common salt, packed on all side of earth plate in alternate layers of thick ness 15 cm each including excavation, earth work in any type of soil, returning and filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance upto 50 mtr complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part- I 2009 complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L in repair, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note:- Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 m. [ii].PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 15 mm bore light grade 7.5m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre deep and getting out including forming bottom surface for laying HT cable, foundations etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry sand cushioning for UG cable protection in trenches with fine river sand 9 cm before laying cable and 9 cm deep cover after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick protection cover to underground cable with sub-class ‘B’ old size over burnt bricks laid dry and flat across the axis of cable, abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.
