Supply and fixing pilot lamps round noon indicator for suitable for 25 ltrs capacity geyser fitted on the unit including necessary electric connection, testing complete including taking out old defective indicator complete.all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for replacement of SS Flexible connecting pipe of size 15mm dia, 600mm long with brass coupling and union at both ends heavy duty suitable for fix on 15mm dia GI pipe with washer complete and all as directed at site after takingout unserviceable one complete.all as specified and directed.

Scraping, cleaning/removing deposited scales, connecting cavities as required for copper vessel outside surface, MS outer shell with top and bottom cover both surface shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint on outer surface of shell, top and bottom cover shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and one coat of of red oxide to copper vessel outer surfaces and inner surface of outer shall geyser of any size 25/50 ltrs capacity and numbering/marking with different paint complete.all as specified and directed.

Repairing leak portion of inner tank of geyser of any type/capacity by mean of spot welding with slider/brass spot braising and testing complete (Nos of spot welding not exceeding 5) complete.all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing bolts and nuts and washer 15mm dia 75mm to 100mm long with cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) incluing taking out old fixing bolt(set of four) from walls complete.all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel clamp of flat iron of size (25X6mm ) made to shape 100mm long welded with outer casing of geyser to walls with bolts and nuts complete.all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 15 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete.all as specified and directed.

S&F metal clad box enclosure with socket plugtop and MCB SP 20 Amp flush mounting enclosure with 2 pin earth plug socket complete.all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair copper inner tank for hard and soft water pressure upto 100PSI (7.00Kg/Cm2) and normal working pressure is 30 PSI(2.11Kg/Cm2) for 25ltrs after removing the existing defective tank complete.all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs stop valves of 15mm size, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crunch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete.all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, buzzer, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc excluding light fitting for taking credit removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc.complete all as specified and as directed .

Materials and Labour for surface type point wiring with 1.50 Sq. mm (nominal area) FRLS-H PVC insulated and unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, laid in and including PVC casing capping medium duty complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ceiling, including mild steel terminal boxes 1.25 mm thick conforming to IS-5133 (Part-I) with 3.0 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover (ISI Marked) for mounting switches/ regulator /bell push etc and including 1.50 Sq. mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, for one light point /bell point/ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed. M&L for replacement of sub main wiring with 2 run of 6 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper cable FRLS working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 with stranded copper conductor in and including heavy duty rigid non-metallic PVC casing/caping (25mm dia) including size 6 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated un-sheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected to main switches/DB"S or common earth dully complete all as specified and directed after taking down old sub main wiring complete and making good the disturbed surface.( NOTE :- Two runs of 6 Sqmm pvc wire, one run of 10 Sqmm pvc wire and one run of pvc casing caping/ PVC conduit will be measured as one unit)

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through & including PVC conduit of suitable size in Surface/concealed all as directed.

S & F Chromium plated brass angular stop cock concealed with wall flange fixed to 15 mm bore of iron pipe as in repair etc complete all as specified and as directed.
