M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching at junction of roof and parapet wall finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 (to be laid when concrete is still green) with water proofing compound for roof as per Manu-factuerer’s Instructions, complete including ponding test for 72 Hrs all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for providing water proofing treatment with a layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3 mm thick (minimum), weighing not less than 3.60 kg/Sqm reinforced with polymer non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gm/ Sqm) laid by torch application method and shall be applied over one coat of cold bituminious primer @ 0.40 ltr/ Sqm ( membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc, complete all as specified and directed .( Note: The overlaps shall be of minimum 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of roof and applying one coat of aluminium Paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of Polyurethane(PU) accrylic based water proofing liquied compound over and including one coat of self priming primer @ one litre per 10 sqm with reiforcing fabricc sheet as per manufacturer's instructions to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : As per description of this item, minimum two cots of Polyurethane (PU) acrylic based wate proofing liquid compound over one coat of primer shall be carried out as per manufacturer's instruction. Please note no price adjustment shall be made, if as per manufacturer's instrucions more coats of Polyerethane (PU) acrylic based waterr proofing liquid compound and primer are required for roof treatment. (ii) Quoted rate shall be included for work in building/struture of any height. (iii) To be applied by authorised applicator

Dismantaling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated of any profile steel sheet corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified up to 18 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed

M& for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified up to 18 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed

S&F for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board of any descrition complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement designer building boards fixed or laid on aluminium frame/grid with screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished fair and even with using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. M&L for chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from any kind of RCC structure with standard power driven percussion type or pneumatic chisel of standard make as directed including tapering all edges making square shoulders of cavities etc, cutting reinforcement bars of any dia (if required) carefully without damaging the existing structure, removing and cleaning concrete by mechanical means all around reinforcement, cleaning reinforcement of total rust including from behind the reinforcing bars of any dia, to give it a totally rust free finished steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover with paint brush, disposal of derrises outside the MoD land including lift, introducing new reinforcement bars (if required) for structural connections, mixing and applying bonding coat, of approved epoxy based (Total weight of Resin & hardener in proportion as specified by manufacturer), on prepared non-metallic surface and applying alkaline passivating & bonding coat of approved adhesive over reinforcement and providing and placing in position 25mm thick Micro-concrete M-25, which shall be cement based prepacked single component, chloride free, non-shrink, free flow, self-compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion obtained from approved manufacturer as per specification and directions of Engineer in charge including providing and fixing special water tight centering and shuttering to beams, columns, slabs, chajjas, balconies etc including bolting, strutting, propping etc so as to withstand a pressure of 0.1Mpa including removal of forms complete all as specified and as directed Noted :- Reinforcement bars shall be measured and paid separately as supply only

M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over and including a coat of 1.5 mm thick white wall care putty (premium quality) over plastered surfaces of walls to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old surfaces and applying one coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplasterd surfaces of wall including cornices, pilasters and other wall features etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing and sand paper, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and removing extra wall papdi ,peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with external wall care putty as per existing thickness and applying one coat of 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification, at any height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel tubing having bore of pipe 15 mm and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles Coloured 450 x 300mm 7 to 8 mm thick in wall/dado etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match rendering over 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work/ concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa" pattern, size 580 mm X 440 mm white with ‘P’ or ‘S” trap, front or back inlet and integral foot rests, any pattern and including fixing bolt, connector to flush pipe, lime concrete bedding and making connections to flush pipe, connector to branch pipe and anti syphonage pipes etc. including sealing the joints and making leak proof using sealant complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern), white including thermoplastic seats and covers of grade 2 type, flat with hinging device of bronze or brass with nickel chromium plating, fixing bolt, connector to flush pipe and making connections to flush pipe, connector to branch soil pipe and anti syphonage pipes etc. including sealing the joints and making leak proof using sealant complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 10 litres capacity, low level, syphonic type, white, plastic flushing cistern as per IS 7231: 1994 with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and 40 mm nominal dia high density polyethylene pipes for flush pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
