S&F for 150 mm bore grade 'A' salt glazed stone ware pipes laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) with spunyarn including testing after demolition/ beaking up existing sewage pipe/drain pipe of cement mortar joint of any type including PCC of packing and haunching to size of the pipes with beds complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of salt galzed stone ware drain pipes for 150mm dia bore after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per srl item No. 7 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from inside/outside of existing septic tank/manholes etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removal rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufracturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0,(1:2:4) (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in coping, benching, surface channel of drain and manhole including necessary formwork and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:1.5:3), type A-1, (Using 20mm Graded Stone Aggregate),set in Cement Mortar (1:4) as in landing, cover slab (for manholes, septic tank/soak well) including placing in position and similar work including necessary form work after demolition of cement concrete of any position and any description complete all as specified. & directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes of 150mm (internal dia) for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm grades stone aggregate) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

Mechanical Cleaning of Septic Tank of any size and depth by using Mobile High Pressure Super Sucker Machine consisting of two tanks (a water tank and a sludge tank), or alternatively two vehicles (Super Sucker unit and Dump Tanks), a high pressure water jet pump and a high flow jetting blower or vacuum pump for suction. Pumping out Sewage Water, accumulated Night Soil, Sludge’s, (both Solid and Liquid) and other obstructive materials into dump tank and removing to outside of Defence land immediately for disposal, re-fixing the Cover after complete Cleaning of Septic Tank, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- 1. After removal of the sludges from the pits, the septic tank to be cleaned thoroughly with water. 2. Cleaning to be confirmed by the Engr-in-Charge of the work. 3. Care shall be given to maintain hygeinic condition while removing sludge/foul materials to outside of Defence land using spearding of bleaching powder. 4. Dates of measurment and location shall be recorded in a register duly signed by the user, the contractor & Engr-in-charge. 5. Cleaning of tanks once carried out shall not be repeated without written request of the user and without approval of GE. 6. Measurement shall be taken for length and width is internal diamension of septic tank and depth shall be liquid depth including sludge without free board. 7. Contractor should quote rate on whole job basis.)

Systematically cleaning and de-silting/de-sludging of blocked sewage pipe line 150mm dia and any depth including taking out sludge/silt and other foreign materials from sewage line by rodding with using steel rod or split bamboo sticks thoroughly from both sides between adjacent manholes still clear flow of sewage line is observed, passing knots, kamti and disc of required size or pumping out liquid waste /sewage, plugging and diverting the flow to the drain if necessary and stacking the removed silt/sludge in deposits outside defence land as directed including taking precautionary measures such as safety belts, dry cell torch for lighting inside the manholes and drain etc, sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt/sludge to removed to avoid bad smell and disposal of silt complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : (i). Rate deem to be inclusive of excavation of earth pits , bleaching powder if required for disposal of silt and T&P etc. (ii) Required labour with T&P/techincal equipements shall be provided by contractor and the blockage shall be cleaned/cleared as and when reported by Engineer-in-Charge).

M&L for cleaning of blocked manhole up to 1.50m deep and taking out sludge, soil, sludge water, brick bats, garbage, silts or any other items manually/mechanically and removing the same to a distanace exc 250m but n. exc 500 m and deposited/bruied in and including excvated pits (required site and minimum 300mm below GL depth) all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after filling of sludge and including providing and spearding of bleaching powder @ 500gm per sqm for disnifecation purpose and also 1.00 m surrounding of pits, including taking down of slab cover and refixing the same in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of blocked manhole exc 1.50m but n. exc 3.00 m deep and taking out sludge, soil, sludge water, brick bats, garbage, silts or any other items manually/mechanically and removing the same to a distanace exc 250m but n. exc 500 m and deposited/bruied in and including excvated pits (required site and minimum 300mm below GL depth) all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after filling of sludge and including providing and spearding of bleaching powder @ 500gm per sqm for disnifecation purpose and also 1.00 m surrounding of pits, including taking down of slab cover and refixing the same in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for cleaning of bloackage of IWC or WC any type including blockage or Nahani trap or floor trap or gully trap or any size upto the 1st manhole (blokages of any type took place at IWC or EWC, blokage of kitchen trap, bathroom, wash hand basin trap due to stuck of any substance of material due to any other reasons by removing gratings and making free flow of water and refixing the gratings etc. to the entire satisfaction of users/occupants manually or with using pumping device or any other suitable method or mechnically complete all as specified and direted by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost of cleaning of 1st manhole shall be deemed to be inclusive in th unit rate of this item quoted the the tenderer)

M &L for cleaning of static tank by pumping out water and desilting including removing of silt and taking out mud sludges from tank to a distance exceeding 50mtr but n.exc 100mtr and applying bleaching powder @ 200 grms per sqr mtr after cleaning of Static Water Tank all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : For measurement purpose, only volume (internal) of Static Water Tank will be measured and paid.)

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls by washing down and smoothing old surface and applying two coats of cement base paint (premium quality) over one coat of alkali resistant primer paint as per manufacturer instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement)

Taking down PVC/CI pipe jointed in cement mortar, taking out wall and eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc. (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified.

S&F for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes type 'B' single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 110mm bore PVC SWR bends with access door complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified.

S&F for 75mm bore PVC SWR bends with access door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 75mm bore outlet dia of PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F for Grating doom 150 mm dia of PTMT (Minimum weight 100gms) complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

Repair of leakage/seepage from the Nahani trap/ floor trap of kitchen/ bathroom/ wash basin of the upper Qtr, in any position at any height upto 3 story building, complete including change of floor trap, PVC horizontal pipe embeded in floor in bathroom or kitchen making good to the damage portion of flooring, laying and matching with new tiles in the existing flooring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Find out main cause of leakage and take necessary steps to resolve/rectify. (b) Replace existing tiles with new tiles in case lakage through NT/FT. (c) The rate also include provision of new NT/FT. (d) The unit rate is also deemed to be included for reqd bonding chemcidcalls to arrest the leakage/seepage as direct by the manufacturer specification.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above the ground level ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core (broken stone) of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cmx 30cmx22 mm thick set, jointed in neat cement slurry in floor and pointed in white or grey cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and hard standing finish even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Site clearance by removal of brushes, shurbs and vegetation and making the surface clean and removing the waste to a distance exc 50 mtr but not exc 250 mtr and deposited where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (premium quality) Square/rectangular, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) after dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for vitreous China water closet (squatt pan) Orrisa pattern 580x440 mm size pan, white, with front or back inlet with integral 'foot rests with loose cast iron or vitreous china earthenware, 'P' or 'S' trap, connecting pipe to union of flushing cistern, inlet and overflow pipes connecting only to flushing cistern, including taking down old SWR pipe as required complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F for vitreous China water closet pan (squatt pan) pedestal pattern white with 'P' or 'S' trap including fixing seat and cover for pedestal pan, providing and fixing PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flusing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, brackets, chain and pull or lever handle, flushing piep of steel tube or polyethylene inclduing jointing to socket of flushing rim (with and including India rubber cone joint, if flushing rim connection is nozzle pattern) and connectiong pipe to union of flushing cistern, inlet and overflow pipes connecting only to flushing cistern, including taking down old SWR pipe as required complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity white with inlet ball valve, float valve and handle including providing & fixing MS angle iron brackets, PVC flush pipe complete as in repair all as specified and as directed.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
