Supplying and Laying un-reinforced Precast Concrete Cable Cover, class HVP, type – 1, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cross arms fixed on Steel tubular poles carefully including separating and getting aside, serviceable cross arms for re-use and removing unserviceable cross arms from site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of GI tube 80 mm bore light grade for cable protection with all fitting, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of GI tube 100 mm bore light grade for cable protection with all fitting, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of Lightning arresters suitable for HT 6.6 KV expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Structural steel work as the Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamelled paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Surface dressing not exc. 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder laid dry including removing of materials or debris from the site of work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cm(1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrodes of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised wire 4.00 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts and washers including 15 mm bore galvanized iron pipe, medium grade for protection of earth lead up to the length of 7.5 meter towards test terminal and 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe, medium grade for watering, and providing of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers, including necessary earth work in any type of soil and including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 with provision of wire mesh and funnel, complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part- I including testing and dismantling of old unserviceable one, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Excavation/PCC/Earth work/Charcoal/ Salt shall be deemed to be include in this unit rate.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass/copper all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I 2009 connected to lightening conductor all as specified and testing on completion including necessary excavation, earthwork, PCC works and CI earth pit cover with watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade, funnel with wire mesh and lugs and GI pipe 40 mm dia of light grade, for protection of earth strip including dismantling of old unserviceable one, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Excavation/PCC/Earth work/Charcoal/ Salt shall be deemed to be include in this unit rate.

Dismantling of old unserviceable concrete poles/ struts of any size and transporting to store and stacking complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Switch Air break, Triple pole, 11KV, mechanically gang operated mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating up to 200 amps including dismantling of old unserviceable one, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Air break (switch) insulator for 11000 volts for current rating of 200 amps including dismantling of old unserviceable one, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation (above ground) including testing of HT joint box 2 way outdoor type of size 1500 x 1000 x 900 mm (overall) made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with support of angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm with KIOSK BOX and comprising of 03 Nos 11 KV HT porcelain bushing and copper round bus bar 12 mm dia rigidly mounted on bakelite sheet 12 mm thick to support insulators of suitable size and shape including providing necessary electric connection and applied two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces (internally & externally) including PCC foundation base of size 1700 mm x 400 mm x 1400 mm height (700 mm above GL & 500 mm below GL) with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate complete including necessary excavation and earth work for foundation and necessary electric connection complete including dismantling of unserviceable joint box complete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of the old decorated existing external steel surface of feeder HT JBs of any size and description in any position including removal of disintegrated & deteriorated paint either by hand scrapping or by blow lamps, applying necessary filler coat and stopping required and applying two coats of Asian paint (Mahindra Grade) by using spray painting machine on old prepared surface including marking of Feeder No and feeding area with applying synthetic enamel paint (1st grade), Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Servicing, calibration, trouble shooting, repairing & adjusting of over current relay, earth fault relay, connected accessories, master control display, LED indicator, thermostat, cleaning all contacts with CRC spray of 11 KV Ring main unit, 50 Hz by qualified technical personnel to make functional in all respect including identifying the defective parts including replacement of defective parts, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Spare parts shall be paid under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply only self power relay CGI 14 S for RMU, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of HT 11 kv tripping coil suitable for over load, Earth fault and under voltage, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only R-Y-B healthy indication lamp, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of Voltmeter of rating 0-1300 volt, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for detecting carefully the fault location of HT UG cable of size 95 sq mm to 185 sq mm 3 core either HT cable fault locator machine or any other method and taking out the/remove the faulty portion of cable from underground /over all length respectively including meggering /connecting/testing on, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Excavation & earth work shall be deem to be included in the unit rate of this item of work. (ii) Straight through joint for HT cable shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (iii) Actual detected fault shall be paid under this item. Dummy located trail shall not measured & paid under this item.

M&L for precast cable route indicator of size 100x30x10 Cms by using 20 mm graded aggregate type B1 1;2;4 for cable indicator and engraving as "HT CABLE" slightly round from one side incl Red painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of a coat of primer including dismantling of unserviceable one complete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 80-100 mm bore GI pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M & L for painting and painting on steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.00 metre long) including cross arms, GI brackets with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer on exposed portion and including making strips of width 30 cm up to 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F of glow sign board made of retro reflective Type IV high intensity prismatic grade sheeting in twin colours conforming to IRC 67- 2012 for display of size 4000 mm X 900 mm X 200 mm and connected items as required. The said sheet will be digitally colour printed indicating Name of E/M installations as directed with logo of Corps of Engineers (the height of diagram and lettering will be all as directed by Engineer in Charge). All the sides of sign board shall be embedded in 1.00 mm thick GI sheet of size 150 mm X 20 mm channel. 2 No LED tube light (4 feet length and 18 watt) including necessary wiring shall be provided. The sign board shall be fixed on 2 Nos GI pipe, medium grade, 50 mm dia 5 mtr long including required numbers of clamp to held the board on pipe. The GI pipes shall be embedded 500 mm below ground level including excavation and PCC M15(Nominal Mix) with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 500 mm depth X 200 mm length X 200 mm width and making good surface including dismantling of unserviceable one complete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Earth work and PCC in foundations shall be inclusive of rates quoted by contractor.

Taking out / down faulty serviceable11KV, HT UG cable in existing trenches/duct/on HT poles of nominal cross sectional area from 95 to 185 Sqm, 3 core including disconnecting, PCC covers, GI Pipe etc. of any descriptions, including segregation of serviceable materials viz PCC cable cover, GI Pipes etc. and tracing the location of fault and keep in safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items (ii) Serviceable cable covers will be kept aside for re-use (iii) Serviceable GI pipe will also be kept aside for re-use

S & F of wall mounted flex sign board size not less than 2 x1 x.15 mtr made out of high quality GI sheet thickness not less than 2 mm and suitable size of Aluminium bedding with flex for marking of schematic diagram of external electric supply scheme/Name of sub station with suitable fixing arrangement as directed by Engr-in-Charge and incl 4 x 18W batten type LED fitting and wiring inside the board with suitable size of cables and the board fixed on wall with suitable size of cables and the board fixed on wall with suitable size of GI nut bolts, clamps including taking down of unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage up to 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m including taking down of unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-Laying only un-reinforced Precast Concrete Cable Cover, class HVP, type – 1, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Relaying only cable of sizes 70-185sq mm 3 core retrieved from relevant items, after rectifying defects, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: (i) Earth work & Excavation, GI pipe brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
