Material and labour for providing plain cement concreate type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregrate for making foundation work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering(plastering) 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces built in cement morter (1:6) complete all as directed.

Supply, Installation, at site on foundation, commissioning of 125 -KVA, 415V, 50Hz, 3Ø silent new DG Set, comprising of Engine, alternator, Engine & alternator to be fixed as per OEM's Design, Base frame, Fuel tank, Battery, CPCB-IV+ approved Engin & Acoustic Enclosure having following specifications :-

ENGINE:- Make : Cummins / CATTERPILLAR / VOLVO. Engine Type : 4 Stroke Diesel Engine. RPM : 1500. Rated Output : 161.6 BHP or Nearest Higher size as available. Duty : PRIME. Cooling : Coolant Cooled. Cylinder : 4. Aspiration : Turbo Charged after cooled. Type of Governer : Common rail electronic injection system. Fuel Tank Capacity : Minimum capacity 275 Liters Diesel Tank , with Inlet & outlet arrangement with Drain Plug and Air vents. Engine instrument Panel : Consisting of starting switch with Key, Lube Oil Indicator, water temperature Indicator, RPM indicator and hour meter. Exhaust Silencer : HOSPITAL GRADE TYPE and complying with CPCB-IV+Norms. Starting system : 12V, DC power srtarting system complete with starter motor, charging alternator with rectifier and Cutout as per manufacturer standard and to be compaitable with existing AMF Panel.

LOAD : Applicable for supplying power to varying electrical load for unlimited hours. Prime Power (PRP) is in accordance with ISO 8528. Battery : 12 V X 1, Lead Acid, Low Maintenance or SMF and conforming to relevant IS Specification with Low/High Battery Voltage and Weak Battery warning.

ALTERNATOR Make : Stamford /Kirloskar electric co/ Leroy Somer. Rating : 415 V., 3Ph. 50 Hz., 125 KVA, 100KW, 1500 rpm. Type : Brushless, self excited and self regulated through an AVR. Insulation : Class High. Protection : screen-protected drip proof with Min.IP-23 degree of protection. RPM : 1500. Rated Current : 174 A. Voltage Regulation (max) : ±1%. Winding connection : Star with Neutral. Total Distortion factor : Less than 3%. Power Factor : 0.8 pf (lag). Total Harmonic distortion in output waveform : 5%

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself with 11 tank process. High quality acoustict enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-IV+ norms and silencer should be inside the enclosure. Maintainance Period : Engine oil change period shoud be 750 hrs or 1 year . BASE FRAME Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.25 mtrs. deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less' than 2.5 mtrs. below normal ground level, connected to 25x4 mm copper strip as earthing lead duly welded with the plated/other strips including GI pipe 40 mm bore (Medium grade) as earth lead protection and necessary earth work, RCC cover with handle, GI tubing medium grade 20 mm dia for watering, funnel wire mess GI bolts with washer of suitable size all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated incl. testing on completeion. (Note : Fresh soil will be used for filling the dug as required to achieve the desired resistance from out side, copper strip will be laid below 60 cm from ground level and connected to test point through plinth protection necessary cost of repair to plinth protection and brazing and welding deemed to be included in the item copper strip beyond 7.5 RM will be connected through double nut bolt and brazing of joints).

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level, with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6mm dia including GI pipe 40 mm bore (Medium grade) as earth lead protection and necessary earth work, RCC cover with handle, GI tubing medium grade 20 mm dia for watering, funnel wire mess GI bolts with washer of suitable size all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I and connecting to earthing test point including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance exceeding 50mtrs, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) earth pit, 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cover with suitable reinforcement, watering arrangement, funnel etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for single aluminium strip of size 25x3.15 mm in proper position with saddles and fixing screws for earthing connection to equipments and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Copper strip 25 x 4.0mm in proper position with saddles and fixing screws for earthing connection to equipments and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable centrifugal pump set of capacity 75-100 HP from its existing position after necessary disconnection of electrical cables, earthing strips and pipe lines and deposited all old items to MES store yard of AGE E/M-II Alipore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of Horizontal end suction back pull out Pump set suitable for operate with 3 Phase, 415 Volt AC 50 Hz supply and having ingress protection level IP-55, ISI Marked all necessary hardware and pipe fittings / gasket. Note : (i) Electrical cables and earth lead conductors shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as mentioned in the schedule. (ii) Modificatin of existing pipe line by dismantling/ cutting/ threading etc. to match with the new pump sets shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. No extra charge shall be paid separately for this purpose.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 22.5cm and n exc 30cm long

Providing and fixing 0.56 mm thick aluminium alloy colour coated roofing sheets of alloy IS designation 31500, temper H*8 conforming to IS 737 and dimension as per IS Code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance and troughed profile with center to center pitch of 200 mm, depth of 32 mm, overall profile width 1092 mm, cover width 1000mm at all heights, levels and locations. The profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 60 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal washer etc, all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc

M & L for priming with red oxide zinc chrome for Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described

M & L for painting with synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) for Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described
