S&F of Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour printed PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing

S& F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification with Wood free EPS complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pressed steel frame of size 105x60 mm and 1.25mm thick of MS Sheet for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs hinges, lock strikes plates etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 8 here-in-before but size 125x60mm, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) all as specified and as directed. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M&L for rolled mild steel in Joist, Channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently with out connecting plates etc or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheet) and hanging of Fe-410 gde E-250 including fabrication complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 30 mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction with block board case & plywood face panels commercial type on both side complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open repeated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (with sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc, size of member of shutter as per specified in SSR part-I section 8,clause 8.24(a) and for door and fixed with chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required. size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges shall be paid separately.

S&F of Factory made partly glazed ie. upper panel will be wire mesh fitted externally in the clear space & lower panel will be plain colour PVC sheet 5mm thick PVC door 3 shutter 30mm thick (style ) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom , rails , MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement for sides and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail , lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail , paneling of plain colour PVC sheet PVC sheet beading , and jointed together with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary fittings shall be paid separately.

S&F anodised aluminium frame powder coated of size100x44x1.5 mm thick made of square tubular coated aluminium section for doors with one or more rebates, jointing cleats for fixing etc and provision of aluminium door shutters (single/double) including jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber gasket aluminium anodised snap beading, nylon wool pile weather strip, screws hold fast floor stopper, locking arrangement, handle of size not less than200 mm,12 mm thick prelaminated particle board fixed in panels with minimum 3 nos aluminium hinges 100 mm long for one shutter etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made pressed steel windows of standard size and section as shown on HQ CE Siliguri Zone Drg No CESZ/2018/TD-07, Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 with double shutter i.e glazed & wire gauged shutter including all fittings and fixture like MS hold fast, box hinges, handles, MS tower bolts, stoppers, MS guard bar/grill etc complete including one shop coat of anti corrosive zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be including of all fittings fixtures. (b) Glass, wire mesh and painting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (c) PCC (1:2:4) type B0 to be filled in chowkats frame and paid under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply and fixing Factory made single uPVC white colour Three track panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels ) upto 1.50m height made of ( big series ) frame 116x45 mm & sash 46x62mm both having wall thickness of 2.3mm + 0.2mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension . (area of window above 1.75 sqm ) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame , with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1,60+0.20mm thick galvanised mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length ( shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks , EPDM gasket , wool pile zinc alloy ( white powder coated ) touch locks with hook , zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers ( weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg ) , GI fasteners 100x8mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of after fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Notes:- (a) For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e , in depth & width of profile shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. (b) Glass or wire mesh shall be paid separately)

S&F in repairs powder coated aluminium window sliding type three track (one gauge and two glazed shutter) aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55 Kg per mtr for shutter and aluminium sections weighing not less than 1.67 Kg per mtr for frame including necessary jointing cleats, glazing cleats, rubber packing, screws, handle, locking arrangement etc complete and including 4 mm thick tinted glass and stainless steel mosquito proof wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples including taking down of old existing window and making good disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of anodised aluminium louvered ventilators of any size with glass louvers, without sash bars of aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.605kg/m for frame of size 40x20x2mm including necessary jointing cleats, glazing cleats, rubber packing , anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings and including 4mm thick tinted glass fixed in panels with suitable locking arrangements including taking down of old existing ventilator and making good disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay complete all as specified and as directed and as per drawing no. CESZ/2018/TD-07, sheet 1\3 to 3\3

Supply only sheet glass 3 mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 3 mm thick figured glass pin headed type and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm each pane ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150 mm long stainless steel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood plain fillets exc 13 Sq cm & n.exc 25 Sqcm square, rectangular or triangular in section clean sawn wrought finish secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75 mm long stainless steel hinges complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75 mm size hasp and staple safety type aluminum anodized with mild steel hinge ping including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with crew complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100 mm Stainless steel fancy handles cast type anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grating/grills etc with end of bars shouldered or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guards bars and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for running welding in repairs (thickness of metal to be welded n.exc 6 mm) completed all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs steel rolling shutter without ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp & staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete push pull or manual type (thickness of lath 1 mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down & refixing rolling shutter after repair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Material such as safety lever,ball bearing etc, shall be measured and paid separately as S&F.

S&F in repairs 1.25 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in steel door/gate and similar work, cut to size, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up mitred angles etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size or description) from wooden frames or glazed with putty or fixed with wooden beads complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated etc)sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses MS pipes in vertical column, purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161 of 1979 grade st 240 with one shop coat complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing & fixing factory made solid PVC cup board frame of size 50mm x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5 mm thick prelam/plain colour PVC sheet reinforce with 19mm x 19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge thickness throughout the frame and metre cut at two corners and jointed with 2 nos of 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm MS square tubes. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 100mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. Aluminium 4 nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum 2 nos of screws to be provided to the horizontal member etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing & fixing factory made solid PVC cup board shutter (Flush type) of 24 mm thick made from co-extruded 3 layer rigid PVC foam sheet (single extruded) with density not less than 600kg/cbm outer layer (.8-1mm) thick should be of rigid PVC with density of not less than 1400kg/cbm manufactured by an ISO 9001-2015 certified company. Door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having good screw holding capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs for factory made PVC shelf/partition of required size consisting of 20mm thick solid PVC sandwich panel with 1mm thick plain PVC sheet on both sides suitably fixed in complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm Hasp and staple, safety type, Stainless steel with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100 mm long Stainless steel, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repair for 10mm thick wooden fillets/ beading of width 35mm for glass beading etc inclusive of fixing on to wall to make glass Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Design and pattern/colour shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.

S&F for 1mm Decorative frosted film for door and windows, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Design and pattern/colour shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repair stainless steel curtain rod 20 mm dia, mild steel chromium plated with and including fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/ vertical surface by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and prepare the surface to receive tiles including applying 3Kg/Sqm cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), in floors, aprons etc .laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite work (table rubbed and polished) in decorative shelves, steps ,pillars ,jambs, cooking platform etc laid over 15mm screed bed in CM (1:6) with chamfering of edge including pointing in white cement with pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding & mirror polishing with wax polish complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured / digital printed of size 300 x 450 mm x 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor ).
